I love, love, love their hand soaps. Go back for them time & again. However....at this time...and I dont know if it has to do with pandemic ...there were SO many attendants in the store that I felt accosted when I entered the store and tried to just shop. I know they were all trying to be helpful and do the jobs they were hired to do. .but sometimes people just like to browse on their own and make their own decisions. Thank you, ladies, for your attendance...but was a bit over the top and I felt like I needed to rush out of the store. However, I will continue to shop there because the products are a good deal...just be prepared for over-service.

The girls were knowledge and made quite a few wonderful recommendations. I usually spend more than I want here but today I got everything I wanted and the price was cheaper than I thought itd be. Already planning my next trip back here when summer hits.

Great selection on lotions & body sprays for women & limited on scents for men but they should bring Noir for men back, that is one of the best smelling scents they had...

So there are a lot of scents to choose from from body candles all the way to perfumes and colognes. There was one that I was looking for that they didnt have though which was upsetting, but over all great selection. The staff were also very nice and respectful.

The staff are always friendly and super helpful! They show you new products without seeming like theyre trying upsale you, its refreshing!

First time visit for me. Lots of customers with masks and plenty of friendly service staff. Lots of sample bottles available and hand sanitizer if you need it. Abundance of great smelling stuff for women, men and your abode. One of my wifes favorite stores.

I’m afraid I don’t remember the name of the woman who helped me but she was extremely helpful on selecting a candle and I’m very satisfied. Keep up the amazing work!

I like a lot of the scents and products which merits the two stars that I gave. However the low rating is because of the sheer amount of times I was approached for the 15 ish minutes I was in the store. I went in with my boyfriend to browse, and one employee came up to us three different times (we really don’t like being talked to when shopping) When we reached the men’s section she sprayed alllll of the men’s cologne and handed it to my boyfriend in such a fast and overwhelming succession. By the time I got to the candles I was approached a third time, given a spiel about the single wick and three wick candles that I didn’t ask for; then a n o t h e r employee came up to me so we just dropped the bag we had and left. I’ll come back on a different day and hope for less aggressive employees.

Theres a lot to choose from including candles, wall scent warmers, room sprays, body sprays, lotions, bath wash, bath bombs, car vent and visor clips, and so much more. Always worth a visit to B&BW whether in the mall or online!

Ok price most of the items I get are over $10. I love getting my body wash and lotions here even if they are a little pricey for me, they are worth it. I like the body wash rather than other body wash or bar soaps because it has ingredients that moisturize instead of dry my skin outAnd of course there are so many nice smellsThe employees always greet me so friendly, and are happy to help me and give me recommendations.I dont come here often but thats just because of price and I make the product last very easily.

I love going to Bath & Body Works for their candles! The females are so nice & helpful with smells. I’m sorry if I I’m spelling her name wrong but, Tory was very generous & kind with help! She helped me choose the perfect candle in Orchard Blossom. I ended up smelling probably 15-20 candles today & I love all the different varieties they have. Their 3 wick candles are a bit spendy at $24.50 right now, however I believe the price is worth it, because the 3 wick candles last a long time. They have 1 wick candles for a cheaper price under $10, but I suggest you only get a 1 wick if you’re uncertain of the candle. Thank you Bath & Body Works & Thank you Tory!
