Very CLEAN! AWSOME PLACE!! Lay out is small in some booths but overall, easy to see items. Wonderful helpful staff! Fun place to go to find treasures.

We got a lot of cool stuff here! There are so many interesting things and you find things you never knew you needed!

It doesnt look like much from the outside but walk in and prepare to get lost! 3 floors of vintage goodies and the biggest Tupperware selection youll find. Dont be offended by the signs asking you to lock your bags in the provided-lockers; some of these spaces are so tight, they are an accident waiting to happen. Enjoy!

The parking sucks since Ive already done the parking lot its made it smaller and when you have a booth there the owner of that booth it should be called if somebody wants to make an offer they should have to be over 50 dollars in order to do that the owner loses out cuz I didnt buy it all I was asking was 10% off so no I wont be back..

I only made it through the 1st floor, but Ill be back! Found a great rocking chair for my grand daughter! (Among other cool items!) Meanwhile, my cat is enjoying it, as we waited for Christmas!! Staff was very helpful & polite!!

I love this antique mall. It is huge and definitely takes a few hours to really take in. Great variety and the potential for spectacular treasures.

My wife and I love coming here. There are so many different booths/vendors that you can find antiques from just about any time period. On our most recent visit, a gentleman assisted us with something in a case and was very aware of other similar items in the mall. He pointed us to some other booths with items we might find interesting. Great experience.

Four glorious stories of treasure. I don’t know if I even say everything because there was so many wonderful things. I love their selection of vintage clothing and I really appreciate the dressing rooms because vintage sizing does vary a lot. Wonderful staff too, very nice.

Really wanted to love this place, the selection is good and even considered buying a few things. However, all of the staff aside from one young lady were extremely rude. Not every person who walks through the doors is a potential shoplifter. Be nicer to your customers if you want to retain them 🙂.

Very interesting finds here. Most of the people know what theyre selling, some price on the high end. Also beware of the floors, theyre a fun but also scary experience.

Hands down, one of the best antique stores in the KC metro. Fair to excellent prices, for the most part. Wonderful, friendly, and helpful staff. And I always end up finding several amazing pieces to add to my collections.

Wow, this place is amazing. It’s four floors jam-packed with stuff. The basement is strictly clothing and accessories, though you can find some clothing sprinkled throughout the other floors.

Items overly high priced, I do alot of antique shopping and this shop is expensive. I actually visited a year ago and saw alot of the same items today still there a year later so it says alot to me . I buy alot of the same types of items over and over when I can find them but wouldnt because of price. Sorry folks !

Was looking for this antique shop that I had been to many years ago (15 or so) that had 3 floors and a basement + that elevator thing, turns out this was it. A bit different from back then but still has a great selection of items spanning over several decades.

Found a little crystal turtle and a bronze bell and a glass flower unfortunately gotta detract a star bc my gf could not find a good camera idk antiques are fun i liked a lot of the stuff we looked at and there was a LOT. four floors

Hands down my favorite antique store. I have been visiting this place for years. 4 floors of glorious antiques, be ready to spend HOURS browsing. I love it and always leave with fantastic finds. Be ready for it to be busy on the weekends, but they have great hours during the week as well for a quieter visit. Friendly staff is the cherry on top.

3 floors of olde schtuff, plus the basement. not the fine decorative arts type of antiques - more of the one mans junk is another mans treasure type. but, if you only have time for 1 antique mall, this is the one to go to. basically, 3 times larger than most others. I very much appreciate they have a jug of sanitizer and potable water by the front door.the basement is occupied by essentially a womens used clothes store - Im sure theyd prefer it be called vintage - primarily womens blue denim.

What a wonderful find. We happened upon River Market Antiques after stopping for ice cream nearby, and practically lost ourselves just poking around and finding surprises around every corner. And there a LOT of corners. We only had time to peruse the first floor but will be back to check out the other levels. Staff were extremely friendly.

It has changed so much since Covid, and is now more of thrift store than an antique mall. Sad.

Neat store but no bathrooms. Strict on masks. Very hot in there and wearing a mask. We left without spending anything it was to bad because there was several things I wanted but had to use the bathroom and they refused.

I fall in more in love with this store each time I comeback! I visited this 3 story** building a month ago after Thanksgiving and went back a week before Christmas and I couldn’t believe how much “new” things they had gotten through out the store.

I absolutely love this place! Its four full floors of incredible antiques. Theyre sectioned off into booths from collectors, local artists, and more. the staff is very helpful, and has a very good relationship with all of the dealers. They also have a policy thatif an item that you like costs more than $50, you are free to make a bid or an offer on that said item... And you just might get it! Dont be afraid to haggle.

It’s the first antique store I’ve ever gone to that’s been so helpful and friendly! There are workers patrolling each floor to help shoppers out in finding specific items or to alert them to deals with individual booths. My friend and I found some great deals and the employees were so helpful to gather up our goods and then load our items into our car for us.I’m going to be a faithful customer because of their treatment to me!

The top floor is the best. Thats where all the hidden treasures are located.

I have bought alot from River Market Antiques over the years and dragged tons of friends and family here as part of my weekly Spring-Fall river market trips. They feature a lot of vendors and with 4 floors of antique furniture, decor, clothes, jewelry and accessories it is a really lovely place to shop. The one thing that i dont love is it can be a bit warm in the building and because it is such a popular place i find the prices to be a bit higher but that is ok. Shop Local!

This is a great place to find unique and varied 2nd or 3rd hand decorative items for your home or to craft something new to you out of something else...and its a great way to spend an afternoon.

Experienced the BEST customer service. It was easy to find an associate in the HUGE store and they went above and beyond to help me put a table in my car. The prices are great and all the furniture was of high quality. Cant wait to go back again.

Awesome antique mall! They have a great selection of pretty much anything... Furniture, clothes, knick knacks, vintage glassware, art, weird stuff, classy stuff. The staff is very helpful as well if you are looking for something specific.

Staff was somewhat polite, but they seem to view everyone who walks through the door more as a potential shoplifter than a potential customer. Prices are higher here. Youll find better deals at some of the smaller shops around the metro, and likely wont have staff following you around to make sure youre not doing something wrong.

The coolest antique store in KC. So much to look at! Its pretty overwhelming. Im pretty sure its impossible to spend less than 3 hours at this place. Check out their 25 year anniversary coming up!

I was so happy to shop here. Everyone so friendly and the best part ever is right when you walk in you offered a beverage and cookie. Another thing I love is they have a locker to store my bag with a lock. I don’t have to carry my bag thru 4 floors. Thank you so much I will be back.

If you want to get lost in the past River Market Antiques has a lot of great browsing. They have great sections with a variety of items from every era and kitschy but significant in history. Youll most likely find something that you cant avoid buying but just doing a walk through will be entertaining and enjoyable.

I normally have a good experience when I am at this store but, I will never shop here again because of the rude customer service I experienced. I walked up to the counter to pay for my purchase and the lady working at the counter was an older lady with white hair she never acknowledged me. She was looking down at the counter working on something and when the phone rang she picked it up while still not acknowledging me. She never smiled at me or even once did she say I will be with you in a moment. I walked out of the store. I immediately called and she answered. I asked to speak with a manager and she said their was not a manager there in the store. She said “are you the lady that walked out”. I automatically sensed her tone was not friendly and her tone was hostile and argumentative. I raised my voice and told her she needs to learn customer service skills. I will never shop their again and I will spend my money elsewhere where I feel the customer is appreciated. There are plenty of other antique shops in Kansas City. I will advise anyone that the customer service is usually friendly but on this particular day this employee was rude and has no concept of customer service. I hope the owner/manager reads my review because of your employee that day who wanted to argue with me and tell me their was not a manager on site that day you have definitely lost a customer.
