Linda, the receptionist is very sweet, to the point that even if there is absolutely no openings, she will asks one of the mechanics to come and speak with me anyway concerning my truck, the patience and kindness that they all have makes you want to wait for them even 2 weeks out because you know it will be done right and not be overcharged or lied to. Cox Standard, has the best mechanics in the city. Not only are they honest, but fair in pricing. They are truly nice guys, and will not try to get over on you.

This is the best place you could basically ever imagine. It reminds me of my small town kind of community growing up, but here in KCMO. The staff is incredible and they always go above and beyond to help you with whatever is going on. Its a gem in the city for sure.

Keith & Jeff are great guys. I have brought my car to Cox loyally for over five years for oil changes and minor repairs. If Im onsite during the service, they have always brought me into the bay to point out any concerns and explain whether they recommend immediate repair or how long it can wait. They are honest and do their work well.

I was en route to StLMO from Taos, NM on a Sunday night when my alternator shot craps. These folks got me in early Monday morn to get me back on my way. The mechanic let me know what was happenig before doing the work and whether to proceed. Super nice people and professional ... mechanics in the true sense. I couldnt have picked a better place to break down ... ;)

Modern well staffed excellent mechanics reasonable prices in 93 octane gasoline. You wont have to be there more than 15 minutes before you see some supercar pull in and get their gas there
