Ive been with T-Mobile as long as Ive had a cell phone for about 19 years now and only reason I stick with T-Mobile is because of the kind of customer service I received tonight!

I have always received excellent customer service at the kaysville T Mobile. Today, August 4, I had the privilege to have Sofia and Tori wait on me. I had had a very stressful morning with other matters than my phone. I came into the store to get a screen protector put on. They were very kind. They suggested I by a device for my truck that provides road side help ( which is what I had needed earlier), diagnostic etc. they really helped me feel better about my day. Most Dishonest store I have ever done business with. I bought from the store manager and he assured my they would not adjust my bills going forward. From the first bill on I have been constantly trying to correct the incorrect billing of my account and they will not even do anything to try and resolve the issue. The store manager has since left and now they tell me my issues were with him and they will not even try to help.I cannot recommend that others go some where else enough to buy your phones.

I am very grateful to this store and the manager Michael because I thought all hope was lost for us to return my husband’s phone because we went to another store in Provo and they weren’t helpful to us at all. Michael was so much help and went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied customers. We had to go back for our card but we were so happy to get everything worked out in the end. They are very friendly here too and offered a water bottle for us. I definitely recommend this store specifically!

I went into the store on Friday (yesterday) to return a cellphone boost. I was told by a customer service rep to just go in and return it. Well with more miscommunication with T-mobile I was there longer than I had planned for. The girl behind the counter assured me she will make sure it will all be taken care of and she will call me before she left at 3 to let me know. Still waiting on that call/promise that was supposed to happen 24+ hours ago. Another promise = another lie.I have hated t-mobile from day one and counting down the days I am able to tell them goodbye!! 3 months to go!

Staff was too scatterbrained and uninformed.A process that should have taken about 30 minutes took three hours and the girls helping us didn’t know what they were talking about.We were excited to switch from Verizon because we thought we would save money and get new phones even though our phones were only a few months old.We were told that we would get our new phones for free and that our plan would include perks in it to make it even more worth it to switch.We are now regretting switching because we don’t have the perks on our plan like they said we would and are paying for the phones.

People there were super friendly, got me signed up on a killer deal.... Or so I thought.But after leaving the store and realizing my data didnt work, and turns out the plan they offered me didnt really exist I got really heated.After taking a full two years off of my life by anger overwhelming me, I finally got on the phone with T-Mobile. The customer agents, even the ones in India after hours, were great. It took a full 3 hours for my phone number to port over, and once that was complete everything worked great.Ill never trust anyone in store again, dude promised me $50/month for Post-Paid 10gb/month plan. Turns out that doesnt exist, best they could offer me is $60/month with auto pay. Because the customer service agents were so nice, Im gonna give them the benefit of the doubt to try out the service. But this store can go shove their thoughts and promises up the tail pipe of their own human body.

We have gone to this location multiple times. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. They have always tried to get us the best deal possible. They have not been pushy with us. It takes time to get a new phone onto your account - it doesnt matter if you go to the location, another location or call customer service on the phone. I dont mind waiting when the staff is kind. I hope this store stays this way for a long time.

I went in on 05/09/2017 for a new screen protector and had four customers in front of me. Having read previous reviews, I was nervous. However, the customer service provided and the care and attention to detail were above and beyond. Eddie and Malcolm were both assisting multiple people. Malcolm got to me within 2-3 minutes, helped me find the right protector I wanted, and then put it on my phone for me. Both he and Eddie were so pleasant and kind and helpful. In fact, they were so kind, I brought up that the location did not have great reviews for some reason. I was told there had been a change in staffing and they were working hard on improving. It was definitely noticed in my visit yesterday, and Ill definitely be back! Thanks!

Should have known to come here first! We have been trying for 2 months to get internet into our store in Ogden and its like we live in the 1800s cause no one could get a line in! Finally went into T-Mobile and Michael and Nathan helped us add a actual hot spot which would run 10 devices! Hello! They were fantastic. Went into this location looking at switching plans. Right up front I told the kid helping me I priced around and they where less or same amount as other plans all I care about is I dont get told one thing then something else happen. I told him I have a month or two with my current provider then want the switch he talked me into setting up the plan that day so I locked in the deals and they wouldnt switch the numbers until 30 days. I was hesitant because I wasnt exactly sure what day I would be out of my other plan. The salesman said no problem if everything dont work out you cancel before the 30 days and we will refund the money you pay today and you wont get a bill I said you are 100 percent sure on that and him and the other employee said yes a hundred percent. I said one more time you dont have to sale me Im switching either way I will just wait if I need to and once again he said I dont lie about this stuff I dont make comission on these so I have no reason to lie. Very long story short I went to cancel and it was all a lie no refund and I had to fight the Bills it was a joke not only did it turn me off of T Mobile but I will pay extra just to not deal with people that lie right to your face I would do a 1 star if it wasnt for the manager getting the payment stuff worked out no refund but he did help me with the other.

Im only giving this shop in specific one star because I was able to walk out of the store with a new phone in hand, which was nice dont get me wrong, but it wasnt the phone I originally wanted. No big deal, I just dont like being lied to about some bundle deal with a screen protector and case for my new phone included when I purchased said phone then not getting either of those that day. That was Friday and I still dont have either of those. Sad thing is my family has been with T-MOBILE for years, Im talking well over a decade and I get lied to like that? Thats a damn shame. Seriously. Im never going to this location again and will be sticking with the Farmington location permanently.

I dont know what all these bad reviews are for, but i went in looking to switch from sprint, it took them a couple days, but by the end they figured out how to unlock my phones, which i didnt even know you could unlock phones from sprint. they kept me updated the entire time as they were doing research to figure out how to unlock my phones and they put a plan together for me and gave me 20% off! great store! very nice people!

In March my wife and I went into the store to switch from Sprint. Long story short, we were told there was an awesome promotion where not only would we get a rebate for our phones but the equipment as well. The equipment that was pushed on us (wireless chargers, a car charger, phone cases, screen protector, Sync Up) because it was all supposedly a part of this promotion. We were hesitant and asked a lot of questions but were told all would be taken care of. Turns out this was false. We did get a rebate card that covered most of the cost of the phones but nothing else. We went into the Station Park store which is corporate and they let us return everything and really took care of us. They also told us that the Sync Up (which was supposed to be $10 a month) had been put on the highest data (6G) plan-without us knowing. The representatives at the 200 N store were very nice, but we were very upset at the dishonesty and do not appreciate the headache it has been to get everything sorted out. We will not be doing business at this store again.

My husband and I went in looking at the BOGO deal on the Samsung Galaxy Note 10+. The staff was super helpful and Wolf helped us get setup with our new phones, plus an extra line and free phone for our son, as well as a new bluetooth speaker.. a few days later when something weird was happening with our bill we went back in and Wolf had it sorted out in about 30 minutes.Ive been a T-Mobile customer for a lot of years and this is one of the best stores Ive been in. Theyve always been willing to help me with whatever I needed.Were living in Layton and always willing to make a longer trip just to come into this location.

Awesome experience! I was really shocked to have read all the bad reviews from months or years back. New employees made the difference and were very knowledgeable. I had Verizon for years and switched to T-Mobile when I heard theyd buy out my contract. Had a guy at this location get me started with a 5s and Ive been loving it! I really felt taken care of. Walked in there were 4 workers and 4 customers. I was next in line. It took me AN HOUR AND 15 minutes to get to talk to someone. They are very slow at what they do. Nobody acknowledged that I was even in the store. Do not come in at anytime unless there is no one else in the store.

I came in to transfer the phone to another person and he said he can’t help us because we’re in “direct competition of him selling a phone to somebody and that we’re taking money from his paycheck by coming in”. Apparently he has a counter that clocks the visits and if he isn’t selling you a phone he doesn’t want to help you.We were just swapping a phone out between our lines and he got very hostile. Maybe he was intoxicated?Whoever owns this store is a joke and need to re-evaluate what “customer service” means

My experience with this t-mobile store was the worst consumer experience of my life.I have been a t-mobile customer since the days of voice stream back in 1999. I have always been happy with t-mobile until my experience with this store ruined everything. I went to upgrade mine and my wifes phones at this store, they had a special on the phones I was looking for where if you purchased one the second one was free. The sales person there told me this deal was good for upgrades as well, he also told me several other things that were completely untrue. He promised several discounts that were a complete lie, no one else can even tell me what he was talking about. He told me what to expect on my first months bill and when I got the bill it was nearly twice what I was told. I was expecting about a $150/month bill for two smart phones on a family plan, when I got the bill it was over $300.I went into the store to talk to this guy and he spun some web about how my next months bill would be right and I would see a discount on that bill to correct the previous month. Once again, a total lie. I received the next months bill which was the same as the first. I called t-mobile and they said that I had to resolve the problem with the store. So I went in to talk to the manager and after coming back on two different times when he was supposed to be there, I finally found him in the store.The manager was no help at all. He basically told me that I signed a contract and that I should have read the fine print before doing so. NO HELP AT ALL. The only option I had available to me was to cancel my service and pay the early termination fees. After everything this stores dishonesty cost me $858.64 that I should not have been required to pay. I will also never use T-mobile again since their side was completely unwilling/unable to help me resolve this problem.I seriously considered taking legal action against them but I just dont have the time to bother with such dishonest people.

Do not shop at this location. I needed a replacement SIM card for a Nexus 4 and this location insists on charging $20. A total change from a few years ago when they did it for free. If you need a replacement/exchange SIM card, go to the Clearfield/Clinton location since they do it for free.I called T-Mobile customer care about this issue and he said it is up to the Management at each location to decide if they charge for a SIM card. My business will now go to the Clinton location for phones/accessories at T-Mobile. I have had a lot of lousy experiences here, but now that I know there are good T-Mobile stores, with good employees and good managers I will go and support them.

When we declined an upgrade offered to us be the sales associate the man became somewhat hostile. The associate was arrogant, rude, and relentless in pushing a sale after we declined it multiple times.We went a second time hoping we would have a better experience, but unfortunately we had the same experience. Getting a phone replaced here is an absolute disaster. The people are unkind, unhelpful, and do not do anything to provide a positive experience. The phone came 3 days later than expected for a warranty replacement. I was told I would have to pay to swap a sim card to a different phone which I already owned for a temp. While I was waiting, the manager appeared to be having an argument with his parents, forcing me to wait longer while he sorted whatever personal problems he had going on. I will never go back to this store, even though it is so near to me. It’s worth the drive to go somewhere else.

I was given the run around for weeks being given different info every time. These employees dont know what they are talking about. Save yourself time and go strait to Farmington station. Thats an official affiliate location.

My mother went into the Layton Hills store to see how much International Calling would be. Zane, the salesperson at the time (who is now the Assistant Manager at the Kaysville store), checked her account and saw she was qualified to get speakers and headphones for the just the sales tax because she was a valued customer for 10 years. She thought this was an amazing deal of course and bought four of them for the four lines she has. He also said that it would lower her bill by $10 a month. Little did she know that he was lying about everything. The sales tax price was merely a downpayment and she owed over $800 for the speakers and headphones. He also lowered our data plans to get the $10 off but didnt tell my mom. She didnt see the amount on her bill until it was too late to return the items. She went in to speak with a manager at the store and he said there wasnt anything he could do. He gave her a $50 credit and told her to call the T-Mobile Loyalty department. She got ahold of a lady and she told her she would call her back with what she can do. That was two weeks ago and the lady has still not called her back. Salespeople should disclose everything about transactions even if the customer doesnt ask. This cold have all been avoided if Zane had been honest and told my mom everything about the transaction rather than pulling her in with a made-up deal just to get a sale. Worst experience weve had with T-Mobile and now were stuck paying over $800 for something we thought was going to be super cheap. I have never seen such dishonest business practices and am ashamed to be a T-Mobile customer.

Man behind me kept insisting he needed help with text messaging, I was there to replace two SIM cards they gave me that were the wrong size. Poor serivce + theyre sooo slooow. we went in to get a new SIM card (which we called ahead for and had it waiting). after 30 minutes and no help, the customer in front of us left, then we did. employee had to unlock door and didnt say anything as we left (or when we entered). while he was helping the 1 customer (for the entire 30+ minutes) he was sooo slooow. he just chatted and small talked and showed no sign of working quicker. it was like watching him in slow motion. A year ago I bought a used phone from this location when they convinced me I was getting a phone worth hundreds of dollars more than it was. That phone crashed all the time, and overheated so bad you couldnt touch it.Recently I went in to get a new phone, and somehow an even worse phone (a new phone at that) ended up in my hands.
