We have used them many times over the last 8 and since we run a photo business we have to get things taken care of when they happen. Weve never had a problem that wasnt solved and repaired. Now they are a very busy place so if you want expedited service youll pay for it, otherwise its been a great backup for us and we highly recommend them.

Friendly staff, was able to help me file a warranty claim on my printer, also helped set up the new one when it came in.

Good work, fair price and very nice people to work with. I recommend them for all your printer repairs. I took my HP P2015 in as it no longer was picking up paper. They called within a few days with a quote, order parts and had it fixed in less than a week.

I took a wide format Epson printer in to Dawn Electronics last June 2019, over a year ago and they still havent fixed it or returned it. This is inexcusable! Very poor service. The only times Ive heard from them to get a status update was when I called them and usually got the run around.

My ancient Epson Stylus 2200 had clogged ink jets after several months storage. They unclogged the jets along with offering professional, friendly service. It is now working like new. I highly recommend Dawn Electronics.

Worst company ever! Do not use them. I brought my printer in to have the belt changed and was given a quote for the work. I was told that they would call if the charges were going to exceed the quote. I never received a call and when I went to pick up the printer the cost was 50% higher than the quote. The woman who was working the day I picked it up said that there was nothing she could do about it. I have called to speak with a manager/owner no less than 10 times since then and have never received a call back. Wendy, the woman who answers the phone, refuses to put my call through to anyone but Woody, who she says is the only one who can help me. The problem is that according to Wendy, Woody is out more than he is in due to circumstances whatever that means. This company is small, mismanaged and very poorly run. They are not professional in any way. DO NOT USE THEM.

Had a 15 month-old $4K Epson Projector that was just outside the warranty period and was told this place was closest authorized Epson service provider. To make this short took over 3 weeks just to get them to tell me what was wrong. I called back a month later to find out there was even more problems. Im leaving out numerous details, but one of the worst, if NOT the worst customer service experience Ive ever had! Finally just told them to ship it back and do nothing. After almost 3 months went by finally got my projector back and just purchased a new one. DO NOT do business with this company! How they are even in business is a mystery!

Ok so I purchased an $800 Epson printer approximately 6 years ago and the very helpful lady at Dawns service counter told me shed do her best to revive my hi def large format printer. I am having trouble with my Epson Printer after last nights electrical storm. My printer will not go back on line with my Wi-Fi, called Epson, zero help from them, called AT&T, zero help from them. Call Dawn electronics, Woody spent 20 mins with me helping me discover my issue! I haven’t fixed it yet, but Woody provided more imput to me then the 2 hours spent on the phone with Epson! Do not bother. Outside work takes precedence.Computer left for 3 weeks. At beginning of 2nd week, it was stated that repair had begun. A week later it was still hooked up to diagnostic equipment but repair had not begun. I picked it up and took it elsewhere.
