So the salesmanship of this store is amazing...I thought how professional ... ordered a washer guy shows up to deliver with a broken finger...no worries...I said please be careful with my floors... he calls Jason and Jason says he will try to send someone to help...he ask to speak with me, he said YOU DIDNT SAY IT WAS UPSTAIRS...i said you did not ask... i feel as the store, you might ask delivery questions...he calls me back...he says i need an extra 50.00 for delivery...i told him that was not what we agreed on...he said fine, we will leave... poor business... i hope they enjoy this good market while it last... honor what you commit to someone

I bought a used washer machine in Sept 2020 from Highland. About a week after having it, it started to make a noise on one of the cycles. I was within the 30 days of my warranty so I called and they sent someone out. After they fixed it about a month after the noise came back. I called to see what can be done but Sherry said there is nothing that csn be done. Her exact words were its the risk a person takes when buying used. And, she said we dont know where the machines come from so they only give a 30 day warranty. I get the warranty part but at the time of purchase they said the washer machine came from a woman who just wanted to upgrade. Also the problem i have is the same one they claimed to have to fix. I found out that they say that so to convince the customer that its a good machine and make the sell. But now she saying its a risk??? You should of told me that at the time of purchase. Because you and your team made it seem all would be well. Never again. I dont recommend Highland at all. Beware of their sale tactics.

This is the most respectful, professional, customer oriented, and appreciative company I’ve ever dealt with. They take pride in everything they say, do, and sell. I’ve been with the company since 2017. I was able to purchase and pay out a complete living room set within a year and i just recently purchased a complete bedroom set which is close to being paid out soon. Im definitely gonna purchase something else from them once this account is paid out. I enjoy there business and there heart warm personality every-time I go in to make payments. They’re definitely 100% guaranteed satisfaction in my book... 😄

I just went this morning to get some information. They were very helpful and answered all my questions.

I came into the store to make a rental purchase recently. To make a long story short, I helped the office find me by looking at previous rentals 27 years ago. May be longer. At that time I was in my 20s. Now Im way more mature and older. They told me that at that time I had some late payments. Its now 2017. You and I know that people and lives change. We have gone through several presidents since then. It seems some one in there has a 50s way of thinking. Yes you probably know...
