This phone service is absolutely horrible. If it wasnt for wifi calling my phone would be a over glorified mp3 player. Every single one of my calls drop. All my text messages say they send but no one receives them. This all happens with full bars. Ive tried having it fixed multiple times. Its not the stores fault. Its just simply horrible service. Dont waste your money go with Verizon

US Cellular has the worst service ever. We’ve been overcharged and promised help that never came. We changed to Verizon and are super happy with them.

We purchased new phones in the last week and of course with the upgrades came questions. The person who helped us with the purchase was quite knowledgeable and did not rush us thru the process, back today with questions and they were very helpful.

My experience has not been positive. Their prices are expensive for what you get and customer service not helpful when there is a problem. I tried to get a charger this morning for a watch they sold me. They dont have it. Didnt go the extra mile
