Such a great experience! It’s great to talk to a person who has a pulse compared to an automated system!

Ive been a customer of this store since it opened here in Kings Park, NY. Today I called to confirm the appointment I made on like to buy 2 new S215g Ultra phones. The lady that answered, didnt know any of the information about the T-Mobile specials listed on their own website. She got irate, started yelling. I asked for someone else. she said that shes the only one in charge. She yelled on the phone, CALL ANOTHER STORE!!Its very unfortunate that this has become the customer service offered by these people. They clearly couldnt care less about their T-mobile users. She hang up the phone on me, not very good for business, now I have to call Verizon.

If you want to waste your time definitely go here. Which as a T-Mobile customer youre probably used to.

I walked into the store wanting to know the breakdown of 2 phones I wanted. This location helped me through the process and got me all the extra information I was not able to research. Also was able help me to recieved the LG v60 that I wanted will being 100% patient with my various questions. Mr.Khan went above and beyond with making sure I was comfortable with my choice.

Have gone into this store on 2 occasions, BOTH times I encountered disinterested salesmen who could barely lift their heads from there own phones! And when they finally did help me they seemed almost incompetent, giving me information that was totally wrong per T-Mobile customer service! Do your self a favor stay away and head over to the new T-Mobile/ sprint store on Indian head rd. Thats were you will find helpful professionals!!!!!

An unintelligible man answered the phone and when I asked if they had a specific phone in stock he said that I could come in anytime then I had to repeat my question and he said no and hung up on me.

Went there today to pay a bill the customer service representatives were very rude. They totally ignore and made rude comments when I asked for assistance to pay a bill for someone who has challenges. When another customer came in he walk over and started to assist that person and when I asked him why he has been ignoring me when I have been standing there so long. JAY tries to say how I am very mean to him......
