Recent work done to my car. Everything went smooth from making the appointment to the window replacement. Garret was my technician and was super nice and knowledgeable.
Arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. Within a week my windshield was detached from my car leaving it unsafe to drive. I spoke to Denise who told me that it was only cosmetic and not that big of a deal and that they could maybe repair it in a couple of days. This company should not be used EVER!
Worst customer service ever. The order for the windshield was put in great but when asked if I can call back it I miss the call would it be OK I was told yes. Next day they would be here I was told so we said oh yea we want that. Later in the day get a call no windshield availability need to wait till Thurseday. We then wait till Thurseday I get a call and I am getting my kids ready and out the door for school I miss it I call there... Now my service is canceled when I call back but it was not even and hour later and besides that there is not another available until Tuseday of the following week so technically we would be waiting a whole week for a service to get done .. When we could have continued to call around to find service somewhere else if that was the case...

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I will not be recommending this company to anyone. I was referred by a colleague of mine, my boyfriend needed his windshield replaced. He scheduled his appointment with them for Thursday 1/9 he asked for a window/time frame for when to expect the technician to which they replied “to keep his day open.” My boyfriend informed me of this and was going to take off of work for the day. I swapped cars with him on Wednesday evening so he would still be able to work and waited all day for the technician To show up only to receive a call At 3:30 the day of the appointment and let us know he will not be coming for he was all the way in Camden. The tech claimed he called at 9 AM to cancel my boyfriends appointment. This was extremely frustrating especially because my boyfriend called at 9 AM The morning of his appointment to give his credit card information to pay for the service and no one informed him then that the tech would not be coming to complete the scheduled windshield replacement. I called and requested to speak to the manager, she was busy at the moment and I was assured she would call me back ASAP. I never received a phone call from the manager. I work in customer service and with clients on a daily basis, this is not how things are done. Arrow auto glass should be ashamed of the way they handled this. My boyfriend found another place Thursday evening to drop his car off for a cheaper price. I will not be doing business with this company again and i certainly will not be recommending this company to anyone.
The repairman damaged my car, accused me of not wanting to pay and lied to his manager. They offered a 25 dollar credit and told me that if I refuse the credit that the repairman would remove the windshield and leave my vehicle windshieldless. I called the cops who stated that it was a civil matter but I should pay them because they did the work and to sue them in court. Very disappointed. The manager was the worst. He yelled at me and said “just pay my guy” twice and hung up the phone.
After ordering a drivers side window, the tech called us (Todd), and he said I ordered the wrong window. However, that was not the case. After waiting 5 more days, out he comes. Does his job and leaves. Once we got into our car, we see that our door handle was broken!! He never said one word to us.Emailed the company, waiting to see what happens next!!
Quality affordable autoglass service. My techs name was Devin he was both professional and courteous. Fantastic job

Bad business. Called April 11 they said it would be there sat 14. They called at 7:00 am and said the windshield wasnt delivered to call and reschedule an appointment so I did and they told me April 28. The guy were supposed to call me at 7 AM to let me know never called so I called the installer and he said I was not on list to have it done. Called their office and got a machine. I would not recommend this business
HORRIBLE experience & customer service.“Dan” the operation manager is responsible for this negative review, and will be the reason they will most likely go out of business soon.I have a fleet vehicle and requested an OEM glass replacement on 7/11. (Cleared and approved by fleet and insurance before request)Appointment was set up for 7/15/19. (I asked if they can do it earlier, their reply was to try another company if I wanted it done faster) Not a good impression so far, but I get that they’re busy.7/15, I receive a call from “Steve”, the tech who’s coming to do the replacement. I confirmed if he does have the OEM glass as requested. He said No…No one told him it was supposed to be OEM. I asked if he can get an OEM, he said yes, but it will be an hour delay. I was ok with that. A few mins later, I get a call from their office, saying they will need another 5 days to order the OEM glass. I told them that I already spoke to Steve and he is picking up an OEM glass. They had no idea that Steve was scheduled today and seemed very unorganized. They said they’ll call me back. They call back and the lies begin..”steve is picking up a Mopar glass, not oem”. I said Mopar IS OEM for Chrysler! The poor rep stumbled on her words while trying to figure out how to recover from the BS “Dan” is feeding her in the background. They insisted on ordering from the dealer despite having an OEM one available (sourced from a warehouse instead). I insisted that they keep their promised appointment ( I already took the day off) and replace it the the Mopar one Steve is picking up. I’m the one who requested it anyway, so I’m perfectly ok with MOPAR if they think its different from OEM.“Dan” then takes the phone from the Rep, says, We don’t want your business and hangs up on me.My fleet company WHEELS and Gerber glass & collision (our contact for glass & bodywork) have been notified and vendor complaint has been filed. You will be removed from vendor list shortly.Congratulation “Dan” for losing one of your biggest accounts.
