Had a windshield replaced on 2/10/21 and it seemed like they had done a great job. Within 24 hours I had a crack in another part of my windshield that seems to have emanated out from the edge of the windshield. They are saying it was a strike so it isnt covered by warranty. Do not use this company or they will do a bad job and then bill you for the work!UPDATE:They are now telling me they will fix it for the discounted rate of $225. If they actually cared about taking care of their customers they would do so.

This is my second time using auto glass fitters this year (different car). The tech, Zack(h?), called around 9 am to let me know he’d be there around 11, 12 at the latest. He showed up at 10:55, spoke to me, and showed me a spot that is warping on my car. No big deal, but thankful he pointed it out. It then took him approximately 20-25 minutes to complete the windshield replacement. It looks perfect. I paid him cash, and he emailed my receipt. I was going to give him a tip, but seeing I only had a larger bill he said no thanks, you have kids, keep that. What a great experience, when I was sure my whole day off would be spent dealing with a windshield. Thanks, Zach(k?).

Bill did the windshield on my Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. He was very friendly and professional. My windshield was perfect after he installed it. He even cleaned the fingerprints off it. I am very happy with my experience. Oh did I mention they were 100 dollars cheaper than another big name glass place locally. I would definitely recommend them.
