Very Fast Unloading,Very Friendly Receiver Joe at door 19 for paper rolls. Easy to enter and exit.

I had a pick up at the factory. They loaded the cargo relatively fast. The waiting time was about 1h30min. The company does not provide any restroom access for the drivers.

8 paper rolls they unload 4 hours its just awful, one door for unloading paper rolls, people there pretend that they are working! avoid this place!

Had an 8:00 am appointment and three hours later not unloaded guess a drivers time does not matter this place sucks

Some days they unload fast and others you need to make sure you have hours to wait.

Worst place, one dock for delivery, waiting 4,5 hours still no door.

It took 4 hours to get unloaded. Went into the office to request use of the bathroom. They dont allow drivers in their facility and dont even provide so much as a porti-potty to use.

Great setup for unloading stock paper, but extremely unfriendly. Good unloading times. Stock paper unloads in door 19, overnight parking available. No restrooms. 1st com 1st served, received 24 hrs.

Only one dock for rolls, was sitting for the better part of 2 hours, waiting to get unloaded, was there a total of 3 hours

Very inefficient operationIt takes this place 10+ hours to get through 6 trucks to unload paper roll stock.Each truck has a max of 8 rolls on.1 dock door only for inbound freight..Expect a super long wait if you come here.I was there from 11am to 9pm est waiting on a door.6 trucks, 10 hours 8 rolls or the equivalent of 8 pallets each.I was truck #6.
