Columbia Brand is high quality. Everything from to keeping you cool to keeping you warm. The store here is well stocked and you can get some really good deals. Ive only been here once and first impressions mean a lot and they made a good first impression. I would highly recommend anyone looking for something to stay warm in this winter visit here and check out all their closeouts. Youll find some amazing deals.

Although we didn’t buy anything here today, we have purchased many Spring and Winter Season coats and clothing items for our family over the years. The sales prices are excellent with a vast selection on most clothing items for both men and women. The store is clean, well-organized, and is a great place to find quality reduced price Columbia brand-name items. Sales personnel are generally quite helpful.

I love going to a Columbia Sportswear store. There are always articles of clothing with a hint of nostalgia, and coming to the outlet recently proved that theory.Seasonal outerwear included jackets and vests, some with a hint of Back to the Future. Customer service was welcoming and we were thankful for the employees who worked there.One thing to ask is to see if there are extra discounts you can get by being a member of a travel club or if you have a particular credit card. This may save you an extra percentage, but only if you actively ask.Covid protection rating is 5 out of 5. You get a sense that the store is doing their best to protect customers according to what is recommended.

Columbia has really upped the quality lately and the factory store is a great place to find some deals!

Ghost Town in Kittery. Store was well stocked. Still Kittery is going down fast. Half the outlets are gone. With that said, Columbia had a selection worth browsing.

Good store, but I think the brand is losing something. Feels like the stuff is made a lot cheaper. Disappointing

I do like Columbia clothes. They are really nice and this store has great selection. I found the staff pretty friendly and willing to help. Wish some of the prices would be lower but it is what it is.

I love Columbia clothes and buy lots of stuff in the Kittery Outlet store.I went there on Sat. March 20th. All set to to buy a jacket...17 people in line to ck out. 1 clerk handling the 17 customers. 2 clerks standing around on the floor doing nothing...i just didnt get it. Left without the coat.

Needs a better plus size section

Although i did not purchase anything this time, i have many times in the past. We arrived home from a family vacation to realize we were missing some shoes we bought. We tracked them down to Columbia. After calling, Makayla (spelling) was so helpful and willing to ship them to us (we are 2+hrs away). Great customer service! Hard to find. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Very dangerous place to go for just one thing for your outdoor wardrobe, especially if you are even just a slight fan of Columbia. Great discounts can readily be found, especially if they have your size. They had a great selection of hiking shorts and pants, particularly the Kestrel Trail (?), which seems to be only slightly different from the Silver Ridge line.

I love this store when we go through Kittery. They have great quality clothes for the outdoor enthusiast. I always find something good at a great price. I got a great insulated raincoat that fit well from a clearance rack for about $30. I have worn it a lot since then. Helpful staff, great prices, great selection, win Win.

Great deals on warm winter gear. Ive been here countless times and between the coupons, discounts and sales, you can usually find some very reasonable offers hiding in the store. Ive bought so many coats and shoes here Im practically a walking commercial for the store. If you live in the area, this is the place to stock up your wardrobe to survive winter without spending a fortune.

Was going to buy 4 shirts the credit card was not swiping they do not offer to put the card in for the chip, they also do not offer to manually put the credit card numbers in either, had no choice they lost my sale....It the year 2018 your store should offer these options!!!
