Im here now at 430pm and the doors are all locked. I should also note, theres no notice on the door that they will be back; it is Sunday. They are open until 6pm on Sundays. Thats fine. I am sure AtnT would love to hear from me more.
I came over from sprint trying to get away from my bill going up every few months. I’d been with them nearly 20 years. I tried Verizon because they had a buy one phone get the other for free deal. That made me think that my bill may be cheaper. No surprise that it wasn’t, but I guess I expected that. What disappointed me the most was the person who sold me the phones and the account “Chance” lied to me. He told me there was and promo for $500 gift card that would come in the mail some time after. I called and texted this person several times with one of his answers being that there had to be a few billing cycles before this would happen. Well it was a lie and I’ve never seen the $500. I don’t recommend dealing with this store but maybe others will have a better experience. Just don’t fall for the lie.
Only bought a charger near closing time, but found Addison helpful and pleasant.
I want to thank Jenny who was working by herself for fixing my Verizon cell an my husbands in two visits.Due to Google an the their doings that made both cells half work apps crashing non stop as of 5&7pm Tuesday March 22 2021. I tried everything an when she got them in her magic hands she got our cellphones working again. She was so sweet an kind an so inundated with a lot of customers needing her. Seriously a great asset to Verizon. Thank you again Jenny 😊
If I could give no stars I would. All they want to do is sell you a new phone. I am a Verizon business customer and Verizon online told me to go get a new SIM card for my phone, no charge. This store said it would be $15.00 and it would not fix the problem. Employee said that the Iphone 7 is known to have that issue and I could get a $100 trade-in toward another phone. She said if I did get another SIM card, that within a week, I would be back for a new phone. I wouldnt buy a phone from that store if they were the only store in the Dayton area. (Verizon online is over-nighting me a new SIM card. And I certainly hope it proves her wrong!)
The staff was very friendly, helped me with all of my questions and got me into the perfect phone. They also hooked me up with a new tablet for my daughter and a Hum for my vehicle. Very helpful and nice love the energy in this store.
Friendly and knowledgeable representative. Glad that the store was open on Sunday to quickly fix a phone problem. The only drawback is that the store needs a bit more floor space.
Went online and made an appt for 7pm on 10/2. Showed up at 6:45pm and no one was there, sign on door said temporary hours closed at 6pm. Completely unacceptable customer NO service.
Needed a case for my S8. They did not have a black one. The representative called another location and was going to have it brought over the same day. I explained it wasnt necessary and I could go pick it up. She asked the store to hold it and gave them my name. Picked it up at other location. Very professional and very friendly staff! I will be returning when I am ready to upgrade my phone.
Third attempt, wow, I really think this place is a front for something else - How in the world is this place still in business! Incompetent & Terrible customer service!... I couldnt believe how terribly aggressive and rude the store manager was. I overheard her inappropriately yelling at a customer... absolutely disgusting! Take your business elsewhere!!!... This location has never been good, ever since this location opened. ...and these 5 star reviews... Total BS!!!

The team at this location is the best!! Second time I have been there, both experiences were amazing. Today Addison helped me (sorry if spelling is wrong Haha.) One of the best customer service experiences I have had in any retail setting. I used to manage cell phone stores and when I say I was very impressed that is an understatement. She made my interaction at the store fun, entertaining and personable yet still provided a quick, informative and honest transaction. I would highly recommend you go to this location if you have Verizon!!
Nicci is the best. She is always there to answer my questions and show me how to use my phone. I wont go anywhere else for a phone!!

Had a new employee help me add a phone to my prepaid plan. I was suppose to go on the plan that was a special $35.00/ month/ phone discount for second line and 6gs of data/phone should be total payment of $64.00/ month. Plus I was charge an activation fee for my own phone?Went back in the next month because my billing was almost $80.00!Talked to Nikki who was store manager well it will start next month with your bill you have a #70.00 credit on your account.End of June comes around and I’m paying $80.00 for two phones, and 3GS of data / phone. I have called the store, manager refuses to return calls. So I have emailed TCC about this store!I would not recommend this store to anyone! Trying to get a hold of Verizon is not possible because I’m on a prepaid plan.
Friday 330pm. Hours say 10-8.Door was locked, and whoever was at the front counter, ran to the back. Instead of doing that. Open the door and say your closed or no ones allowed in. Something. Waste of time coming off I-75 for this.
This store gets five stars because. even though I initially had something go wrong, the general manager called me and explained that there was a big mishap, and they owned the mistake. They then offered to provide a free $50 screen protector as a sign of good faith. Im reasonable... things happen, mistakes occur, and employees do things that dont reflect the organizations customer service vision. I completely understand, and given their willingness to own it and do the right thing, I will use their service next time because I know they will make it right if something goes wrong.I recommend this store to yall.

I went to this store to purchase an iPad for my daughter. While there we also discussed other things such as a different data plan etc. One person told me I would save $100 by switching to the new unlimited plan which thankfully I have 3 years of experience in the cell phone industry so I knew this was not true so after breaking it down to her how shes wrong she seemed offended. I sat there for several hours (actually had to leave and come back at one point) waiting for them to activate this brand new iPad i was buying out right on a line from this store. I have 10 lines so I even paid a couple lines off while there and was adding this iPad to one of those. She added the iPad line but for some reason it wouldnt work. Who knew what was going on. Then the one lady said she would meet me at another Verizon store the next day with the iPad and all would be set up and ready to go. I leave and go the store we were supposed to meet and indeed she lied. I called the store several times and either I couldnt get through to anyone or the people who worked that day werent there. Go figure. Im annoyed and frustrated. They apparently are liars and have no clue what theyre doing there.
Carrie did an amazing job helping me get a new phone and watch. She went above and beyond to help me. Amazing service! I will be back next time I need another phone.

I visited this store on Sept. 8, the day before the new iPhone release, and spoke with one of their associates. I provided specific account information so they could include my order along with the others they would be placing when ordering opened early that Friday morning. I called the store later on Friday to check and see if my order was placed. I was told the order was placed.It is now Sept 23. I hadnt heard anything from the store, so I decided to call. I was informed that all orders placed that Friday morning had been filled. If I didnt get a call from them, it was because they didnt have my billing PIN and no phone was ordered. I dont remember them asking for a billing PIN, and I was told that a phone had been ordered. So where was the disconnect? No follow-up? This is just poor customer service, plain and simple. Ill stick to the corporate stores from now on!

Disgusting. Horrible customer service. Wasn’t even acknowledged hardly when we arrived. The bigger worker with blonde hair is coughing and pull her mask down to wipe her nose MULTIPLE times with the same tissue and puts it in her pocket and DOES NOT WASH OR SANITIZE HER HANDS and continued to help and touch her customers new phone. How gross.

Felt like I was lost in Gotham City when I walked in to see Oswald Cobblepot running the place. Obnoxious, rude, and very unprofessional store where the owner and GM have shouting matches when customers are around. The staff other than them is fantastic and I would recommend to anyone.

My phone screen cracked and I went to potentially buy a new phone- I left with a brand new iPhone all backed up, a screen protector added, and my broken phone turned in to help me pay. The staff was wonderfully helpful and kind- when another phone emergency arises, I know where I’m headed!

Never ever go here. I traded in a phone for a new phone and never got credited for it. On top of that, got a buy one get one free iPhones for Christmas but was still paying for both for 6 months before I got credited. I’ve already been to the store twice and still have not been credited for my old phone. Terrible. I’ll never buy my phone from here again.
