This is the original store be very careful with the store by Winn Dixie I went there thinking it was the original store that moved there and those people lie to me saying yes they were the original store. Go to the art store next to 7-Eleven they are way better and they are they original store.

Had the pleasure to stop by this store with my mother, she’s very old so I asked as much as I could (knowing I’m a little annoying with the questions) the manager handled my questions and concerns wonderfully, definitely will come back in the future. Make sure you have them explain all your worries, we came over from Verizon and honestly AT&T (although a little price difference) it’s worth it to have way better service for my mother.

The guys in the store are Awesome. I came to the store because I was in the boat show and lost my phone. They were able to get all my information and got me a new phone very fast. They were very professional and friendly, I will definitely come back to this store and refer all my friends to come here.

This AT&T Store is the best. The guys there have an awesome customer service, and are super helpful. I went to this store a little worried because of the reviews but I guess they are a bunch of people hating because this guys are awesome, I have been in other AT&T stores and they just care about getting commission and treat you like a number, but the guys in Key Biscayne (Julian and Robert) they go above and beyond. They explain to me, transfer all my info and completely set up my brand new Iphone 8 plus. This store should be rewarded for what they do. They are the best.!!

Best AT&T Store of Miami, I Was on vacation at the beach and had a little incident that my phone went in the ocean, I was so nervous and did not know what to do because I cant lose any info and my phone is my work tool so I went to the store and this guys not only made me relax and feel secure they also had me setup in no time and were able to get everything back from my old phone. You guys are the best, I feel like coming more often to Miami just to come to this store. You guys rock !!

Awesome store and wonderful service. Visited the apple store and received no help from anybody they couldnt even answer my questions, and when I came to this store this guys did everything for me from showing me the device I needed to get me setup and transfer all my info. I will recommend this guys to all my friends.

Props to the guys in AT&T Key Biscayne, I was there on Saturday and they were already closing and not only they open the door for me, they also stayed there and extra hour helping me get my device up and running, that has never happened to me, everywhere you go they never stay so long after hours for a customer. I will always come back to this store, not only they made me feel special, they are THE BEST. Thanks guys. !!

These guys help my wife and daughter recover all her photos from google drive, that we never knew we even had soooo thankful for them.

They lied to me about telling me that all providers charge an activation fees and when I was wondering at a mall, I asked another service provider and that was not true. I paid $36 activation fees for two lines thinking that they were honest but they weren’t. Would never go back again.

I am new in the Key Biscayne area and this was like a one-stop-shop for me, this guys offered me everything cellphones for my family, internet and Directv services for my apartment and the best of all with a great service. Thanks to them it was a very smooth process for me to get set up. Excellent job guys, one more happy customer !!

They installed a $40 screen protector on my daughters phone without even asking for her permission or informing her about the price, and then they asked for the money. Its a pathetic way of doing business by twisting the arm of unsuspecting customers. Then, 3 days later I returned an identical screen in original packaging but he refused to take it back, against his own policy. Avoid these crooks by all cost!

Got a terrible deal and was mistreated at this store. Please, please do yourself a favor and chose the other store in key Biscayne or elsewhere. This one is owned by a rude person who will not stand by their products at all.

Came into store with a smashed phone the gentlemen try to see if i had an upgrade but all my kids took it so he told me i had insurance and within 24hrs they got me phone back, and help me process the claim didnt have to do no work. Awesome service

This place is the worst. Went in with a broken phone, failed to tell us that phone was covered by insurance and tried to sell us a new phone. When we called AT&T and were told that a new phone would be shipped next day, these people charged us a $45 restocking fee. Beware.

He came from Argentina the boy was very helpful and patient with all my questions for sure we will return thanks for all the help.

The best AT & T store I have visited. The boys always very professional and attentive, in the last 3 years they have always helped my whole family with any problem, even though we do not live in Key Biscayne. We only visit this store, due to the bad experiences we have had in the Corporate stores. They are number # 1.

I hired a cell phone plan for $ 70 / month unlimited and I got a charge of $ 150 / month. I lost all morning to solve this

You get out of AT&T, you finish paying off your debts and the very polite keep sending you bills to pay

They sold me an iPhone Plus 7 cell phone like new, but it was a refurbish. They changed it for a really new iPhone 8 and after a few months I just realized that the accessories are not original. They charge much more than the cell phone is worth in the Apple Store, they change the accessories and do not give new devices but remanufactured ones.

The guys are very helpful, they help me with all my emails and with my phone settings.

Too bad, they charge you for what is not, because that store is the owners, it is not a real at & t store
