He has an excellent attitude and goes the extra mile to help your clients by ensuring your work is done properly. He is a great asset to your organization and deserves to be commended. I went there today to get my tire fixed and made an appointment online. They couldn’t find my appointment and I mistakenly had made the appointment at another store. They still put me in right away fixed my tire and didn’t charge me. They are excellent. I will definitely go back to them.

Went in to get a tire with a slow leak patched. The staff was very kind and courteous. They found two nails in my tire, fixed it quickly, and didnt charge me even though this was my first time to this location. I was extremely surprised and grateful. Will definitely go back.

So I did not buy my tire from here but I changed a flat in the parking lot prior to the store opening. Employee saw me adding my spare came out assisted me and got me on my way to work. Maca was amazing and I would strongly suggest them on the customer service alone. 5 stars for sure.

My car started pulling to the right on the highway right before I got off. We were driving north and were nowhere close to home. They got us right in thoroughly looked over everything to make sure everything was safe and didnt even charge me for their time.

A few weeks ago, my car overheated on the freeway. When I went off the exit in Kaysville, smoke started coming out and I panicked and pulled into Les Schwab to see if they could help. Even though thats not normally something they do, they were so nice-- they took a look at my car, and after it had cooled down refilled my antifreeze so I could make it somewhere to get the radiator repaired. They took a decent amount of time helping me, and didnt charge me or anything. Im grateful for the kind people at Les Schwab who went out of their way to help a stranger.

Never been here before but got a big screw in my tire and needed some help. I walked in and said what had happened, and they made it really simple and just asked my number and my vehicle make. He took my keys and said they would take care of it.About 15-20 minutes later they fixed my tire, free of charge! They just handed me my keys and had it waiting right by the exit. Had my “check tire pressure” light turn on 1 hour into a 6 hour road trip home and this was the closest tire shop. Had a hissing and flat tire when I pulled in. They had a line of people ahead of me, but were upfront and honest with the wait time. They removed the piece of metal and repaired my tire faster than anticipated wait time and free of charge! Best experience ever!

Usually get treated pretty well here. Ive used this location for tires, winter tire change over, flat repair, brakes, rear end repair. They are not the least expensive shop. I know that they stand behind their work almost without question.

I called to see how much it would cost to have four loose tires mounted and balanced on four loose wheels. They told me “$35 to $40 per tire.” When I asked why so much for simple mounting and balancing, they told me it’s because they charge more for tire services on anything not purchased from Les Schwab.

About a week ago I noticed that one of my tires was low, I put air in it, and it kept going down. This morning my car detected it was low again. I stopped by Les Schwab in Kaysville on my way to work, since I work down the street. The man was really nice and said that they would check it out and it would take about an hour, so I walked to work. I got a call an hour later and said it was done and sure enough it had a nail in the tire, and free of charge. I got great customer service. Highly recommend!!

We had a flat on our way through town and called this location not long before they closed. Maca and Sherry were both so kind to us and helped us replace the tire in 15 minutes!! It’s so rare to encounter such kindness is situations like this. We are so appreciative!

I had a slow leak in one of my truck tires due to a 1/4” thick screw that got lodged in there so I took it in to Les Schwab as they are close by. It was my first time going to Les Schwab and didn’t know what to expect. They were very friendly and helpful. I had a bit of a wait, but the lobby was comfy to wait in. Once it was done I was very happily surprised that they told me the repair would be on them today! It was a great surprise and I was very grateful for their service.

Just had my tire fixed .... it had a nail in it. The staff was incredibly nice and professional. They got my car in fast and when I went to pay them ..... they said it was on them and to think of them the next time I need tires!!! You can count on it!!! Highly recommend !!!!!

Got a nail in our tire while on the freeway which had a bad leak and stopped at the closest place we could find ending up being Les Schwab in Layton. We’d never been there before and unfortunately arrived soon after they’d closed for the day. As we were pulling out our spare and tools one of the workers came out and offered his help. He had us wait inside as he serviced our vehicle fixing our tire so we didn’t have to use the spare and to our further surprise told us not to worry about paying and wouldn’t even take a tip! So thankful for the selfless service they provided! It was a huge blessing!

THANK YOU Les Schwab! Somehow managed to get a sharp rock or piece of glass in the passenger rear tire, found the tire flat in the driveway. Put the spare on Saturday mid morning & dropped it off around 2pm. Got the call around an hour later the car was ready. Went in expecting to pay for the service provided & to my surprise received a generous gift! They didnt charge for the tire :) great service dropping off & picking up. Would totally go back & recommend! These guys are awesome! I took my daughter’s car in to get her slow leaking tire fixed. They fixed it within an hour and didn’t charge anything! I love companies that still do quick jobs for nothing, knowing they are gaining a customer for future repairs!

Les less Schwab. Took car in did not get a call back from service guy. I called him he claimed my phone did not answer or allow him to leave a message. Funny I received 5 calls during the time he claimed he called with 2 that left voice messages! What a scam. I guess they are so good they did not want my 700.00 dollars they were going to charge me for back brakes. I will pay more anywhere else that actually treats customers like a customer. I would not send anyone to that location and I am going tell everyone I know to stay clear of them.

This location has great service. It has a nice, clean waiting area with a lot of seating, television, coffee, hot chocolate and popcorn. I dont get my tires anywhere else.

I bought a 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Larry H. Miller of Murray this summer. They installed a lift on it and the front wheels had major positive camber and looked and drove terrible. I went back to the dealer to have adjusted and was turned away and told there was nothing they could do.I’m a long time customer of Les Schwab and they fixed the camber right away. The truck drives better and looks much better. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Sean!!

We were traveling through from out of town. I had a flat on the interstate. My wife saw online that this location had good reviews. We pulled in and they fixed my flat tire and swapped out the spare. They did not even charge me for it. We were out in less than an hour and back on the road. They are very pleasant to deal with and the waiting area was comfortable. I highly recommend them.

Recently I purchased a used car for my wife. One day we noticed a slow leak in one of the tires, so I took it to Les Schwab in Kaysville. They fixed my flat for free even though the tires were not purchased from them. I will be back this fall to purchase my next set of tires from them. I love Les Schwab - Ive bought tires from many other shops over the years, but none of them come close to the exceptional service and warranty I receive at Les Schwab. I love that I can be travelling and have coverage almost anywhere I am. I have also had them replace my brakes - 5 stars

Wonderful service! They are quick and thorough! We had been to two other car shops and they said that nothing was wrong with our tire that would suddenly go flat but these guys found a little screw and fixed the tire within 25-30 minutes for free!

The staff at the counter where great. They helped me with all my questions. The techs on the other hand where constantly on their phones, talking with each other, and walking in and out. They also need to pull there pants up and start looking professional.

My favorite tire store. Maca is an awesome manager and always takes great care of me. Buying tires sucks, but at least they are nice and do a good job. The smell though if their waiting area is my favorite part though. Popcorn and fresh rubber!

Ive taken several vehicles there, for tires, brakes, wheel bearing replacement, etc. Theyve always been prompt to get started working on it. Tires repaired today, they did for free, even though I hadnt bought the tires there. The bearings? They did it for well under half what the dealership quoted me. I WILL be taking my business there again, gladly.

Had a bit of an emergency situation on my way to Boise. I pulled in and told them what was going on. They diagnosed the problem, and even though it was going to take till after closing time they got to work. The price was fair, the work was good and I got on my way. They were more than professional.

Had a great experience today. Les Schwab always goes above and beyond with their customer service, but today really blew me away.Theres was a miscommunication on my part, completely my mistake, and the assistant manager went out of his way to make things convenient for me at their expense. Not to mention they were super busy and I still felt like they made sure when communicating to me that our time was unrushed.What an honest, and a great place to do business.

I hit something on the freeway and destroyed my tire around 6:30 pm on 2/27/17. I called this location and although they were closed, the manager (Jarod) stayed until just after 8:00 to get me a new tire and safely back on the road. On top of it all, he was very kind and professional and I was out of there in about 20 min. I recommend you purchase from this store
