I have brought in 8 guitars for service over a 4 month period and they were only able to complete 2 .The first was a simple tuners swap.No drilling. I supplied the parts.58$The second was soldering 3 wires on a pick guard. Only 10$ but took 3 weeks and they “lost “ my 40 year old pick guard screws! The others were apparently beyond their ability to fix.One memorable reason for not being able to drill an 8mm tuner hole to 10mm;” I don’t have a drill bit, I guess I could order one “Fastest turnaround time is 3 weeks even if they do nothing.Your guitar will spend that time as mine did, on a dirty floor in a high traffic area. I prefer to use small local business over say, Guitar Center but, in this case?…..

Adam is a fantastic teacher, really makes you feel comfortable and has a lot of knowledge to share. Everyone at this store is so nice! So happy I found this gem so close to home.

Spent a large sum of money in this store for my daughters Christmas gift and also set up lessons. 1st lesson was set with Adam, daughter was so excited to start. I was called 2 hours before her lesson cancelling the lesson because Adam has a gig. Extremely unprofessional. Had heard negative reviews about the store but went against what I had heard because they are close to our home. Shame on me for not listening. Overpaid for the guitar too. Not a good reputable store. Shop elsewhere. Get lessons elsewhere.

Love these guys! Steve and Adam were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. After calling several record stores in the Jupiter area, it was a no brainer to visit Jupiter Music Store instead of the others. Cool store with lots of fun stuff including vintage goodies. If you need something, I have no doubt they could find it for you.

This music store is amazing. I have been coming for over a year for lessons with Mr. Rodney and Ms. Susan and they are both amazing teachers that make you enjoy music. The store has phenomenal prices and the people that work there are very kind, offering great service and are able to help you find what you need easily and if they dont have it they get it in stock so you can have the supplies you need. I definitely recommend this store for if you need lessons or repairs or just about anything!

I got my first guitar from here many years ago. The fact they are still open should tell you that they have fantastic customer service and a wide selection of instruments and accessories.They used to offer lessons there as well, but even if they no longer offer lessons they can still connect you with a guitar instructor if needed.These guys will earn your business if you give them a chance, so help out a local business and stop by when you need your next guitar or instrument.

First of all the guy behind the counter would not get off the phone to assist me. Then he took my sheet music order for Jolene by Dolly Parton. Said hed call but lost my phone number and now I have to wait another week for the sheet music. This is very poor service indeed

The store is an absolute disgusting disaster. I hate going in there. Looks like a horder runs this place. You’re out of luck if you need any advice regarding string instruments and accessories. They will advise you to use the cheapest bow available for any string student less than mid-level because he feels they can’t tell the difference between a plastic bow, carbon bow or a wood bow. This guy doesn’t play any string instrument, yet willing to dispense this advice freely. Might as well just do the research online and purchase it online as well for a more competitive price. Why bother being treated rudely?

I have been a customer of Jupiter Music for 18 years. Its owner Steve Zampino is a great guy who truly cares about his customers. He is easy to work with, is fair in his pricing and I have enjoyed being a parton of his for nearly two decades. I hate shopping at the superstores, where you feel like no one knows your name, and they are out to gouge you whenever they can. Steve beats their prices, and everyone in the store knows me and makes me feel cared for. I love this little neighborhood store!

I needed a special case on short notice, and the manufacturer had an unforseen delay on delivery. Steve was able to find something comparable from the local inventory that suited my needs.

Steve and the staff at Jupiter Music are friendly and knowledgable have taken my kids to lessons there and bought equipment for many years, recommend them highly!

Wow this store is amazing! Friendly service, expert sales and repair team, and low prices! They price match all competitiors and often sell cheaper than online stores like Guitar Center and Musiciansfriend. Plus a great stock of used goodies. I drive from Stuart, FL for their amazing guitar repairs and accessories and couldnt be happier.

Even if you are the only single store in the town, its still not a reason to sell cheap, mediocre strings for 3.3x(!) times more, than they cost at any other place. Thats a rip-off!

Call ahead to make sure theyre open. Sometimes theyre closed during their posted business hours. :(
