If I could give them no stars I would. Told me it would be a half hour ended up waiting an hour for a customized sweater. No one seemed to want to help in an efficient time. Recommend NO ONE go here.

Perty run down and the people who work there are bot personable at all. They think every single person that walks in is going to steal something. Its like relax and and have some actual customer service. Also if your not Hispanic your are judged as a minority and multiple times have caught employees talking in Spanish about me negatively. Its like news flash you dont have a secret language. If they worked on customer service and not judging people they might get better sales. This goes for the other gen x locations as well. But they do have some good deals sometimes but alot of things are over priced for what they are.

Gen X ruined my life. I had some help picking out a new outfit and when I left I had to join a gang. My pants drug on the ground from being to long and when I was passed by other people dressed like me I was referred to as “dawg” “homie”. Totally kidding it just isn’t my style of clothing.

Found what I needed. Staff was helpful.

Showed up at 7:50 on a Monday. Online says 9PM store says 8PM. Guy saw me and didn’t even open the door. Open sign was still on and I was simply ignored. Don’t go here.
