Wow, this is probably the most professional and well-stocked “Alternative Health” store I’ve ever seen… Staff is great and very helpful… and don’t fret about “natural resources”… We got Penicillin from bread mold, Aspirin came from the inside bark of willow trees…. I can highly recommend this store, because they really care about their customers, who, like me, have suffered Crohn’s Disease for 50 YEARS….

Best vape shop ever. Never disappoints. They always have what I need and while everyone else always gives me the wrong coils Alternatives has never gotten it wrong. My trusted Vape shop! I pass at least 2 others on my way here.

I usually love this store but I’m highly annoyed that no one is here right now when it says the place is open. Tried calling, no answer. I’m vapeless and need a new setup and was hoping to make it a quick in and out thing but now I’m going to have to decide between going way out of my way to another shop or waiting who knows how long for an employee to show up. Not impressed.

Ive always had great service, friendly staff and the most choices with the best prices. Ive been a loyal customer for over 2 years and will continue to do so.

Every time I enter the store Im greeted with a smile by an employee at the shop and they are eager to help me find the item I need for the most affordable price and they make sure to ask the right kinds of questions to ensure they gave me the right item the first time around, each time I leave I know I got the best deal, had the most help and know Im returning for the items and experience at the shop. Five stars good service, good people, good inventory. Groovy 👍

So sad with the experience here, Ive been to this shop many times and its usually great, but the skinny dark haired girl that now works here is extremely rude. She doesnt know much about vape maintenance and when you ask for help she says theres nothing she can do, she guessed on a size of seals for my vape that clearly wouldnt fit at all and when I offered to take apart the vape while she helped other customers she blew me off. She made it very obvious that she wasnt interested in being helpful, and made me extremely uncomfortable. All the other staff here have been great, so Ill miss coming here, but I cant spend money in a place that doesnt advocate for better customer service (or at the very least makes sure their employees arent rude)

THE STAFF ALWAYS HAS A POSITIVE ATTITUDE!! People throw this saying around alot, and its usually true, if youre a frequent customer. But these guys actually do have a great attitude to all their customers! Not only that...this place have a huge selection of all of their merchandise! If they dont have it... they will go out of their way to get it for you!!Love

This is a great vape shop! They always have the best selection and I love their rewards program. The points actually add up fast and you get some good stuff.They also have a ton of variety and if they don’t have what you’re looking for the guy is always willing to get it or at least try. Would have gaven 10 stars if I could.

Being going to this place for a couple months since I moved to West Jordan. Service has always been amazing and I’ve already cashed in on a couple $10 offs in there rewards program!! Alternatives is simple THE BEST shop for everything you need.... The staff are really knowledgeable on ALL products, clues you in to up coming sales, and are really genuine people.... I have met the owner and he works the counter, gets to know the people coming in. Also, a very genuine man that went to bat for our rights to continue our enjoyment of his products. After a few visits, you feel like family... Great work!!!! 20+ rating

I showed up at opening time along with 15 other clients on Black Friday.Store manager was 20 minutes late, so the store did not open until 9:21.Employee would not negotiate on prices. Once a family run friend, now a corporate capitalist.

I love everything about this store. The wide selection, the friendly and helpful staff, the comfy couches, the comfortable aesthetic, the quality of products, I could literally go all day. If I had to pick my favorite thing about this store though, itd be the staff. I almost never know what I want when I come in. I love to change flavors regularly but I almost never know to what. When I come in though the staff always remembers the kinds of flavors I like and dont like and are always ready to grab me at least 3 flavors matching my own palette! Great place!

I have been looking for pain management options for some time. CBD oil has helped me a lot and my research led me to Alternatives! I walked in with eyes wide shut. The staff treated me like I was a valued customer and educated me on what I needed to know without the judgment. What I felt was a friend was explaining to me with respect and genuine care what I needed to know to help me make the best choice!They offer a lot more than just CBD Oils (full spectrum, true organic). Vape juces, CBD Oils, Vape Mods (Beginner and advanced), Vape pens, herbal supplements.Here is the thing, I went in expecting CBD information but was given more advice into other options such as Kratom, to eliminate the need for opiates. Beyond just vaping this place offers solutions and value to its customers looking for benefits!Other things to point out is this store is clean, It does not smell of strong Oders and it is easy on the eye when you enter. Like a lot of vape shops I was able to read and find what I was looking for, I did not feel overwhelmed, but when I was lost my questions was met by educated answers.If you have not been, go check this place out. If your new/un-educated/ or unsure then you need to go in and let these guys help you out!

On more than one occasion Sonny and Ali have provided the most outstanding customer service I have ever seen. They have shown that they care more about their customers more than even the all might dollar. Sonny even met me and my fiance up at their shop after hours on a Sunday just to sell us a bottle of juice so we didnt have to break down and buy a pack of smokes. I have found they are the BEST VAPE SHOP that treats the customers like Family.

This is one of my favorite places to go to fulfill all my vaping needs. They have an awesome juice selection and amazing prices. The employees there are friendly and knowledgeable and quick to make sure youre taken care of and to help find anything you need. They also have a lot of customer appreciation days where everything in the store is discounted and they have pizza and snacks for the family. I highly recommend Alternatives and will continue going there as long as I can.

Best mixed retail shop in our local area. Amazing selection with all brands of premium juice and mods. Also picked up a bad ass dab rig. And they had the best kratom in town hands down. And the staff there is very knowledgeable and patient. Sure earned my business!!!

Sunny is a great man very up front helpful & honest.I came into the store to find a new mod he helped me for at least an hour and gave me a great deal. Ive always had problems with other places they just want you to buy what ever not quality but Sunny helped me pick out great products.
