Whats happened to this place?? Customer service has truly went the way of the dinosaur.

I stopped in to drop off a UPS package today, the lady was already getting the scanner when I walked in. I was waited on quick, and she was friendly. This is my new UPS stop when I have UPS packages to ship. Its very convenient.

The word nasty doesn’t even come close to describing this place. Restroom was covered in filth, out of TP, and hadn’t been tended to in a looong time. I needed help at the front and the “manager” was talking on her cell and never even acknowledged I was there. She then just went to the back to not be seen again. Will never go back.

Store was dirty, floors full of trash, parking lot looked like a dump for garbage. Store has gone down this past year.

When I saw the clerk to check out I said hello. She said, CVS card?. I said hello again and she said, CVS card? Better training needed.

Manager is not the most welcoming. Better training is needed.

Covid Testing communication seemed misleading as if it would be free. Not the case. Got bill in the mail. Juat feel it should have been made clearer that it wasnt because the impression I received it was federally funded to prevent spread.

1. Multiple times there were pills missing from prescriptions.2. IF they answer the phone they put you on hold FOREVER (over an hour).3. If you go in & ask for pharmacist assistance you wait forever, only to be treated like youre bothering them. They do NOT like to help.4. Randomly prescriptions on auto fill dont get refilled.5. Randomly they refill old, unneeded prescriptions. I called & them remove the auto fill (that was never on it) & re-shelf it, only for them to keep refilling it.6. Their so called app/online refill system never shows any of your prescriptions.Were done with this pharmacy. They do not deserve my insurance & personal money.

Very clean store. Staff is always helpful and nice. I enjoy going in this store and finding vitamins and other such little items. If you have a reward card, which is free, you can get a lot of good deals. They also print a whole long long long receipt with coupons on it.

Worst customer service ever plus over price items compare to the Walgreen across the street from them. Today I went to buy a hand sanitizer those mini bottle one. There was like only two in the selves so I brought it up to the cashier and she told me she cant sell it to me but there a CVS brands hand sanitizers she point next to the counter for $3.99. I asked her why I cant buy the one I want. Her reply was I dont know. I just walk out and will never walk into this CVS again. Walgreen is way better with their customer service and price.

Did not want self checkout. The cashier continued to direct me to the self check out. I walked out leaving the things i intended on purchasing. This is not customer service service

The white Lady at the cashier was RUDE! when I ask her of I can reload a prepaid debit card she than told me that I had to pay cash only she did not bother telling that I can reload a prepaid debit especially the CVS on Lancaster HWY Charlotte NC these just want to be rude & disrespectful to some of the customers at these store so how about walk out of the store these pharmacy employees are just rude & NASTY!

I’ve never received a prescription at the time that was supposed to be ready . I’ve called hours and hours before I go there and I still end up waiting for a half hour - forty minutes . The pharmacy always says “. Oh we had a line “ . Was that line 6 hours long ? Going to this pharmacy is at least an hour ordeal so come prepared . They will tell you it’s ready for you to get there and sit around . Terrible experience every time . This will be my last time at this location.

Sale signs are tricky. They are close to falsely advertising to me. When something says, 50% off it should be 50% off! No markings of what is or is not on sale. Just 50% off signs everywhere. I had to go back inside to get a refund. Even the sales associate (very nice) said she didnt know and it was misleading. :-/

Just walked out and witnessed the worst customer service not only to me but to the customers in front of me. The guys name was Jacob.

Everyone here is always very helpful and kind to me :)

I love this place and Im a faithful CVS shopper.

I fell when I reached for something on the bottom shelf. Not only does cvs not honor their listed prices online. The cvs employee refused to help me up.

The people are so nice, always nice shopping here

I come for the redbox then cross the street to walgreens for everything else unless its after 10 because its the only thing open 24 hrs.
