Griffin Quay is the best barista that the place has ever seen. He makes the best drinks and is always super efficient and friendly. He always works with a smile on his face. Havent seen him during his normal hours in a while, but hopefully he comes back soon. Hands down the best worker there and quite frankly the kindest Starbucks employee I have ever met.

Why is the Starbucks in both parts of King of Prussia closed? No notes on the door or anything. I need coffee from Colleen. She is amazing.

Every time I come here Lloyd always does his best to make sure my drink comes out quick and even asks how’s my day regardless of how hectic everything can be. There has been days where I’ve seen the line literally out the door, but he still leads everything with so much positivity and resilience. I honestly thought he was the manager, but I hope he gets that title soon seeing as how he makes such a positive influence on my mornings and I’m sure everyone else’s.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The frappuccinos are absolutely wonderful.

A good Starbucks, but it can get crazy busy. If youre in a hurry 9 times outta 10 youll probably have to wait but when you dont its exactly what youd expect.

There was a long wait but, the frappuccino my boyfriend and I got was excellent and the employees were friendly.

Always like the breakfast sandwiches, protein boxes, and desserts. Friendly staff, speedy service and good experience all around. I love the order ahead options, it adds so much convenience to my morning. Also, downloading and paying through the app is definitely worth it if you frequent here. You can get bonus points and get free drinks, food, and merchandise faster!

The employees at this Starbucks are beyond wonderful and are always so welcoming and helpful. Theyre always completing orders at a quick pace and bringing a smile to my face regardless of how backed up they are. Especially the employee Lloyd Perez.

I got a cold brew here. The staff was friendly, made my drink just as well as any other Starbucks Ive been to and there was not a long wait. The bathrooms were extremely clean.

Great drink! But when I order almond milk please actually use almond milk so I don’t end up with severe abdominal pain and cramping for the rest of my day/shift.

Overpriced Coffee. Plus once I got to the bottom of the cup, theres a bunch of coffee grounds. Just what I want at the bottom of my coffee! Every time I say Ill never go to Starbucks, I find a reason to stop and get a coffee. And every time Im disappointed. I dont understand what it is people see in this place. Other than its some kind of status symbol.

Stood waiting for my iced latte for 20 minutes until I noticed an empty cup with my name on it. I asked about it and they said “we don’t have the flavor you want” and walked away. No one ever called my name to tell me. had to call them back over to ask for a different flavor, and the guy just dumped coffee and milk in a cup and handed it to me and walked away again. Not what I paid for or what I wanted but I was sick of waiting. Rude people and they always take forever, even when it’s empty.

1 star for being environmentally reckless. It was Thursday 2/13/20 at 3:45pm, manager please check your schedule and camera for evidence. I was waiting for my drinks and this african american (for description purposes) walked up to where all the cups and lids are and made a comment about tall cups in the wrong bin of the grande cups. She couldve just change it out but she threw the entire batch of small lids into the trash can. What a complete waste! Environmentally desctructive.

Just left there and there was a lady, from another Starbucks that was a disaster, she did not have her name on the apron. Thank goddess for the regulars there including Lloyd, who was wonderful, send the lady back to the register and tried to fix the mess! We waited 1/2 hour for our coffe and sandwich! This lady would make a drink and some of them didn’t even have the names on them so they just sat there...pretty bad experience.

We all understand necessity of wearing mask but it is not nice to see people get scolded by the manager lady for the reason of slipped mask while holding hot beverages in the store.

Just got coffee here, the lady who helped me at the counter named Justice was so nice and helpful with an amazing vibe. I feel bad I couldn’t tip on my card but she deserves recognition for her positive attitude and great service!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Inefficient staff, constantly turned over and understaffed. Even if you mobile order, they sometimes forget to check them, leaving them unmade until you remind them your order exists, and blame it on other customers taking your drink. Management is never present. Food items are never properly stocked. Drinks are made sloppily and are frequently incorrect. If you need something in a timely manner, do not use this location.

After a 20 minute wait because they werent brewing coffee at this time (!?!!) we come to find out that they had completely forgotten about the order and hadnt even started brewing the pot yet. Biggest Starbucks fail that I have ever experienced! And zero apology...wow...

Sunday at the Mall, Christmas shopping season. Three employes overwhelmed in trying to do order fulfilment for 50+ customers. Appears to be poorly managed today. Coffee OK, but not hot and 20+ minute wait not acceptable. Have been in other Starbucks shops that can handle heavy demand, but this today is beyond their skill and efficiency level.

Cute little nook, but the slowest employees. Not at all attentive, and the ladies making the coffee look like theyre forced to work here against their well. I waited in like for 40 minutes just for a drink with 7 people ahead of me and no movement for 6-7 minutes per order. Sucks.

Pumpkin season is the best! You have to try the pumpkin cream cheese muffin and the pumpkin cake. They are definitely several steps above the typical cliche fall pastries that you’ll find everywhere else.

I went in to get my order and I’m waiting in a line and the man sees me and he’s giving out orders which is fine then as it’s my turn to give my order a man (Caucasian) just walks up and the man stops what he’s doing and takes his order before he didn’t ask if he was next didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there so I walked out I will never go here again because that’s was rude and in considerate and as a loyal customer to this company and branch I was very upset.

If I could give more, I would! Anthony was my barista and he did such a good job with his recommendation for me! I am very bad with decision making and he came up with a delicious solution and fast! Super friendly and helpful staff! Thanks Anthony from Starbucks! Will be back!

If u could give them no stars I would. Ive been waiting in line now over 19 minutes for a grande passion fruit tea. Theyve got 6 people working back there but only 1 person making the drinks. The other staff are either just ringing or standing around all while the line gets longer and longer. The staff at no point apologizing for the wait or thanking us for our patience. As a mall employee we only get 30 minute breaks so spending my entire one waiting in line for 1 drink seems quite extreme.

Great environment for teleworking, friendly staff and because of the mall traffic the coffee and refills were fresh.

STARBUCKS ALWAYS ROCKS! This location was quick and efficient. The guy checking out helped me understand the rewards program more and I now get it, FINALLY!!!

Great coffee. This location tends to be crowded during the holidays due to shoppers, but otherwise a pleasant location. This location supports pick up through the app, so you can skip the wait by ordering your drink through the Starbucks app. This location does carry holiday drinks and fuctions as a normal Starbucks location. There is no exterior enterance so you must enter through the mall near Lord & Taylor.

This is the slowest and most miserable Starbucks Ive ever been to. Been waiting for a grande drink for 10 minutes and still waiting while writing this review. There are 12 other people waiting for their drinks. Its 4pm... Cant think of an excuse for the lack of care the entire staff shows. Other customers were actually snickering at the experience.

The coffee is always good as always, but I find the employees at this location are not polite at all, or courteous. They always act like we own them a million dollars or something. #if you are tired, get a break!

One of the busiest Starbucks I have been to. Long lines at both the counter and drive-in during morning rush. Employees very friendly and drinks were delicious.

Terrible service, Got the drink sizes wrong and i ordered an ice caramel macchiato and the drink was bitter like a normal latte. Lid was spilling out as well and there were 3 workers there that clearly didnt care. Worst service at a coffee shop I have seen in a long time.

Imagine you walk in at 9am and they have nothing!!! Literally nothing. No bagel, no morning bun, no croissant... Iced coffee made with burned beans....And it takes 20 mins to get your stuff...Im not even talking about the flies inside the starbucks flying right into your mouth... Im not even talking about 40 people waiting on line....I understand STARBUCKS you want to make money but please this is not a humane way of making money. Its 2019 not 1959....And your former CEO wants to run for President because he thinks he made the greatest Company!!!!Its just Shame!!!!

Macchiato make my heart go v fast

The staff here is friendly, but as an employee at this mall, Ive been here regularly, and theye taken entirely too long to fulfill orders every single time Ive been there, despite being non- busy. Mobile orders that give you a timing of 3-7 minutes have taken 15 minutes to be made here. Every time I go, I remember why I started going to Bluestone Lane instead.

This place is busy as its inside the KOP mall. Its spacious, nice views of the mall through the floor to ceiling glass walls. You may have to wait sometimes due to long lines.

This is actually one of the less crowded Starbucks joints in the area. This is mostly due to its location which is difficult to access unless you are going south on Dekalb Pike before you pass it. Other than that, it has a very friendly staff. I like stopping by there whenever I have to make a stop at Petco and Im going in that direction anyway.
