Was in last evening and noticed one young lady working very hard, helping guests and ensuring the toppings were organized and clean. I struggled finding dairy free flavors and this young lady, Morgan, helped me find Strawberry Dol! Her recommendation was amazing, loved the flavor. I have had different experiences in past, and wish the the rest of the staff had such a pleasant disposition as Morgan!

My 3 kids just went inside to get their frozen yogurts. They came back to the car saying how much they loved it, the guy who helped them was so nice, the place was so clean, and the yogurts were so good!

My service was amazing today Morgan helped me and was extremely professional the restaurant was clean and very quick with fast weighing and paying and great flavors.

Id put a 0 if I could! The yogurt is good and the toppings are great but the staff on Saturday night is horrible. We arrived 20 minutes before closing, got our yogurt and sat to eat because there was already a table full of people enjoying their yogurt. 7 more people came in to get yogurt after us. While we were trying to enjoy our treat, the 2 female employees kept announcing OUT LOUD how many minutes were left until they closed and sprayed cleaner in the air while wiping down tables and sweeping the floors around the customers. They then told us personally that they closed in 2 minutes so we would leave. They then proceeded to let their friend into the restaurant while sending 3 more people away saying they were closed. U would think in a time like this after being closed for so long u would want all the customers you could get. This establishment should really reconsider who they hire to run their store...maybe an adult who could put their phone down for 5 seconds to actually engage with their customers and be friendly instead of pretty much kicking them all out!

I asked employee if she had a small little tasting cup, she said to me we don’t hand those out anymore. but then her family comes walking through the door and she gives them small tasting cups and tried to be sneaky about it

A young lady named adriana checked me out and did a fantastic job! Recommended me a flavor, toppings and guided me on signing up and the rewards involved. Over all was an amazing experience. :) P.S. cake batter, white chocolate chips, kit kat, swissroll, and carmel sauce is an amazing combo.

I absolutely love Sweet Frog, above all other Fro-Yo establishments, and while it is a franchise, Ive never been to one I didnt love. They offer a wide variety, including non-dairy options, sugar-free options, low fat and non fat yogurt, even a couple of flavors of ice cream. Thats just the beginning...their ongoing vast toppings offer so much choice, from candy, cookies, hot toppings, to fresh strawberries and everything in-between.

My family and I love sweet frog. There are many choices and they even have some dairy free options in the frozen selection. The toppings are very plentiful and always kept clean every time Ive been there. One cool thing they have is a little divider you can put in your cup to keep the frozen yogurts separate if you dont like moving things up too much.

One of my favorite self served frozen yogurt locations. My only gripe is that their is no Orange flavors. 32° in Madison has an Orange Sorbet that I love! Here, the pineapple and mango flavors are really good.

Great place for frozen yogurt and acai bowls. The place is always clean, the staff are always friendly, theres lots of choices for toppings and lots of flavors of frozen yogurt. There are three acai bowls to choose from. I always get the slice-of-life bowl. Delicious!

Great ice cream, awful customer service. We asked for cups to try some of the flavors and we got the worse attitude from the cashier(owner maybe). I would not recommend this place unless they change the people who works there.

Best frozen yogurt I have had. Eric and his team are awesome. Make sure you try the peanut butter with graham cracker and chocolate peanuts. So glad they came to Jupiter. Will be back often.
