I have done business with them for 25 years and have never been disappointed in any way. Very nice people to do business with and definitely not pushy to make a sale.

We bought two adjustable frames and mattresses from the Original Mattress Factory. One of the frames stopped working this frame was not made by them they now make their own. They replaced the old one almost immediately. Definitely recommend them. Special thanks to Tucker.

*****Please beware of this company****I really wish I would have read some of the negative reviews before making a purchase from OMF. I actually purchased both a mattress and box spring. A little over a week after the delivery of my mattress I called the store and stated that the mattress felt and looked like it had a dent in the mattress. I spoke with (Paul) and was told that’s not normally I just need to get use to it because it’s a soft mattress. Ok, I was a bite confused but thought maybe I just need to get use to the mattress. A week later someone I am assuming from corporate calls me to inquire about the mattress, I said I’m not sure but the mattress looked and felt strange (ok me still going with the conversation I had with Paul) I said maybe I need to get use to get. Another couple of weeks go by I thought this can’t be how a mattress is supposed to be (Can’t be). I call back to the store once again spoke with Paul and he tells me again that it’s me, I said absolutely NOT, so now we offers a service call for two weeks, after no call after two weeks I call back Paul again says know one called you No!! Ok let me email corporate ok, still no call,I call back again finally to have someone call me a couple of days later. Robbie comes out and immediately says somethings wrong with this mattress. After taking several measurements he comes up with picking up the mattress taking it apart ( he’s exact words ripping it apart) see what’s wrong with it, fix it and bring it back, maybe I am wrong but who would want and mattress that has been ripped apart put a bandage on it and bring it back after complaining a little over a week of delivery. They won’t even give me my money back for one (paid cash) This has really put me in a situation to review everything that you sign for because I truly don’t trust this company’s ethics. Also, I truly believe if I would have let them leave the mattress on my porch as they recommended they would have 100% blamed it me for the mattress being defective. To top everything off like I said they won’t give me my money back for a defective mattress, but they want me to wait another 10days to come pick the mattress up to rip it open and repair, why not just give me a used mattress. Please shop around before purchasing anything from this company because they honestly think it’s right to rip open a mattress and fix it and bring it back. One of the most horrible experiences that I have had with purchasing something that you expect would have better result than this. I think they feel it’s a privilege to have there product,but I can tell you this would be my last time purchasing anything from OMF, because that merchandise they selling is surely defective and certainly not well put together. I just couldn’t image how many mattress they put out without inspection and then like it a you problem & not only that but suggest that you pay to restock something they give you damaged as well asoffer that you select something else and pay more money. Trust me know one of my family or friends will be buying anything from their company now thats 100

Excellent little store that is set up very well. They have a great display that helps explain what each mattress is made of (displays showing mattress cut-away cross sections), and we could felt that we could try the mattresses as many times as we liked until we found the one right for us. The salesperson was excellent and explained everything and answered all our questions and was never pushy. The prices seem to be in line with other reputable places, but I think you get better quality for the money; clearly a better value.

The salesman was very informative and the products were well made. I was looking for a flippable mattress which was in their mattress lines. Im old fashioned and I believe, based on experience, that flipping a mattress on a regular basis maintains the quality of a good nights sleep.

The salesperson was good to work with but I dont like the mattress. Ive been sleeping on it for about a week. I can feel the springs and it hurts my hip. They dont accept returns so Im stuck with it. They do offer to exchange it for a different one minus a 20% fee but I bought their top of the line mattress so I can only trade down to a lesser quality one.

What a refreshing experience! A very educated salesman explained their product and the differences between selection. Im a health nut and purchased a very expensive organic mattress 4 years ago for another room. I sure wish I knew about this place then! All quality construction and parts with very reasonable pricing. Delivery was a breeze also. Im going to tell all my friends about this place! Its a real find.

We have had OMF mattresses for the last 15 years, so when it came time to stock our new lake house with new mattresses, we immediately went back. Robbie at the Barrett Parkway store was very helpful and knowledgeable, and we bought nine mattresses, which we cant wait to start using! Very high quality, comfortable mattresses at a fraction of the cost of the national brands.

The sales staff was helpful and answered all our questions. There was no pressure for us to buy. We highly recommend this store and the products they sell.

Great experience from selecting the mattress through delivery. I have an antique bed and it required a custom-sized mattress, which I wouldnt have thought to ask about. Robby was very helpful and ensured I got the correct size. Its perfect!

Good mattresses, no pressure sales. They dont have big sales. Products are the same price today, tomorrow and the next day. There are no returns but I prefer to know that Im sleeping on a new bed. Make sure you try it out long enough before you buy. Been sleeping on these mattresses for the last 10+ years.

I had a mattress from this company when I was a kid, but now as an adult I was out looking for a decent mattress, I decided to go back to Original Mattress Factory. My family and I worked with Robby, he was very helpful, did not pressure us to buy the most expensive mattress or to buy that day. In fact I almost brought the basic line I liked and he was happy to sell it to us, before I laid on another one I loved the most and that choice to get the middle line brand, still no pressure to buy the more expensive even though I did by choice. Had extensive knowledge of each mattress I was interested in. I love my new mattress and boxspring, very helpful, friendly and service was incredible! My back and I thank you! Great location and the mattress is incredibly comfortable!

I took my sweet mama to buy a new mattress and was very pleased with the salesman who was patient and kind, explaining important features and helping her made the best selection for her.My husband and I had bought our mattress from this company a few years ago and wouldnt ever buy a mattress from anywhere else again. They make the best mattresses you can buy.

I bought an adjustable mattress here. Tried the twin version out in the store and it seemed firm enough. When I got my mattress it was way too soft and hurt both our backs (my husband and I). When I told them, they offered a different mattress with me paying a restock fee, but since they only sold the one adjustable mattress, that wouldnt work and why should I pay a fee, when the mattress in the store was firm and the one I got was not. I have a friend who also got a softer mattress when it came than what she tried in the store and you see one of the reviews here says the same. I tried the mattress for at least an hour in the store, so I know the mattress was firm. After all this, they said they could tighten the covers on both sides, but that just made the mattress soft with a tight covering. They will answer this by offering me another mattress, but at the time they didnt have another adjustable bed mattress and I have since bought another mattress from the great Mattress Firm. If The Original Mattress Factory wants to make me happy, 1st they should have done that when I complained after I bought it, talking to the salesperson and the manager, but now they would need to refund my money and come get this piece of junk out of my hallway (still in the bag it came in, was only on my bed in an allergy cover for a week the first time (tried to give it a go) and only 2 nights after they tightened the coverings, it was the worst 2 nights I have ever had. Unless they have changed their policies on returns, dont buy from these people. Mattress Firm has a great return policy which I didnt have to use, because the mattress I received was exactly the same firmness as the one I tried in the store.

Robby is the best! He knows how to match your body type to the perfect mattress. TOMF also keeps track of the mattress you have bought in the past which makes it great when you want to reorder. I wont buy from anyone else!

I recently purchased my 2nd bed from OMF and after sleeping on it for a few weeks I realized it was the wrong bed for my sleeping style. Its very uncomfortable and way too soft. While shopping for beds there I dont feel that they attempted to recommend specific beds to match your sleeping style. They just let you choose what you thought would work. Perhaps it is my fault for not researching it more ahead, but its hard to know until you sleep on the actual mattress. Unfortunately I also feel like they glossed over the return policy, or lack thereof, and now I am stuck with this mattress unless I want to pay 25% of the price of another mattress. So basically I would have to pay an extra $300 or so to downgrade to a firmer mattress. I doubt I will ever buy a mattress here again.

I bought a mattress from here 3 years ago. This mattress is probably the worst mattress Ive ever slept on. Around the 6 month mark the springs started jabbing into my back when I slept and it was extremely uncomfortable.

Double sided mattresses do still exist 😆
