I love Bath &Body works but the gal at the front this past Sat was rude. I felt like an idiot for bringing my children with (they did nothing and I monitor). I sent them out into the mall as I was checking out and she made some snide comment about how they were running around out in the hall. $1,000 bucks says she has no kids. She should understand most of her clientele does. Get a little empathy lady.

I love love this store. The associates in the store are superfriendly and nice and helpful and they had a fantastic sale going on today as well everything was 75% off on certain select tables. I could spend over $1,000 in the store and its just on lotions and body washes and perfumes. This store is a girls dream and now they sell items for men as well because I got my oldest son some body lotion and it smells wonderful so Im excited to use it on him and see how it works for him. Very happy with this store though.

They had the big candles at $10.00 off.. I got 3 of my favorite Merry Mimosa.. They smell so good!! I got one for Christmas a couple years ago & loved it.. It will spread fragrance thru several rooms...

Great service and very careful with cleanliness and 6 ft. distancing. The only issue is everytime I go in the cashiers are slow and act like theres no hurry at all.

Buyer beware. My online order was damaged in transit. The corporate website, email, chat, and phone are all automated. I went into a store because the automated system wasnt resolving my issue and I wanted to talk to an actual person. The Kearney store told me togo back to corporate. Wouldnt honor my pricing or even attempt to. Frustrating.

Horrible online ordering system. Orders still not arriving after 3-4 weeks. Saying its shipped when it hasnt been, packages showing up with nothing in it or completely broken. Someone definitely dropped the ball this year.
