Absolutely love these guys. They helped turn what could have been a huge expense for us into a simple fix. They explained all of our options. I must be honest. I was expecting the worst possible news. Our skimmer line was the issue and we tried everything. Michigan summer 2020 with 90 degree temps and Covid 19 going on, we felt so bad about our pool. Finally The Pool Guys answered all of our prayers.

The Pool Guys are for certain the best Hot tub people in Kzoo area. Bill and the guys were so helpful when planning on setting and actual setting of the tub. Suzanne is a great sales lady and resource! They actually care how you feel and do with your new toy. I have been waiting since 1986 for this and am now waiting for the tub to heat to the point I can slip into it.

Went to the store in Fon Du Lac and wanted to get a quote on a pool. The woman that I talked to was nice and told me that shed do a quote and email it to me in a couple days. Its been over a week and never got a email. Ill take my business and money to someone who actually wants it.

Couldnt be happier with their service. Amazing analysis of your pool water to provide only the chemicals you need. No drops of solution and color chart comparison for these guys.In addition, the prices of their chemicals compared to where I was buying them closer to my office, is a huge plus.They definitely have a new long term customer.

Suzanne and Dani are awesome. They are very personable and will steer you straight on what your pool needs. Ive had a few problems with my pools equipment at times, but theyve always stood behind everything and taken care of me.

My new house had a Pool and the pool guys were recommended to me by other neighbors in my area. I did try other places. But the pool guys are honest. Listen to you and usually have the right answer for you. They really seem to care about their customers and have done a great job for me for 4 years. I wont badmouth other companies. Pool guys get the job done and dont over charge compared to the others. Bill and Grady are awesome.

Sad to say that we were really disappointed by the Pool Guys. Last year, they serviced our pool and closed it. As far as we knew, we were happy with the service. This year our pool opening was scheduled for early May and we were told that we couldnt change the date if we wanted to keep the weekly service. They opened our pool, charged us $500, then called to say that they cancelled our weekly service. The pool was left a mess. The filters were not cleaned. We are servicing it ourselves this year and its clear that it was not managed well last year. Very unfortunate.

Called in today to have my pool closed early. The charge was $375 for them to blow out my lines, add antifreeze, and put the cover on. That is a complete ripoff and if it speaks to how they price any other service or product then move on. I hold nothing against this company but thats a great way to lose a new customer who was looking for a longterm service provider. Yuck

I live in the Mattawan area and have an older hot tub purchased from another dealer in Kalamazoo area. Grady and the gang at The Pool Guys have done a great job of bringing my hot tub back to life and we have enjoyed it more ever this past winter. By the way...contrary to the last review in Google, The Pool Guys do carry Caldera Hot Tubs - Tom Repp, Mattawan, MI

Never owned a pool before, these guys have been super helpful with everything from helping diagnose water lose problems, what chemicals to use, water testing, etc. . . They are super knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions.
