I saw this company twice at Costco promoting their service on a Saturday- I knew my husband would be hesitant- I finally inquired and everything was so simple and amazing I signed us up- that was several years ago and weve never looked back. Everyone needs this! No more lugging gallon jugs of water up stairs into your house. The delivery guys are wonderful- weve had Mike whos been doing it like 20+ years- hes awesome. I always keep 3 extra 5 gallon bottles in case we have a bad earthquake and our power is out for 2 weeks. Its such a comfort knowing its in there. We are so thankful to have this delicious water delivered to our door. And at such a great price. The whole set up is outstanding- easy and convenient!
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I tried to cancel my service before the first order was delivered. The phone representative assured me that the water would not be delivered and that I would not be charged. They did, however, deliver the water and I was charged. They told me they would come the next day to pick up the order and that I would be refunded as soon as they picked it up. It took them over a week for them to pick up the water (after them telling me every day that I was on the schedule for that day). It is over a month later, and I still havent been refunded. I have spoken to several customer service representatives over the past few weeks who all told me that the refund check was mailed on October 6. After reaching out to their social media account, I learned that the check was only sent yesterday!THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!
Crystal Springs does not support its First Responders. Contacted them three times last week beginning Tuesday regarding several missed deliveries. Also sent an email to notify them that we are almost out of water and when they do come they are not picking up the empties. They have friendly customer service staff that apologize, make promises, and schedule service that never comes. Never mind there was a heatwave with record temperatures. It was explained (again) that our center is 24/7 emergency operations for the City and must remain stocked. A week later still no response. You would think that a national company like CS would support The Fire Department first responders and comply with the contract and service we pay them for. FYI, this review was written as we go through this every few months. Service regularly for a couple of months and then we are ghosted for several deliveries putting us right back here. I wish I could give less than one star. Absolutely terrible.Update:More drivers hired and route back to normal. Reserving judgement to see if it holds! However trainer driver (they brought in from out of town)on first delivery was outstanding. He explained the driver shortage and plan for come back. We will see!
The worst to deal with. I signed up for once a month delivery and received my bottles pretty quickly. Then three days later I received a notice that my next delivery was scheduled for two days out. WHAT? How is three days later a once a month service? I went online and changed my delivery to one month out. Just to be safe I called and confirmed with customer service. Two days later I had a water delivery sitting on my porch. It took multiple calls to customer support to finally get it worked out. Got one delivery right on time and thought things were fine. WRONG! The last two months Ive been told deliveries are coming and both have been skipped. I just sat on the phone waiting for customer support for 30 minutes to be told its a route issue with short staff. She can try to reschedule my delivery for this Friday but no promises. If theyre able to deliver they will give me two free waters but she cant say that theyll actually make the delivery. I told her I wanted to cancel but apparently shes not the type of customer support person who can cancel an account so I am now on an additional 10+ minute hold for customer support to cancel the service because you cant cancel online. Finally got to speak to someone to cancel it and they charge the customer a delivery fee to come pick up their bottles when you cancel the service, too. The absolutely worst.

Had to cancel this service. Had this service for about 6 months and would have some weeks we didn’t get service.Driver explained they didn’t have enough employees and that crystal springs signed a business contract for the military base that made them a priority over residential routes.We adjusted by doubling our water one time so that if a week was not served we still had water.This month we didn’t have water service for two weeks and when I called to find out, I was told no one was assigned to the route. Looks like the employee quit and no one told us we would not get service.When I complained and said we were out of water they informed us it would be another two weeks.Just canceled and signing up with another service.
I am increasing the rating to 3 star as the driver showed up and assisted with correcting the situation. The driver was amazing and deserves more than 3 stars however need to have services for awhile to be able to evaluate how the services continues.I give this no stars unfortunately I am forces to give 1 star. I signed up for this service and was given a time for delivery with no ability of confirm my availability. They didnt deliver and after several attempts and lengthy hold times I was finally able to get another delivery date set up again with a no show. They deliver my water the next day without the water cooler dispenser. I tried calling again several times with rerouting to different departments and lengthy hold times and felt my issue was not resolved. Decided to cancel this service without even using it. Poor customer service.
They have missed the last 3 deliveries. I called and was on hold for over an hour and she promised to have it within 5 days. Nothing again and begged me to pretty much stay. They have no staff they say which I get right now but don’t promise people things when you know it won’t be done or tell customers it’s going to be a week late or something. cancelled.
The worst company I’ve ever had to deal. Never delivered our water for two months. Cancelled the account and no one picked up our equipment. Now it’s two months and I still have empty bottles and a cooler waiting to be picked. Called numerous times only to find out I had to recancel my account because it took THEM too long to do the pick up. I literally want to leave all their stuff outside, they won’t let me drop off to them either. Would Give zero stars if possible.

I have a billing solution for people who havent received any water deliveries in MONTHS but keep getting invoiced for nonexistent deliveries.1. Buy a prepaid debit card for $20.2. Activate the debit card.3. Log in to Crystal Springs website and add the prepaid debit card to the billings and payments section.4. Make the prepaid debit card your default payment *and* AutoPay method.5. Delete your other cards or bank accounts from the payment methods.6. Use your new prepaid debit card somewhere else, so the balance is $0.Crystal Springs *refuses* to address their delivery problems while fraudulently billing my account, so thats how Im fighting back.Suppose CS sends me to collections -- OK. I have an extensive email trail to which CS has never replied, and hundreds of one-star Google reviews echo my exact problems with the company. Its easier than disputing fraudulent transactions with my bank every month.
I have had Crystal Springs for over 5 years never had an issue until recently. They never showed up for my last 2 deliveries. I have called multiple times and was told 3 different times the next day I would get my order but they never showed up. They never called me to notify me they were not delivering. I also was told I would get a callback to discuss but I never received a call. Horrible service. I am looking for another company
Avoid Crystal Springs/Primo water! We’ve been a customer for over 5 years through Costco. Multiple times we were delivered leaking bottles which have ruined our maple floors, missed deliveries, brought the wrong amount of bottles, etc! After weeks of scheduling and missing countless deliveries we finally cancelled and signed up with Mountain Mist which has been so much better!! They were going to charge us a delivery fee to come pick up the bottles so we could get credited. The bottles have been sitting outside for over a month. Now they’re charging us for the bottles they never picked up!!! Ridiculous and their customer service will just tell you lies or have no clue what to do so don’t even bother. Just do yourself a favor and sign up with Mountain Mist instead!
Terrible customer service. Have tried to call them several times over the last few months and they do not answer the telephone. Each time I put my phone on speaker so that I can continue to work while waiting for someone to answer the phone. Originally I just wanted to update my billing information. Now I just want to cancel. I will follow up with a note to the AG office as it appears from reading the reviews that this is the way they do business. Maybe if I contact the AG office they will respond so that I can cancel my account with them.
They didnt deliver my water and invoiced me for it anyway on the same day. Ive tried calling twice, once for 30 minutes the next for a hour. Ive sent multiple online queries and they have yet to respond for 2 weeks. This service seems hellbent on losing as much of their business as fast as possible given the other recent reviews. STAY AWAY.
I wish I can give negative review. Me and my friend are waiting for our order to be delivered yet. From past one month delivery dates are changing constantly without any email or text notification. Customer service call not being answered even after waiting for hours. Giving false information and staff not aware of the days products are usually delivered. Ridiculous and insane customer service. You guys have to work on your delivery being consistent.
Im a brand new customer. I have been on hold waiting to talk to someone for over an hr. I placed an order Tuesday to get my water delivered. Then I get my confirmation email for it to say the 20th. But yet I cant even get anyone on the phone to explain. What a great way to keep your customers. Ill for sure be canceling once I get a person on this phone

Had water delivery for a few years with minimal problems. Then a little more than a month ago no delivery, lots of run around. Reschedules, no shows, customer service is useless. I cancelled because they cannot even get information from the local office about my route. They told me to drive to Kent and see if someone will help me. Are you kidding me??? If no one comes to pick up my cooler and bottles within the next week I will assume they have abandoned my fully paid up account and dispose of the cooler and bottles.Update: after over a month of run around, writing reviews, posting on their Twitter account, Facebook messenger, and calling the customer service wasting hours of time, a local person with crystal springs made sure my equipment and bottles were picked up and apologized for the company. Now I have Mountain Mist water delivery, a local company, who actually answers the phone on the 2nd ring and delivers using all local employees.
Company does not deliver water, despite having a contract to deliver every 2 weeks. They wont respond to customer service emails. When you call they say they will come and then do not show up. Do not order from this company it is a scam.
Horrible customer service. My water has not been delivered in 2 months. I have 12 empty bottles with no where to store the all. I have sent 4 emails and six phone calls. I was told that they would deliver and each time no such thing. I have never been treated so badly and paid for it. I regret that I can’t give a negative rating
We went with Crystal Springs through the Costcos business service program...and CSW is THE WORST company! We too cancelled our service because they couldnt seem to deliver on the days we had scheduled. We own an athletic training facility and water is a vital service we provide for our clients. I thought customer service reps were nice - I spoke to them almost monthly - but their hands are tied since the distributor is unresponsive & disorganized. They make Xfinity look fabulous. Dont waste any time with them like we did.
This is the worst service. They dont provide the promised service. Customers pay you to bring water. It seems pretty simple. If you dont bring the water what are customers paying for? Canceled service after 3 months. Only got water half the time, and even then it would be short on what was ordered. Tried to talk to delivery driver about this and got attitude. No communication on canceled deliveries. Always charged for missed deliveries or shorted quantities. Website for managing account is useless except for taking your payment. No other part of it works. Cannot cancel account from website either. You have to call and be on hold forever and then have someone try to negotiate with you to keep this useless service. Dont make my mistake.
Horrible customer service!!!!! They just stop delivering our water but continued to charge us for the dispenser that we couldn’t use. I called to cancel and they could not pick up the dispenser till our next delivery date (a month). Well delivery date came and left and the dispenser has yet to be picked up and we were charged again!!!!! I have been on hold for over a hour now trying to figure it out.
Our family has been using Crystal Springs water service for about three years now. Our experience has been nothing but great.A year ago we had a dispenser that the hot water portion wasn’t working properly, they promptly dropped off a new unit and picked up the old one.Because of the clean fresh taste of the water my three young sons are always filling their glass. We even had to go up a bottle in our service.The people dropping off always are courteous and offer to bring our bottles in. I appreciate their help.Thank you! Keep up the great work! 😀
DO NOT USE CRYSTAL SPRINGS.They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only is there current hold time over an hour which Ive had to hold multiple times having a business account with several service addresses with them, (Currently on hold at 1 hour 22 minutes), even if you email them, they will NEVER reply in a time efficient manner.-We have had bottles delivered to the wrong address even after we have updated the address.-We recently had e-invoices set up, and they have started to send paper invoices and CHARGING us for a paper invoice fee each time.-We were notified of a delivery scheduled and they never arrived or called with an explanation as to why a delivery was not made.As a business, it is completely absurd that they would have a hold time like this but even more so, no replys via email.We have Crystal Springs through our company and if it was up to me, I would have cancelled this account a long time ago.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND BUY BOTTLED FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE OR USE A DIFFERNT BUSINESS.
Their delivery is consistently skipped and rescheduled without any notification. It has happened more than 4 times in 6 months. They never deliver after phone call even they promise they will deliver to make up these cancellation. So frustrating.If I had other option I wouldnt choose them. Sadly they are the only option for who live on post.
Customers service is unsupportive and hard to reach, water machine broke and it took 2 months to replace - although customer service agents told us it would take just a few days. We decided to cancel because of this, and they wouldnt refund unopened 5 gallon jugs even though we wouldnt even have a way to use the jugs without the machine they provide. Overall probably the worst experience working with a company that I have had. It could easily be improved with better customer service and communications between customer service and local branches/drivers
They have not shown up for the last 2 deliveries. Spent an hour on the phone, they assured me it would show up the next day. Waited all day, and then delivery suddenly just says it will be in another 2 weeks. We are out of water, and I am done with this company.
The good news first. The water is delicious, inexpensive and convenient, when they deliver it. That said the billing is confusing, you can adjust the amount you want delivered and they may or may not follow through with your request. At one point last year during an influx due to Covid I didnt receive my delivery for 6weeks without any explanation or correspondence, but continued to be billed. I was so frustrated with the length of time they kept me on hold each time I called to try to resolve it I just gave up and never got it rectified. When you try to cancel, you find that there is know where to choose this option, not on the website, not on the selections when you call customer service, not even when select to send them a message. After waiting an hour on hold for customer service I was told I needed to be transferred to another department. I found myself pondering the idea of just keeping it cause its such a hassle to cancel. So in closing if you want delicious water that shows up most of the time that is charged affordably even though you dont really understand the charges and you may or may not ever be able to cancel this is your provider.
If you want to avoid hypertension, do not subscribe to Primo Water. Last week, after twenty years, we canceled our service. Let me rephrase that. We TRIED to cancel our service. Yet the water dispenser is still on our front porch and their customer service department plans to deliver a new jug next week. The nightmare continues.
They missed a delivery (Tuesday) and after a call on hold for 10+ minutes (Saturday) they assured me it would be delivered that same day. The delivery didn’t show up and I’m on hold again (Monday) to find out when they will be here. Of course the invoice was paid…
We have not had water delivered for nearly 3 weeks. I manage a car wash and my guys need that water! I am currently on hold and have been for an hour and two minutes so far. This is ridiculous for a water company. How many people can there really be attempting to get a hold of someone? I will be cancelling our delivery service!!
Im still in the process of waiting for our bottles to get picked up. We cancelled service on the 10th of July. After being skipped two times for delivery, we were done. My last delivery for water was scheduled for the 9th of July. It never came so we opted to cancel service on the 10th. Mind you we actually got skipped on our very first delivery. We kept the service for almost 2 months. Im not sure what is going on with your company. The computer says the 19th now. ?? No one has responded to the customer service emails. Cancelling was quite a process. You have to call. youll speak with a few folks before its cancelled.
I was supposed to get a delivery yesterday, I called at 5:30PM and they said were still delivering it. Here it is Saturday, Never got it. I called and they dont know why I didnt get it, and they didnt reschedule me for today so now it will be next week before I get them. This is not probably, but by far the worst customer experience and business that Ive ever had to deal with. I can definitely understand being backed up and short of staff, however when I attempt to contact customer service which each time Ive done so without exaggeration has taken 1 hour to 2 hours for someone to pick up to assist with my issue. Water for me is scheduled for deliver every two weeks July 5th, 2021 was when my deliver which was pushed to the 6th understandably so since July 4th carried over a day. My order was then reschedule to the 7th, then the 8th, then the 9th, then the 10th-11th-12th-13th-14th each day pushing the scheduling of the order again. Calling customer service not once, twice, three times but four times once again, each time dealing with the major hold time. Ive gotten no resolution. Their response? We will contact the center in which is in my area for them to reach back out to me which takes 24-48 business hours so that they can plan a resolution. Out of the 4 times that Ive called, out of the 4 request that has in inputted Ive received absolutely 0-zero follow up communication. There is no manager that you can speak too, no supervisor that can help see what is going on, no one that can handle the situation. How does a company function like this? Why have a water service that cannot deliver water? At bare minimum, why have a service that cant even respond to a request for information within the time frame stated within their policy? Horrible... Just horrible.
The water tastes good, but they have serious delivery issues. We have been waiting for our water delivery for 3 days and we just ran out. We will be canceling.
Love the product and the delivery driver is on point. Highly recommended.
The deliverys have been consistent and timely. Covid had caused some setback for a bit, however understandably. The drivers are always friendly and helpful. A big thank you to them for working through this pandemic. I have nothing negative to say about the service as a whole, only gratitude.

If I could give negative stars I would.-9/25/20- No show and no explanation-10/8/20 - I set up delivery. No show again.-10/9/20 - they claimed this is when delivery was set after I called customer service (I have email confirmation) Doesnt matter as this was a no show also.-10/13/20- No show-10/19/20 - No Show-10/23/20 - supposed next delivery change (which 110% will be a no show Im sure also)I got an account from Culligan Water and had 8 water bottles just 2 days after calling in, got my drivers name and cell phone in case I had any issues, AND have had deliveries on time and customer service was super professional and amazing.--------------------------------------------------------------------------I have to share the same experience as previous poster. The customer service and website management is horrific. Just moved to new home and called in twice to confirm that our delivery would be set for 9/25. Not running out of water is important for us as we have a newborn and need purified water for her formula.On 9/25, no one showed up. There was no email or text notification whatsoever. Then I got online and schedule for 10/8. No show AGAIN. Went online and saw it was moved to 10/9. Today is 10/9 and just got email saying delivery is now pushed to 10/12.I called customer service and she had no answer as to why my delivery dates have now been changed FOUR times. Then, I placed order for 4 bottles and it says on the site that theyre delivering 6 bottles..Ill be closing my account today as the organization and customer service for this company is appalling.

Over the last 2 weeks, we have had to call customer service 5 times because product was not delivered. When we call, no one seems to have any information or understanding about how their company works.Order water, delivery was set for the 4th. The 4th comes and goes we callCS: “OH! You were rescheduled.”Us: Why?” No one told us, no calls no email...CS: “I have no idea.”Us: When is it rescheduled for?CS:”you will have your delivery on the 9th”9th comes and goes. CallCS: “oh ...we have sent something to the branch. You should have the water on the 11th”The 11th comes and goes. We callCS: “You’re not scheduled for delivery until the 16th”. When we let them know that isn’t acceptable as we ordered it at the first of the month..CS: “ok, it should be there on the 14th”.I’m not even joking when I tell you yesterday came and went and I’m completely sold that this company is complete garbage. Don’t waste your time, your money, and your energy dealing with this company. This rating can’t even begin to describe the incompetence of this company.

I am ABSOLUTELY disheartened to see this company affiliated with Costco and want to know how this came about.I need to rate them worse than a 1 but unfortunately can’t. I ordered the service online and delivery was scheduled 9/4. That’s when it all began, their website promotes wonderful customer service and how the rep is supposed to greet you and show you how to set everything up, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. If that’s true, explain to my why 2 jugs of water were dropped off with ZERO contact from anyone and you couldn’t even deliver the main part which is the cooler and I had to find this out by checking the not so convenient app you all have. I’ve called numerous times since and they claim they delivered it but when you tell them they haven’t they reschedule every two days. The supervisors are worthless as they do the same thing, they send an email stating they will follow up but I have yet to hear from anyone to this day. I’ve had 2 jugs of water sitting on my floor with no cooler, called to cancel and took 5 min to process (this was a week ago) and yet the bottles are still here. They like to play the delivery date shuffle, can’t hold a commitment to save their life. It was nice to see they finally refunded me for services they can’t deliver nor pick up in which I asked for initially and the agent refused to do it. Lol. I’ve now had a conversation with 3 supervisors who say there is nothing they can do, no lie except push the delivery date one more day and say “we will be there to pick up the bottles” after 2 times of asking that they call me on arrival as it’s secured entry and can’t get to my home until I greet them. No contact, no nothing. I asked one of the supervisors if the field crew doesn’t know how to operate a phone to simply call me and she responded with “well sometimes there is a directory to dial to let them in”. LOL. What a circus act this place is. I get an email the following day of my “delivery” date saying “sorry we had to reschedule your delivery for (previous day) and rescheduled it to (two days later)” I’ve brought this up each time and no one bats an eye.I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.

They were suppose to deliver replacement water machine today but no one showed. The Guy on the phone said they didnt show do to weather even though there was no ice, snow or rain today. In fact the sun was shining. They didnt even bother to give me a courtesy call. Rude!! I missed a whole day of work. Your service sucks and I will be canceling as of today.

Update 6/4/2021 - Still unable to get Crystal Springs to pick up our water cooler and bottles. They continue to charge us for cooler rental even though we canceled almost 8 months ago - called Customer service today - first hold time was 43 minutes - looked up local service center number - called them - back on hold going over 15 minutes now....Absolutely the most frustrating company to deal with - I terminated my account on October 21st 2020, its now Feb 25th 2021 and I am still trying to get them to pick up our water cooler and bottles. I have called them countless times, scheduled over and over - maybe 7th time is the charm? Driver claims they dont have the code to the building door... which is always open besides Sundays.. Do they even check and pull on it?

I am bumping up my rating to 3.Original Post:I have had service for about a year switching from another company to Crystal Springs after signing up at Costco. All was good until June of this year. Since June the deliveries have been late, and daily email updates cannot be trusted. August 2020 was the worst with my delivery almost 3 weeks late and by then of course I had run out of water. I received about 12 different delivery dates, and by the end I knew better than to trust them and I started calling them to confirm the delivery date from the email notification. One time I called to confirm about 40 minutes after I received an email and I was told to disregard the email as the delivery already had been rescheduled.When I finally got my watered delivered (19 days late) I was told I would get a communication from the driver with an approximate ETA. I was waiting to put out my bottles for pickup until I knew they actually were coming this time. I received no communication as promised and bottles were dropped off, and now I still have my empties of course.Each time I called customer service they told me what I wanted to hear and claimed they were escalating my ticket and they referred me to a branch manager that cant actually exist because in 19 days it seems they could have figured out how to communicate with me. There is no other option for service so I could only keep calling the number for a call center in Florida...although one of the reps told me I could cancel my service. Nice...thats the way to run a business!I have called Costco twice to inform them of the service I am receiving from one of their vendors. I plan to allow one more month to see if they turn their service around. If not Im done with Crystal Springs and Ill return to my former company.
Wont answer phone calls been on hold sixty minutes, tried other crystal springs phone numbers and the same, I get past due notice and trying to fix just put on hold &Wont let me setup online account,
Ive been using Crystal Springs for about 4 years. I just have 5 gallon water delivered once a month. When I first started the service I had issue with reliable deliveries and could not get a hold of anyone to help me. Finally I was able to get consistent service and Im able to adjust my order online up till the day before delivery. For the past 3 years I have been super happy with the service and the product and it makes my life so much easier.
Worst experience ever signed up thru Costco they never make deliveries on time would change the schedule of your deliveries leave you with out bottled water for weeks because they don’t have enough drivers. Finally switched to a local company and am always taken care of now. Stay away from these guys
I fired them today!Promises of delivery and then a no show x 3 weeks and no call back as promised x 3. Wow, with as much competition out there I can honestly say they are on their way out as far as home/Business services. Look anywhere else but Crystal Springs Water!If there unit is not picked up by Tuesday as promised it is out of the office and who cares where to!
Service always good. Just have to say that when I changed addresses, the account seemed to that there were 2 locations, took at least 3 months of calling to let them know I only needed water delivered once a month, to one address, overall everything is great.

I AM READY TO GO AND FIND RELIABLE WATER DELIVERY SERVICE. BECAUSE THE SERVICE THAT YOU ARE PROVIDING RIGHT NOW IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAVE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY NUMEROUS TIMES ABOUT MY DELIVERY AND EVERY TIME I WOULD GET AN APOLOGY AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PROBLEM WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF AND SOMEBODY WOULD CONTACT ME. IM STILL WAITING FOR THAT CALL FROM OVER A WEEK NOW. I WAS ALSO SUPPOSE TO GET A REPLACEMENT WATER DISPENCER TODAY08/24/2020 BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED, I DIDNT EVEN GET A CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL. IF THIS IS HOW YOUR COMPANY WANTS TO CONDUCT BUSINESS, THEN I GUESS ARE BUSINESS HAS COME TO A CONCLUSION.
We have been customers for a couple of years now and LOVE this company and service. The delivery guys are friendly and helpful, without being chatty or intrusive. This has been particularly wonderful during this stay home and be safe time. We have not had to concern ourselves with having enough pure fresh water. The water is pure and fresh, and the equipment is sleek, attractive and easy to use. No long a top load but slides easily into the dispenser, delivering cold or hot water upon. I highly recommend this service!
The docks are a bit on the small side theres barely enough room for 2 trucks in their docks but it works. If its your first time there just park your truck so as not to block loading docks then walk to receiving and sign in (the sign in sheet is outside)once youve signed in you need to ring the buzzer on the wall & the forklift driver will come out and either give you a dock or hell have you wait in your truck till they call slide trailer tandems back & wait in the truck till they come out and let you know that the paperwork is ready for you to sign. Theyre not the fastest loaders but theyre not the slowest either.
I made multiple attempts to reach customer service, on several different occasions, with no luck. 45min plus wait times to speak with a representative.Delivery schedule was inconsistent and we were charged for items that were never delivered.Very frustrating experience.
They missed my water delivery on the 23rd. I didnt have time to call because Ive been at work and theyre only open business hours 🙃. I called last Wednesday and told them they forgot my delivery and asked if they could send it as soon as possible because im out of water. And they said theyll deliver it on Friday. Friday came around and still no delivery, my empty bottles are still outside. THEY CHARGED ME WITHOUT DELIVERING!!
Hot water dispenser is really nice for a quick cup of coffee or for hot cocoa in the winter. Cold water is a blessing in the heat of summer. Good product; excellent service-delivery and customer service both.
I’ve had the same water machine from them for years. I’ve used these guys for years and have never had any problems. I like the taste of the water, the options available and the ability to pause or skip deliveries if I’m not drinking water fast enough. When I cancelled in the past because I was moving or wasn’t using the service (2014) I was told I would have to drive the water machine back to a drop off site. So I don’t recommend waiting to cancel if you don’t plan on continuing deliveries until after you move.But otherwise - I love that I don’t have to carry these up my stairs. And during COVID-19- I just wipe the bottles down with disinfectant outside and bring the bottles in.
I ordered a new service for home delivery. I was told the dispenser and water would be delivered on the 24th of September and I needed to be there so the dispenser could be set up. And there I sat, missing work and nothing. I called around 4 pm and was told they were running late but the in their way. They weren’t. I called the next morning they were very apologetic and said they be there Today. I called them around 1:30pm to find out what was going on. The lady at the 1-800 phone number called the local dispatcher and they said someone would be there within 30 minutes maybe 45. At 4:30 pm I called again. This person told me they were out water dispensers which seems really weird because they are a water distribution company. I asked to be transferred to the local store so I can speak to somebody working there And the call was lost.I looked up the local branch Address thinking maybe I’m just too far away that I’m not on any route. Imagine my surprise when I found out we were in the same small city.I’m not sure what will happen tomorrow, Monday. I really would like fresh water delivered.
Weve been using this water service for at least 4 years and the past 2 deliveries were late/missed. The first one was delivered to another company on the other side of the building, this didnt seem that bad but it would have been nice just to check if the business you were delivering to was the correct one. The second time, well we are still waiting on water from last Thursday August 6th. I called and they said the water was on its way, I gave my work cell and told them about which place to go and everything. The next day nothing, called again and they mentioned they must have missed it? Even after giving them my direct # the delivery service could have at least called to let me know. Our staff is out of clean drinking water since Thursday. Its Tuesday 8/11 now. Not sure how we can actually get a hold of a local representative to fix this.

Very satisfied with Crystal Springs! They are kind and courteous! No problems ever with deliverys, the driver that comes is always kind and respectful! One other thing that I just Love is that I get a call the day before my delivery! That lets me know to get those bottles outside for him to pick-up, no calendar to live by! They have no idea how much this service means to me! Thank you Crystal Springs☆☆☆☆☆
Worst water delivery service ever! I cant believe I was recommended to sign up. I havent had my scheduled water delivery for over a month and I acnf get anyone on the phone. Do not sign up for this service.
IF I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!! This is the most horrible company to deal with. Today is the second missed delivery in a row. I called customer service and all I got I apologize and I dont know why they missed my delivery and will forward my complaint to the distribution center to contact me directly . I told her, she is the third representative that told me this and no one contacted me. I asked for the distribution centers contact number so I can call them directly and I was told they are not allowed to provide me with that number. I demanded to speak with a manager and got Madeline, she informed me that she tried to reach out to the branch manager and no answer. DO NOT WATE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY OR GOING THROUGH COSTCO BEST BET IS TO PURCHASE A WATER COLLER DISPENSER ON YOUR OWN AND GET YOUR BOTTLES BY PICK IT UP AT LOWES!!
On the day of initial setup and delivery was a total nightmare. After waiting all day and 2 hours before end of business hours, I decided to call to get an ETA. They claimed to send a message out to the driver and such. Never heard back. At about almost 6 PM, I called again to follow up. This time, I was told that their drivers don’t normally stay out past this hour. Crystal Springs lack of customer service and concern for people’s valuable time is very disappointing. I ordered this service through Costco. I hope they break their ties with them and go with another water service vendor. Don’t get victimized by Crystal Water!! No one bothered to call or reached out.
Ive never had a problem with water deliveries or changing my needs prior to a delivery. I love the water machine and the ability to bottom load. Deliveries are always around the same time so placing out empties is easy to do without setting it out too soon.
Love Crystal Springs! Ive had other water service and none compare to Crystal Springs. Delivery is prompt and on time every time. I always receive a call the day before my delivery, making adjustments to my order is so easy online and doesnt affect my delivery. And best of all, it is the best tasting water! Highly recommended!
This is the absolute worst company, DO NOT USE THEM. They lie, they miss deliveries, they drop off tainted water (one 5 gallon jug was partially empty). We have been without water for three days in a building without potable water and they have promised to bring water. They have not. I wish I could give them negative stars. They should be out of business for taking money and not delivering the product. They are LAZY crooks, liars and thieves.
Good product, excellent service and Hot/Cold water dispenser.
First started out with individual bottles then 5 gal. All at the store. Then said wow can get all I need,at one time and no lifting and running back and forth. Love it and if I run out they, Mike,is here within a day. Just really happy with this company.
This company missed 3 deliveries so we were without water. We cancelled the service and now they have missed 3 more appointments to pickup their equipment and customer service said there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend using them.

I have been using Crystal Springs for more than 5 years. Started on the Costco deal and have continued. We consistently get a call the day before to remind us to put empties out front. My driver is extremely friendly.

It’s been over a month since my water dispenser broke, after 5 requests for exchange & service with confirmed schedules, still no response.They were to escalate this to their VP, but no response tells me that don’t give a hoot.Totally a messed up company & not trustworthy, I just wonder about trusting their water quality if they cannot even provide straight answers.I’m cancelling 3 location accounts with them.
We have service to our small office in Bothell - Timely delivery, more than just water available, friendly and professional delivery guy, and the convenience of not having to lug water up a flight of stairs to the office or awkwardly try to refill our bottles is a huge convenience. Pricing is fair and their website is easy to navigate.
Crystal Springs has done a terrible job working with businesses to respond to coronavirus situations and closures of offices. They may tout their new application, but their failure to follow up with customers is disgusting. They would rather rip you off and send collections agencies after your company, than have a regular customer service call.
The water itself is good and so is their dispenser, but the service is not. They often miss delivery dates, dont follow-up on promises to re-deliver, and charge you even when water bottles were not delivered. Overall, Im unsatisfied.
Delivery is always on time. I love the design of the water dispenser - dont have to lift the bottles. Also, love the convenience of hot water on demand. So much more environmentaly friendly than buying small bottles of water. The delivery guy is super friendly too.
Use caution with this company and use another company if you can. I’ve used Crystal service for couple of years and I started noticing my bill slightly increasing in the last year. I didn’t think much of it until I noticed my bill increase to 50% to 60% more than my normal bill. So I had my staff log the bottles being replaced and matched it to my bill statement. We noticed they were charging us extra couple of bottles than what was being replaced. I called the company upset to complain and to cancel my services. I was expecting the rep to be surprised by my accusations and maybe transfer my call to a manager, but it was just a cold “I’m sorry to hear that” and she processed my request to cancel.The phone call made me feel like my complaint was a normal issue with this company. I went through COSTCO for this service and I’ll be filing my complaint with them as well. I hope this message helps future and the existing clients to be very cautious of this company. *Super Shady*
In the year we had them, we had numerous times of no show rescheduled delivery with no notification from them until we called to complain, most recently I asked for branch manager to call me, and never heard from them-we are the customers expecting good service and we decided it was not worth the treatment we were receiving anymore! Service cancelled-going to take them 2 weeks to come pick up the equipment and bottles!?! Sorry customer service!
I am completely satisfied with Crystal Springs Water. I always am met with professional, caring staff that is always ready to assist me with my questions. I love my water service.
If they had a couple more feet of space in front of docks it would be better.
This is a minus one star.The delivery service is terrible, Ive had to call over 3 times, only to be told oh the driver didnt have enough time to finish the route.Hell drop off tomorrow, which he didnt do.Called again, the customer service rep started she will call the route manager. Neither he, nor the driver answered the phone.Terrible delivery service just terrible.
App is convenient to use easy to make online payments. Water taste refreshing and I love my hot and cold dispenser. Water delivery is always on time.

Their service has become pretty expensive. Theres nothing wrong with their water, but many less expensive alternatives these days. Wait until you go to cancel your service and get handed off 4-5 times before getting the account closed.
Lately Ive had the worst service from crystal springs. They have missed my delivery 3 times and they cant even compensate for anything. Im gonna start looking for a different company that can deliver water.
I have been with Crystal Springs for well over 25 yrs.+ They have given us excellent service all these years. Never a problem when we had to change dates or water amounts. Theyve made the changes with grace and a willingness to serve their customers.
