Placed online order, never received message it was ready. Had to go to the store in person to find out that the store computer, had not processed the order properly, so I had to wait while the store associate explained that this happens all the time .If this is true, why isnt the store manager working to fix the problem..Also I feel Sherwin Williams needs to rethink their pricing policy... If I was a contractor, the paint price would be 45% less .... Im just a home owner trying to paint my house. Unfair pricing policy, no incentive for me to shop there anymore.

They dont just sell product, they made sure that it was the best product for me and how to apply it. I can buy the product with confidence.and that means a lot to me.

My phone order was ready by the time I hung up the phone and drove to the store. I live less than ten miles from the store. The salesperson, Mark, brought it out to my car as soon as I let him know I was there. I never had to leave my car. Very good service.

Bought 2 gallons of Emerald paint tinted for our Saturday project. The dude behind the counter never mixed one of the gallons. We live a half hour away and when we called he said, “Do you want a stir stick?” Typically quality paint but the service here is negligent. Beware

I am retired and flipped a couple houses, both of which I shopped at West Main Sherwin Williiams. The manage and staff treat me like I manage 200 apartment complexes, even though Im a small operator. Great advice, competitive, if you want quality materials. Will continue to do business and recommend them!

Fast and professional! Indont frequent paint stores to often so I cant comment on the price but I really liked how quickly they got me out of there.

Great customer service. Knowledgeable people working at the store and they are easy to talk to. In my limited experience it seems they also sell a premium product vs the big box stores.

Best paint you can buy. Might cost more than your big box stores, but worth it. The quality cant be beat!

Your sales/counter people are all quite knowledgeable about the different paint lines and are quick to mix up whatever color you need. I was glad they had the paint colors I had purchased a couple years ago on their computer so I could order more of the correct color, sheen etc.

The manager was great help even though he was balancing 3 people in the store, a phone call and a meeting in the back room! AND I love their paint.

Sherwin-Williams Paint Store in some place I have never been sent me a survey because some random customer gave them my email address and Sherwin-Williams Paint Store did not verify it as being one of their customers. So, they sent me this spam survey.

Knowledgeable staff. I spoke with Bianca on the phone and Garrett helped me when I visited. Both were way more interested in me getting the right product, than making a sale.

Perfect i just needed empty cans . In and out no wait .

First visit, color was completely off of what I was requesting so waste of money and time. Get my next sample and it works, so I call to get a price because my time is limited and I don’t get great help on that so he tells me to come in (what I was trying to avoid). One person working on the last day of a sale... line of people and the phone is ringing off the hook. I’m not sure I will be coming back after I get the color I need this time. Hopefully he can get it right when I actually get to the front of the line.

Harmony paint with low/no VOC is a great paint that I can feel safe applying as well as living with it and not worrying about the fumes off gassing after application. I have regularly had great customer service as well.
