We love going to Scoops. Make sure you have plenty of time bc the wait can be long however never seems to disappoint.Only item I would improve is the lemon shake ups, occasionally they will be very good other times not enough flavor or sugar.Of course since its a great place for ice cream expect a wait. Well worth it though!

Best ice cream ever with one exception. Last year they had a fantastic Almond Joy ice cream with generous bits of the real Almond Joy candy bar throughout. This year the Almond Joy is nothing more than a mundane chocolate swirl with a little bit of coconut. Not worth a repeat purchase.

Scoops is a great place to get ice cream, although they took away my favorite flavor (vanilla berry swirl) they still have a bunch of good, and brand new, favorites of mine. The staff is very friendly and hard working! I go here at least 3 times a week. 10/10 do recommend!!

Very disappointed in the fact that they made me sit in there drive through for over 30 minutes and then let me order, only to tell me after the ordering process that they were cash only. Definitely should of had someone out there notifying cars that they were cash only. Not sure I’ll be coming back.

My family was in tonight and the young lady that waited on us (Macie) was very sweet. You were cash only at the time which she explained upfront to customers, sadly customers were being rude and disrespectful. She handled it with poise and a smile on her face!

Recommend always have a manager or someone tha6t able to run a smooth shift. When you have a line of 15 cars or more youd think you would have better experience and communicate one car in between windows and speaker oh my come on people and a house full of teens that could care less needs some supervision at the most ! Also my malt was terrible and nothing we could even do but get in line of 15 people or more.Not able to reply so Im just adding to review yes this was at Kokomo by the putt putt /race way

Scooooooops is the best ice cream in Kokomo and that includes CP. Sorry but thats the #truth. They have great strawberry smoothies too. Definitely recommend.

Great place to grab ice cream in Kokomo. The DBC, strawberry, strawberry cheesecake are all great options. The quantity we get is quite a lot. I usually order the kids size and thats too much for me as well. They are very reasonably priced. However, they are open only for a few months in a year. They are closed for the entire winter.

The service at this location is nothing like their other location. The people are less friendly and the ice cream portions are super small in comparison to the location on the North side.In response to your question my visit was on August 9, 2020 the time was between 7:30 - 8:30 p.m.

I use to love it until I sat in line and had 2 cars ahead of me and a girl came out the back door looked at me went back in then few minutes later came out and left they then took the people in front of me order so waited and waited so I honked then drove to window and honked they ignored me so I drove off all the girl that came out had to do was tell me they were closed instead me sitting there

Hands down the best ice cream in town. Scoops gives you so much for so little.We get scoops at least 2 times a week. An will continue to do so. Please go support scoops!

Southside Scoops runs like a well oiled machine. Non stop traffic in the drive thru and walk up customers too, but it all runs smooth. Quick, easy and delicious!!! We live a few blocks from west side Scoops, but felt like a drive, and SS has ALL the flavors. Cinnamon crumb cake for me and Dole whip for the hubs. Single scoop is huge!! Dont let the long line fool you, it goes fast and is worth it!!!

The ice cream is alright but not the best I have had. The line is long and it seems they could use more help inside to keep everything moving better.

They were very busy Saturday but they handled it quite well. Their ice was very smooth and good. They had a lot of verities and smoothies.they also served food and soda pops,ice tea. Saturday was their last day for the season.

TOP NOTCH. The ice cream here is so tasty; there is a large variety of flavors. Im a chocolate person and when they ran out of my first choice about five minutes before I got there, I still had a hard time deciding between the various chocolate offerings. They give you such large servings, its hard to finish, so I recommend a small malt. You get the great flavor break you are looking for, without the belly-ache of having overdone it.

The amount of ice cream that they put on the cones is just too much. It tastes good and the waffle bowls that I get are great. Easier to eat than the waffle cones, too.

The flavors are awesome the workers are nice there is a lot of space to park and there are fast food restaurants next to them so you can grab a bite to eat then get ice cream. It’s awesome

Love this place! I recommend the trash can flavor, my regular order. Be warned: the scoops here are freaking HUGE. I cant ever finish more than a single.

What can I say? Great ice cream with huge portions. Big parking lot which is needed. Don’t be surprised if the lot is full, all outdoor seating is taken and the drive through line is backed up to the road. Whatever the wait...It is definitely worth it. My favorite from here is the banana split!
