Only one person behind the counter taking orders and making the sandwiches. She is really hustling but she forgot one of our items. I feel for her because she’s alone and really trying to keep up. They should have at least one more person on staff.

There are so few places to eat in the KC airport and this is one thats OK. Its outside security but still crammed into a hallway. There are no places to sit and eat so get your food, go through security and then eat.

Average. I’ve been a number of times and they are often out of product, specifically the Tomazillo bagel. Service is ok. Food tastes pretty good. Not my favorite, but if hungry at the airport and need food, you can try here. Don’t expect great service though.

Beware operated by a third party company called hms host. Mis managed, and far below standards. Employees are badly trained and poorly treated.

Before I start the review, I would like to tell all the restaurant-goers, do not go to this restaurant. First of all there was only one employee working and he was very slow. He did not speak loud enough for us to hear, so we were all straining to at least get one word out of him. Second, the food was sub-par when compared to the ridiculous price of $8.49 a bagel. It was not a restaurant but more of a dumbed down deli. I would recommend you do not try this subway copycat fiasco.

The food was not terrible. The two employees are sitting here on their phones. Meanwhile the coffee was empty, counters and tables are gross and the floor needs mopped.

The bagel was delicious and they put an excellent amount of cream cheese on it. A lovely place.

Decent for airport food but still overpriced. 18.00 for two bagels sandwiches, 1 chips, and a water. Staff was friendly though and service was fast.
