Eric and Jesus were wonderful unlike any service Ive had fro Viaero in years. They gave customer service and werent playing on their own phones, like many reps before, instead they gave both my husband and I wonderful service and fixed the issues on both of our phones. Give these two a raise!

Unlimited plan is actually limited. They wont tell you this. There is a throttle cap on data and automated confirmation text or SMS messages are blocked. Hope you can verify that Google account some other way or Change that time clock password without it.Still better then Verizon, but by an almost unnoticeable amount.

Anytime Ive ever gone in there with a phone problem Ive never gotten a straight answer. I always have to end up going somewhere else because I can never get any help.

Bought BRAND NEW phone, quit working after two weeks. Replaced with a REFURBISHED phone..NOT OK!! When I complained, I was told that is just how it works
