I often use this store to ship my packages and return my Amazon purchases. It location is convenient and the staff is pleasant.

I purchased a 2nd day air ti send a package to Texas. It was sent out 9/25/2021, and final delivery on 10/07/2021. Definitely not 2nd day air. Ups refuses to provide any refund or fault in delivery. I requested a service, paid for cet service and did NOT receive the service I paid for. AVOID UPS IF YOU WANT YOU PACKAGE DELIVERED ON TIME!In response to the owner, I called back and corrected the address on Friday, it still took 6 days to have the package delivered after the address had been corrected. And the package was already in the city to be delivered. The first delay was my fault as I had told you. However 6 days after the correction is ridiculous.

We have been using The UPS Store #4830(GULL RD) for several years.Alex, Anna, Jim, Linda, and previous staff members, have always been professional and conscientious in making sure our packages arrive in a timely manner. Kudos to the owners too, for their caring professionalism and leadership.
At 3:15pm on Francis Ave a truck came speeding down the road and wouldn’t stop when being flagged down about the speeding after looking right at me. This a repeated issue.
Jim and Ian are assets to this company!!I went in and need some papers reduced and they both were just super nice from start to finish and I definitely wanted to say thank you Jim for the great service and awesome attitude man,I really appreciate it 😊.UPS needs more employees like these two because theyre very personable even in these times when a lot of companies dont fully show appreciation for great employees. I hope UPS knows how good these two are!!

Stopped in today with a package that positively, absolutely had to be delivered the next day. I arrived 15 minutes before the last pick up. I had lots of questions about delivery options (signature, no signature, insurance), a couple residential addresses to consider and the possibility of delivering to a UPS store. I even had to call the recipient to discuss these options. Alex was at the counter and happily answered my questions, let me consider the options while keeping the line moving and then got right back to me when Id made my final choice. all with a very caring attitude and adding his thoughts about the best options. In short Alex was a star, helping me choose the best option for a reasonable price all while attending to other customers. Best customer service Ive experienced in maybe years.
I love this UPS store. The employees are friendly and hold it together during the very busy holiday season. I find it rather entertaining, while standing in line, to hear how much it costs to ship gifts, etc. Lucky me, my packages all ship free from my end. Bonus, the store is located less than 6 minutes from my home. Did you know you can ship LIVE fish to the store? Crazy.
Joann & Rhonda were amazing. I brought in a rather complicated print job for a very special event. They worked with me to make sure my job was done with the highest quality. They were both exceptionally patient and professional. Id recommend them any day!!!
This store had the best reviews, so we drove the couple extra miles to ship our stuff. Sue M was a great help. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and made our experience there an exceptionally pleasant one. The store itself was very clean and organized. If we lived here, I would definitely return here for my future shipping needs!
Mariam and her team were superb in the care they took to package and the extra effort to build a double box system that worked great! My family heirloom clock was delivered in perfect working condition. I again cant thank them enough for the extra time spent to ensure my clock would not be damaged by the shipping process. I would definitely recommend their services.
I will never go to this store again. I am one that am unable to wear a mask.. My reasons are personal and I will not share .. However, one of their employees screamed at me, screamed and told me to get out .. bugged eyed .. it was bad. Never again
I love this location. I always get my printing done there. It’s a great price compared to other local print shops. Most times they are running a deal and I get discounts on my printing as well. I appreciate that I can send a document and know that it will be ready when I need it and most times it’s done before the time I request.
I ordered two packages that were delivered to this store. When I went to get them, they only gave me one. So I called the sender to confirm everything went through, and they were trying to look into it. A couple days later the store called me and said if I didnt come get my package they were going to send it back. I told them I had just been in there, and they didnt give it to me. Given that it was a Saturday, they offered to hold it longer as it was their mistake. 2 days later I get alerts that they had sent my package back! When I called, they lied and said they called me a week earlier about picking them up. I have the call logs on my phone that it was only a couple days earlier. The experience was poor, and now I dont have the things I need because the store never gave me my packages as they were supposed to.In response to the owner: I was in your store and I did come to pick up my packages! Your staff only gave me one of the two packages that were there. I was in your location two days after the notice, and had to contact Amazon because I believed it was not sent. Turns out, you had my package the entire time. This entire ordeal happened in a 7 day period, from the note on my door to the day you sent it back. This was no fault of my own-this was solely on your location. You called on a Friday threatening to send it back, and that is when I realized you were holding the second package. I was not able to make it in on Saturday, and you shipped it back that Monday, after promising to hold it because it was YOUR mistake. Unfortunately it was a Christmas gift and the product became back ordered until after Christmas. I now have all my packages delivered to my work, because your store not only messed up, but you continue to blame me. It really blows my mind.
Ryan was very helpful and friendly. He was able to help me and several customers at the same time which we all appreciated. He maintained his professionalism and was able to accurately assist all of us. Will be going back for my shipping needs. Great job Ryan
Typically dont leave reviews but I received some great customer service from Elrico. He was very helpful, patient and accommodating throughout my time at both stores. I was able to deliver my emergency package on time because of him, great employee for the store.

UPDATE 9/26: A claim was filed regarding the damage they did to my dresser and patio ONE MONTH AGO..... THESE PEOPLE NEVER SUBMITTED THE CLAIM.On February 23, my family dropped off the item to be shipped. My brother in law took photos of the item to ensure what was delivered was what it looked like at UPS: no scratches, gouges ......My account was charged over $800 in February to have this shipped.They had my item sit at their store for two weeks.On 3/3 Mike called stating it was shipped. I checked: Nothing shipped. Then I was told the owner was to purchase materials to crate it. Three days later? Still no materials. I was told it shipped on Friday: NO SUCH SHIPPING NUMBER. I spoke with Ryan . Very snippy. Called Monday after finding no such tracking number. Sue said she would check into the number I was given. She was not very pleasant and added she had read my review on line. Then she said I couldnt track it until it arrived at the destination. Said she would get back and verify the shipping number. Never did. Called March 10: PHONE BUSY all day. Called today March 11. Opens at 8. Finally Sue answered at 9:15. She stated there was no such tracking number. I was aware of that. Then stated she would have to check with her Manager regarding the number. I asked why was there no recorded number? No answer. This was in irreplaceable family heirloom and they had no idea where it was. Then I spoke with Ryan who gave me a bill of lading number. No such number. On 3/12 the item was picked up. Sue called me on Friday and provided another number for tracking. This one seemed to be correct.But it was not. This has been a nightmare.The article arrived DAMAGED. They put masking tape near the damaged areas writing damaged before shipped...except my brother in law took photos at UPS prior to crating: NO DAMAGE ANYWHERE.This is a very old antique and they gouged it with nails when they crated it, the leg was scraped. Further, when they dumped the crate on my patio, the nails gouged my custom slated patio in several areas.When going to send a claim for the damage, UPS FREIGHT stated their bill of lading number was nonexistent. So was the $5,000 of insurance I paid for. This store lies, and are completely in competent. I recommend you go elsewhere.

Woman at counter immediately told me my package wasnt there as soon as I walked in the door. She didnt even look in the system just assumed I was wrong for some reason. Turns out it was there as per the automated text from UPS. On top of that they hassled me about my identification not having the exact address of the original ship to location. Tell me how exactly a business would be able to ship anything here if that was a requirement. They implied I was committing fraud. Employees were rude and condescending the entire time I was there. I will never be back. Id rather drive twice as far to ship or pick anything up just to not have to deal with them again.
Mr. Elrico has gone up and above and BEYOND normal expected service. Because of his knowledge and taking time to understand my unique situation, he has won my confidence in The UPS Store for all of my needs. He took the time to make sure all of my documentation was in order, talked to me like a person, and helped me feel calm in a stressful situation. Thank you UPS...and thank you Mr. Elrico!
I asked them to crate a very old, expensive 2-pc statue about 3 1/2 feet tall. They bubble wrapped it and put it in a box instead of a crate as I had asked. When it was received the end of the pedestal was completely crushed and an arm and leg were broken, several chips - it was a mess. It was a one of a kind and I stressed several times that it was a one of a kind and please package it correctly. It has taken over 9 months to get the claim settlement final and the check was a fraction of what I had insured it for and what it was worth. I would email and call and no one would return my calls/emails. I finally had to call the 1-800 UPS number to get information. It was HORRIBLE. Never ever ship anything of value from this store!

Both Jim and Elrico were incredibly helpful today. I came into the store to return AT&T U-verse equipment. Due to some account problem on the AT&T end, UPS could not find my information. after speaking to various AT&T representatives and entering the AT&T store nearby I was given many different answers all of which did not apply to my account. Elrico took the time to actually call AT&T customer service, figure out the exact nature of the problem, reach a solution, and verify the customer service Representative ID number. He provided me all of this information in writing and even though I wasnt going to be using UPS facility anymore as the situation no longer called for it he went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Im grateful to both Jim and Elrico for their care, compassion, and commitment to customer service today.
They messed up my package and refused to make it right. Wouldnt give me a refund or reship the package without a huge amount of hassle on my part. I will never use this service again, too many other companies that are willing to fix the problem when they make a mistake.
I walked into the Ups store on Gull Road to ship a rental text book back to barnes and nobel. The only box I had was a USPS flat rate box but it fit the book perfectly. As I walked in I was greeted and I joked how I was shipping an item in a competitors box. I was then given a lecture on how I couldnt ship that box with UPS and needed a different box. Needless to say I walked out feeling like I almost tried committing a crime. When I got in my car I called UPS customer service and was told that I could ship using that box and reported the lady who treated me so poorly. Long story short dont use the UPS store on gull road. Go to Westnedge. Those guys took my package minus a lecture and treated me with respect.

Friendly and efficient service
They keep denying my package drop off access point. Ive been in there 3 days ion a row and they keep telling me my package would be in tomorrow. I request my packages to be dropped off there because UPS wont leave it at my door. I find UPS to just be a terrible business in general.
I drove 20 minutes out of my way because this store listed Sunday hours of 1-4pm on Google, which was apparently inaccurate because it was closed.
