Wanted to return a game we got as a gift (already had it). No receipt but knew it was bought at GameStop. Employee wanted to know when it was bought and a bunch of other questions. In the end, all they could do was 20 bucks no matter what. So the question s were irrelevant. They were just a chance for the employee to mansplain. Other GameStop is better. Employees are less... stereotype ridden ....

This was my first trip to this GameStop store. I went here to do a return. It was for an item I purchased online. It was defective. They were very friendly and helpful with the return. They did it with no issues and another one is ordered and on its way to me. They also were very helpful with helping me get other things I was looking for. I also shopped 3 other GameStops after shopping this one. I am a collector of a certain item. Anyways none of the employees at the other GameStops were as friendly or as willing to help me out as the ones at this location.

Somehow. Someway. They were out of Controllers... A game store... Not only are their prices outrageous. They tried to make me pay more for a cartridge than the full price from the Nintendo E-Shop. It was insanity. This company needs to go away. Or not worry so much about profits.

Despite our current social situation customer service should never waiver. Two store associates working the sign on the door clearly states only 5 customers at a time... One guy services a lady and her son she walks away from the counter and proceeds to look for a game. He helps the guy in front of me and when done he takes the custer who just left him and went to look for a game but was in line behind me.. When I asked him why he did it he tried to get sarcastic and say its only 2 of us and he wasnt paying attention.... It wasnt until i corrected him that he reluctantly apologized. Game stop on Dorothy lane will never have my business again...

I called to ask about matching prices to what is online and I was interrupted and cut off. Thats poor customer service. I have no reason to shop this store. I already had a bad taste in my mouth from talking to Gamestops online customer service, so some politeness from a store employee would have helped to smooth things over. Instead, I can shop so many other places.

Went in to get a replacement controller under my warranty and was told that there wasnt any. Got a used controller being mailed to me. Defeated the purpose of the warranty. Store doesnt have what it needs to properly run.

One of the worst GameStops I have been too and the manager is rude. He has no customer service skills at all. It used to be a good store with previous management in there but the guy that is in there now, surprised anyone goes to this store. Horrible horrible experience.

Every time I have ever went to this GameStop, I find myself always having to go right back up there to return SOMETHING. I spent $50 on pre owned games about a week ago, and 3 of the 5 did not work at all. So i went to return one of them, before i had discovered that the other two did not work either, and when i handed the employee the receipt and said i would like to return it because it did not work, he was very rude to me and my sister who was also with me. he acted like returning my game had ruined his day and that i was a problem. Due to this situation making me feel terribly uncomfortable, i was happy to get out of there once my game was returned and i had decided id no longer go to gamestop. but after i tried to play the other two i had to take those back too, i just decided to return everything so i wouldnt have to deal with the rude staff anymore. i get to the store and take my things in and its the same rude guy. when i walk in the first thing he says to me in a rude tone was So you didnt like the one so you decided to return them all? shocked at the comment i just said yes. i asked if he needed my id again and he got rude and went YES and i stood there quietly. all in all i can say GameStop had lost a customer.
