Dr Perry is amazing!!! I’ve been w/her for ten years…. I was extremely nervous and so very disappointed my first visit because the realization of my hearing loss was devastating news for me. But when Dr Lori put in those new hearing aides my entire world changed!!! I remember just crying for days because. I COULD HEAR!!!!!! Dr Lori is kind, considerate & listens to you!!! Thanks dr💜. You’re my hero!

My life is easier now that Im not straining to hear soft voices. Im really happy that I got my hearing aids. I love the fact that they come with a charger - no batteries! Dr. Perry and her office staff create a very welcoming office experience. Friendly. No waiting. I appreciate the follow-up appointments as an opportunity to check in about how things are going. Lori made the transition to hearing aids easy!

Purchased a pair of Oticon hearing aids in 2012 for approx $6000, Kingston Audiology tells me in 2020 they are obsolete and they do not carry replacement parts. wow. Planned obsolescence in 8 years.When i asked about buying authorized Oticon accessories online the person on the phone at Kingston said “be careful“.I did not find Kingston Audio helpful at all.P.S. I do not live in this area anymore, i was just calling for help with my broken Oticon hearing aids.thanks

The hearing aid I got from Kingston Audiology Center is fantastic. It has changed how I go grocery shopping-I no longer avoid talking with people, helped me at work because my job involves a lot of interaction with others, and has enabled me to hear conversations and sounds I had been missing for many years. But perhaps the best part of my whole experience was working with the staff at the Center. Doc Perry is terrific. Patient, understanding and intuitive. I had been wearing a simple amplifier up to this point and she took the time to explain the differences between that and my new hearing aid and also made sure I fully understood how to use the new device before I left the office. A couple of minor adjustments during my first follow up visit after I got it and now I am up and running on all cylinders. Her efforts to properly outfit me with this hearing aid have truly changed the quality of my life.

I had been ignoring family comments about my hearing. Finally acknowledged my problem when it became automobile safety concern - i.e., unable to hear turn signal click or lane departure warning. Dr Perry performed hearing test, illustrated graphically the results with thorough explanation and recommendations without any hard-sale pressure tactics. I highly recommend Dr Perry!

Dr. Perry gave me my hearing back. Her help and advice made the move to living with hearing aids so pleasant. I waited until my hearing was so deteriorated it was making life difficult in many ways. To my surprise my hearing aids do for my hearing what my glasses do for my sight. Sounds are clear and crisp again. I feel like a teenager! I made an appointment with Kingston Audiology Center to have them evaluate my hearing. I knew that I had lost some sensitivity to certain frequencies due to playing in loud rock bands over the years and also due to aging and family genetics. On the day of my appointment I met Dr. Lorri Perry. I was pleasantly surprised by her calmness, frankness, and humor. After asking several questions and getting an idea of my background and problem, Dr. Perry conducted a couple of tests to ascertain my level of hearing loss. Discussing the results with her once the tests had concluded, it was confirmed that what I suspected was indeed the case. I had been having problems hearing conversations, asking people to repeat themselves, turning up audio sources (TV, Radio), etc. Dr. Perry fitted me for hearing aids and hearing protection since Im a musician. The appointment lasted about an hour. The hearing protectors came in quickly - in 2 weeks. I went in and got the demo and introduction to them. The appointment went quickly. I found them easy to use and have used them several times since and believe they will be quite helpful. The hearing aids came in 2 weeks after that. I was again given a demo and Dr. Perry set up the appliances using a computer to sweeten the frequencies I needed help hearing. I found them slightly complicated at first but have acclimated to how they work. The aids fit very well and are easy to control and can be controlled with a smart phone. They really help a lot with hearing conversations. I no longer blast people out of my car or the living room with the volume from music or TV. I couldnt recommend Dr. Perry or Kingston Audiology Center higher! Theyre great to deal with and are very concerned with your aural health and safety. Please consider Kingston Audiology Center if youre concerned about your hearing and what you may be missing!

Did her best to help my Tinnitus condition, but Medicaid would not cover a hearing with Tinnitus masking features.
