We are so very impressed with the quality of the mattress. Friends had suggested going to Quality Sleep Shop and we were not disappointed. Ive misplaced the salespersons name but he was amazing with his knowledge and guided us to buy the perfect mattress. It was delivered within a week. The mattress is great quality and very comfortable (we bought the Kelly). And its made in America - locally. Weve had the mattress for over two weeks now and have had the best sleep ever. We highly recommend going to Quality Sleep Shop.

The name of this store, Quality Mattress Shop, fits it to a tee! They offer a number of top quality chemical free mattresses to choose from that are locally made at reasonable prices. However, the real key that sets this shop apart from competitors is their incredible customer service! It starts with Tim the owner and extends throughout the sales and delivery staff. They honor warranties and will pickup and deliver within the same day! How many other chain, department, big box or online stores do that? My husband and I definitely plan on being long term customers with this quality shop.

I am very pleased with the new mattress I purchased! It is somewhat firm, but with a soft top. It usually takes a while for me to get used to a new mattress, but not this one! It felt great and is so comfortable! The young man at the store was very knowledgeable and explained the difference between the various mattresses, but there was no pressure at all to buy one! I also like the fact that my mattress is made with organic materials and without added chemicals! Love this store!

This is just an excellent shop. Well-run, knowledgeable salespeople and standout customer service. Ive purchased 3 sets and am now headed back for my 4th set. You cant make a mistake here because if you need a post-sale adjustment, Tim picks it up, brings it back to their shop to adjust springs or padding and then re-delivers by 6 pm so youre never without. No big box stores do that. Referred many friends and all have experienced the same great service.

Tim and the rest of the crew at Quality Sleep Shop are great.I did entirely too much research on mattresses when my wife and I were in the market for a new one 4+ years ago. I had been having back issues for a while, and our old mattress was only making it worse. After a lot of reading, and recommendations from many places and people across the nation, we decided that we were going to check out Quality Sleep Shop. It wasnt too far from us as we were in the far western suburbs, so we stopped in for a visit.The showroom is very nice, and well laid out, and the people there were great. They are very relaxed, laid back, and knowledgeable. They made us feel comfortable and allowed us space to take our time and talk between each other without. We wound up purchasing a new mattress for ourselves, what was then at the time the Evergreen latex, and also one for our 2 year old son, the Scot Quilt.Both mattresses have been great, although our latex did seem to soften up a little at around a year. I contacted Tim regarding this, and he was very helpful and had us bring the mattress back in to get it firmed up a little bit. We dropped it at the warehouse one day and it was delivered back to us a couple days later, along with another full size Scot Quilt that we had purchased for our 8 year old daughter. Our mattress is perfect again, and we couldnt be happier.Quality Sleep, thank you for all your help and expertise!

I had purchased a mattress a couple of years ago from Quality Sleep Shop for my older son and it turned out to be the most comfortable bed in the house and he loves it. Recently, I went in and picked out another mattress for my wife and I that turned out to be too firm. Tim the owner was fantastic! After researching local mattress manufacturers in Chicagoland I found Quality Sleep Shop. We were looking for mattresses for a twin over full bunk bed for my daughters. I took my daughters with me to see what Quality Sleep Shop had available on a Wednesday afternoon. When we walked in we were greeted by the owner Tim Masters. I told him what we were looking for and he recommended three choices. We discussed each mattress and Tim let us take all the time we wanted. Once we made a decision on which mattress model we wanted Tim gave us great price quotes. I wanted my wife to see the mattresses before we ordered so we did not purchase anything that afternoon. I felt no pressure at all from Tim to commit to buying right away.Thursday we went back with my wife and looked at the mattresses. Tim was again there to greet us. Tim had a meeting scheduled, so he had Brad help us once we were ready to order. Brad was very helpful and we completed our purchase smoothly. We were able to get free delivery scheduled when we wanted it. I bought 3 twin pure echo mattresses for our kids. After spending A LOT of time researching and trying to find good quality, chemical free yet affordable mattresses for our kids I I finally found Quality Sleep Shop. Tim, the owner, is very knowledgable, he answered all the questions he showed what goes inside the mattresses and pillows, he also offered a couple of solutions for our beds. He help me to load all the mattresses and secured them in my pick up truck which was a huge help!!! THANK YOU!!! So its been a week and my kids just love their new beds. There are many other stores that offer chemical free options but this one is the only affordable place I was able to find. I really like the idea of talking to the maker and the owner because he literally knows this inside out rather than talking to big company dealing with different agents every time. Great purchase.

Do not purchase a mattress from this store if you do not live in Illinois or plan on moving as they will not honor any warranty issues if you are outside Chicagoland. The Pure Echo mattress is advertised as All Natural and while maybe that is true, the quality is not there for close to $1000.There may be a reason why you often see on their website (mygreenmattress.coom) that they have improved upon the previous model. This means the previous model was not good quality.I can share more details via private messaging.The vendor reply to this comment is not true.There is no refund.Please remove my personal information from your comment ASAP!

Quality Sleep Shop has been providing their Top Quality Mattresses for my family for 30 plus years. We just purchased the Emily Plush King and we love it, this is the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on.

I needed a new mattress so I went to all the big box stores in the area. I got sick of their greasy sales tactics... The same one mattress is given 20 different names at the different stores. Some stores have exclusive lines only for their stores. I was sick of this and decided to give a local store a chance. I stopped by here 10 mins before they closed. I layed on all the mattresses and found one I liked in the Katherine Latex Medium. The materials listed were exceptional quality according to my friend who works at a big box. And the price was a fraction what id pay for a similar mattress at the chains. The Katherine Medium Latex felt better and more plush than the highest end Beautyrest Black, Hotel, Stearns and foster Ultra Plush mattresses that cost 4k+. And they dont even have Latex but are cheap pillow topped. I thanked the nice lady who greeted me at the store, and said I may be back. I called the next day and ordered the mattress with an adjustable base. It arrived in 3 days and was setup for me. I am a side and stomach sleeper. This bed conforms to my spine and cradles me so well that I never want to leave it. It is very comfortable for back sleeping as well. The Latex gives you the traditional feel and support of an inner spring mattress, while being soft enough to relieve all the pressure on my hips and spine. It is really something you need to feel for a few nights to appreciate. My family is now arguing over who gets to nap on the new mattress. We will probably get the exact same mattress for all of our bedrooms.

Quality sleep shop in my opinion, is the greatest maker of beds. Not only are they friendly, professional, and priced right. There beds are still flipable. Thats why Ive been using them for almost 20 years. Highly recommended TJ lagrange
