The featured Italian Mocha is fantastic! Nice place to sit and have a good coffee here at the KoP mall. The PB smoothie is also very good. Skip the line at bucks

Fourth visit this month. Customer service terrific. Found Wayne Schmidbauer (yes,I took the time to find out his full name) very engaging, informative and fun to deal with--Getting a cup of coffee should be fun and Wayne makes you relax and actually enjoy the process. In my opinion he should be doing motivational training for the e-bar group.

Let me just say that this place is a prime example of perfect customer service. The young man that was running the register was extremely polite and although I personally didn’t get anything he offered me a cup ofwater. You could tell he genuinely enjoys helping people. This shop is by far the best customer service I have ever seen. Period.

Great, fast, and friendly service! Mocha bianca was pretty good. Rest of the menu is a little limited though (hence 4 stars). Id probably go to the Starbucks next time.

Man, I love this place. I stayed here last night with my dogs until they shut it down. I woke up today at 6 am, hungover like craaaazy, in the chimney. Not fireplace, in the damn chimney!

Nordstrom’s Ebar Coffee is ok. No different than stopping at wawa or starbucks. I love Nordstrom’s but this is just another way to spend money and one stop shopping.

Slow, got my cup of latte covered in latte, and Wawa beats it taste by far, wifes hit chocolate tasted a bit better then a sweetened water but far away from hot chocolate.

I was looking for a coffee shop in the area other than Starbucks, glad I found this spot! Its hidden in a nook next to the first floor of entrance Nordstrom inside the KOP mall. Staff was friendly and approachable. The iced dirty chai was delicious, I could taste the spice + espresso without being covered up by a sugary taste!

Staff was slow. I don not like to wait for a long time for just a cup of coffee.
