These woman that run this Metro store are the best, everytime Ive went in with a problem they have always found a way to fix the issue. Thismmmro store by far, The Metro in China Grove, N C could learn alot from this Kannapolis, N C store.Thank you Ladies!😉👌

I came into this location, as I do almost every local Metro PCS location in my area of Concord, because of issues that happen every single month without fail; almost 9 days before my service is due for payment and up to a week and a half after Ive made my payment there is always and I mean always problems with the phone service. It doesnt matter if the bill is paid on time or before time its due-the service sucks. They always like to tell you that theres nothing wrong with the phones that its always the towers every single month since I have signed on with Metro PCS I have heard the same bullshit about the towers but they want their money just like any other crappy little cell phone. personally, Im going back to straight talk where the customer service is awesome, The Clarity of the phones is pretty good and I dont have to worry about this crap every month with Metro PCS. And yes I do have the full data service that you spend $60 a month for and not the cheap $30 plan and it still runs like the $30 plan.

The store stays crowded. On busy days they should have more that 2 sales clerk in the store. Actually they need a bigger place. Its to small when you have a lot of customers coming in. The lady who attends to the phones when you have problems she is very good in solving your phone issues. I cant remember her name she be at the desk to the left when you come in. She is polite and friendly always greet you with a smile. She knows her phones and thats a A+. Any problem you have with your phone go to her. I guarantee you she will have your phone working like a champ.. She is a great asset to MetroPCS!!!!

I went to this location to activate a brand new iPhone 6 and this guy with a pony tail just put in the metro SIM card in and told me the phone was locked that I had to get it unlocked which is not true if your phone is T-mobile like mine was the phone and the sim have to be paired in order to work very simple just call customer service and it wont take you but 10 minutes
