I have been a customer with Verizon for as long as I can remember. I always get fast friendly service. I am pleased with my devices, and cant beat there prices.
I was having problems with my new phone. I went in and found Braulio and he helped me get everything working. He was quick and kind and he knew his stuff.
Every single person there was so helpful, I have never enjoyed a phone purchasing experience more. Added my boyfriend to my phone plan and we ordered our new phones in. If I had to change anything, it would be that. We were all set to do it in one day but got held up by needing to order the phones. The process was so smooth and the associates were both friendly and stayed after closing, despite the fact that they werent getting paid for it. Will definitely return to this store again.
Came in to get some help fixing an issue with my phone, and witnessed a male Karen causing a fuss over something that Jarron, the patient and calm employee had no control over. His service was commendable and he was more considerate than the angry gentlemen deserved. After the walking disaster of a customer left, swearing never to return (thats not a threat sir, thats a kindness) Jarron helped me with my issue, and gave 5 star service. Excellent staff, the man deserves a raise
I had a great experience just talking with the employees while waiting for my new phone to be setup. Josh is the store manager and has a very detailed memory on each phone and explained every pro and con with great knowledge. He was very helpful and has already helped me further over the phone. This is not a corporate store. I have there 2 times with phone swap issues. They make no money on these issues. Both times the service was great. I had 2 different new employees but they were supported by the supervisors in a great way.

This location has a vib about it... they were super helpful and tried to help me fix my phone for over an hour... I felt like they didnt just want my money. I had a good experience 😌 I hope you do too! Make an offering to the phone gods before you go... I usually bury a stick from the forest in the parking strip. Dont be afraid to dance or sing riddles when collecting the proper stick.
Very frustrating experience. We went to upgrade two phones and added a watch, very straightforward things. We spent 3.5 hours one day and 2 hours another day in the store trying to do this. They were unable to correctly add the watch. We had to make multiple phone calls with the main Verizon customer service to have them undo what the in store representative did and to redo it correctly. In store we declined the extra coverages, but they have still appeared on our next phone bill, so now we will have to call and go through the additional hassle of rectifying this mistake. To sum it up, the main Verizon customer service has to fix and redo almost everything that was done in the store.

I ordered a new phone to replace my current and well used phone. I was promptly greeted when I walked through the front door. They found my new phone and started the Activation process. I was assigned One if their customer service folks (Lindsey Miles). . We went to activate the new phone we encountered an issue that they (and the the company level support) have never encountered. Lindsey handled the situation in a very professional manner, Lindsey made sure I knew exactly where we were in the entire process. She answered all my questions as we went through getting my new phone activated. After Verizon tech came back with two options, Lindsey immediately suggested that they request a new phone so that we alleviate any further issues. When we were done my old phone appeared to be working properly. Unfortunately I failed to verify before I departed the store and after Lindsey asked me, if my cellular option was working, I assumed yes without checking (My fault for not checking). When I departed the store I realized that my cellular was not working. I contacted her using my wife’s phone. and she was right on it. Lindsey has it fixed within minutes. Lindsey provided outstanding customer service with a situation that no one, including their own customer service center has encountered before. If I every have an issue again,I will definitely ask for Lindsey.

The ABSOLUTE BEST customer service that I have had ever at a phone store! We were taken care of with kindess and patience when my phone was broken and we needed to still transfer my data. Josh and his entire team all jumped in to help and informed me on all my options possible after saving my phone. We wont go anywhere else!
Jay Dee Bowcutt spent a lot of time helping me decide on which phone would suit my needs the best. After we ordered it in. I changed my mind. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy, along with giving me lots of information on how to use my new phone with my ipad etc.
Every time I go into the Kaysville, Utah Verizon store for help, I get the best service in the world. I have been to many Verizon stores in my life time because I travel so much; but, I have never been in one with such nice, helpful, kind, and friendly people. When I leave I am always smiling and feeling so good. Today I interacted with Ken and Chance. They were fabulous. Chance helped me with my problem and he was so competent and helpful. To say that I was angry when I left this particular Verizon store yesterday, would be a gross understatement. I went to this store to switch back to Verizon after trying T-Mobile for a few months due to their anti-spam policy, but was met by a young salesman that either was clueless of how to do his job, or Verizon has recently made one of their biggest mistakes, and I am going to peddle the outcome to that if it is true. I was informed that under no circumstances that I could not keep my current phone number and would automatically be generated a new one, with no alternative.I informed him that all of my doctors, surgeons, legal contacts, friends and family were tied to it and there was no way that I was going to voluntarily give up said number.I then gave him one last chance to verify that he was correct and asked him if there was someone at corporate or higher up that could override that, he replied no and that he couldnt change policy.Before I stood up to leave I informed him that if I left at went to the T-Mobile store to renew my plan that I would never return to Verizon wireless regardless of the situation and asked if he were absolutely positive. He replied yes.Good Luck, Verizon; Youve permanently lost an 20 plus year (prior to the short switch) customer.

If I could give this store negative stars, I would certainly do that. The customer service here is extremely poor. The phone service is more expensive, which is worth it because the coverage is so much better. There are several stores in the area that sell Verizon and since the customer service agents are on commission, we went elsewhere.The reps were awful. Not personable. Not friendly. Rude.Dont waste your time going to this store. Go to the one in Syracuse. Much better service and theyll treat you right.
Willy is amazing!! I showed up with my mother to switch phones and upgrade hers and he was more than helpful!! He helped us and was extremely patient and knowledgeable which was much needed because of our lack of being tech savvy. We would recommend him to anyone because of this one time meeting him!!
My family went in on 5/22/2020 wanted to switch over to Verizon and purchase some phones. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER... They where extremely rude. Quoted us one price on the phone and when we went ahead to try and make the purchase to buy the phones they argued with us over the price they quoted one price and change the price to a different one. So we got up and left because of the way they treated us. And went to the Verizon Store in Syracuse Best customer service ever!!!!! We definitely will be doing our business through them.

Willy was so awesome to work with. I didn’t even buy my phone at his store and he still transferred all my old phone data to my new phone. He even cleaned my phone and put on my new tempered glass screen protector. He was very professional and answered all my questions regarding my new phone. It’s hard to find a good humble and great service at a Verizon store, they are authorized retail store and the service has been great. I got a pleasure arrive with Willy with helping me with all my questions and as well replacing my iPhone case and charger. He was well informed and knowledgeable. I went it to upgrade my phone, I’ve been sporting an IPhone6 for a bit to long. And I was referred by a friend to go see Ken at the Kaysville store. He helped me review the phone options, and is very knowledgeable about the different phones, specs and plans. Great service, very friendly, and made sure I was happy with the upgrade. I left with my new iphone. And he reviewed my plan and saw I was on an outdated plan that was costing me more... he saved me almost a hundred dollars on my bill... AWESOME! Just visited this Verizon store to upgrade my phone. I was a couple of clicks away from doing the upgrade online but stopped because I wanted the phone today and thought it could help a salesperson. I asked for the same deal I just had on the computer a few minutes before but the salesperson told me I needed to spend $100 in accessories to get that deal. I told him I didnt need any accessories today. He said he could maybe still get me that deal which was $300 off retail. Im confident this was just a trick/lie to get me to buy accessories. I left and completed the upgrade online.

My boyfriend bought a watch online and we tried setting it up for 3 days!!! Nobody was able to complete the activation, and I mean NOBODY 😕 until we came to the Kaysville store and met Sabastian, he helped us and didnt give up until it was done. I had to go to work and he let us leave, my boyfriend came back but the whole time he was gone Sabastian stayed working on it. He was fantastic 👏 👏 Pretty sure we found our home Verizon store 😀

BEWARE. 1- this is not Verizon but a cellular sales company. If you have a problem with cellular sales, Verizon cannot help with your at-sale billing. 2- manager ghosts customers. General manager said 5 days for their billing dept to make the correction, it has been 9 days with no call-back. Cannot get contact info for owner of cellular sales. Salesman were good but have no authority to correct mistakes. 3- We traded in 4 phones, the paper work from Cellular Sales reflects proper credit but Verizon never receive the $229.99 credit. Our bill is due soon and they still owe us a credit! Ridiculous! So much wasted time trying to get what is due us👎

Willy and Jacob were great. I had a crack in my screen saver and Williy replaced it for free. He also was the first one to the door when I came in. Jacob came over and met me and talked with me abouthow I like my new phone. Excellent service.

I visited the Kaysville Verizon store today to switch service providers from Sprint to Verizon. Cameron, was the sales associate who assisted me today and he was by far one of the most friendly and knowledgable employees I have ever met. His demeanor was helpful, understanding, and extremely courteous. Not once, did I ever feel like I wasn’t the most important Verizon customer. The level of service provided to me today only reaffirmed my decision to leave Sprint after 14 years to a better service provider. If the rest of Verizon’s employees are half as amazing as Cameron, I will be a loyal Verizon customer for the next 14 years and far beyond! Keep up the great work Verizon!!!
We’ve been in to store twice hoping to get some help. We currently have Verizon service and are looking to add two additional lines or switch to AT&T. Both times we couldn’t even get an employee to acknowledge our presence. Both times we waited 20+ minutes before finally walking out. We were pleasantly surprised with our experience at the Farmington Station AT&T store. We highly recommend that you go there instead of this Verizon store.

I have been with Verizon 18 years. Have loved them until Sept.I go to the West Bt store. I will try to keep this as short as possible. Went in to upgrade. One sales rep was helping when he got a call the mgr came to help. Nice guys laughed joked. The rep who took the call came back to say it was GM asking him to be assistant mgr. They laughed saying he doesnt know that he is quitting next week. The mgr was saying he is quitting in Dec or Jan also.Things l shouldnt know. Had fun discussing all l needed was upgrade phone and charger. Even took them a pie. Was called dear on many occasions. Went in to settle on what l needed. Talking all the time laughing joking like good friends. At end his screen turned towards to mgr was asked to sign on pad facing me on counter. Not thinking what was going on l signed it. Was walked to door him carrying my bag was given a hug and called dear. Went home put bag in closet. I had the phone in hand and didnt need the IPAD or charger which should have been the only thing in my bag. Billing comes and l have almost $250 more than usual bill! Looking in my bag l had several extra items l did not ask for. Extra commission? Wentback in to store and was told l signed for it nothing they will do!!You decide..
Horrible experience. Not a regular Verizon Store. Messed up my mothers phone order big time. Had the phone sent to another state. Told us the order had not been processed, etc!!!! Have been at the regular Verizon Store and finally after an hour they solved the problem and we went home with a new phone! We will never go to them again for anything!! Dont waste your time going to them only go to the Verizon store on Antelope Dr., in Layton, Utah. They are not a franchise like the Kaysville store. And their employees know what they are doing and wont mess you up.
Today we were helped by Lexa for4 solid hours.She was so attentive..We purchased for devices!! She was such a trooper. We are old so she had to be so patient and review many times. You are blessed to have a solid employee like Alexa!!
