I have always had great experiences with this store. The employees are helpful, quick and kind. I recommend this store to everyone. Great customer service and minimal wait times.
Very helpful unfortunately couldnt resolve the issue but I was happy they did research to try to get the issue resolved
Absolutely horrible customer service, I had to wait over an hour and a half to replace my screen protector because the employees let someone without an appointment cut me in line when my transaction would of taken 10 mins, I had to wait an extra 45 minutes to get service because of this. I wont be coming back here in the future.

If there was a 0 star I would definitely give it. Considered switching to Tmobile but the experience here was terrible I rather stick to my carrier. Store manager enjoys being a store manager than helping the customers. Assistant manager was actually helpful but nevertheless I couldn’t stand the service and shoving all the unwanting items to me. I had questions and needed help and they just saw a dollar sign in my head. No thanks
I always go there to claim T-Mobile Tuesday merchandises! The staffs are very friendly and down to earth. Most of all, they are very professional as well. Today I went in and it was Kevin helping me. He is really great to me and made me feel welcomed. He took good care of the customers! I really appreciate his great service!
I’ve never written a google review but after my experience today I have to. I felt unwelcomed from the moment I walked into this store, as if I was bothering them. There were about 6 employees hanging around and only 1 greeted me, barely with a smile. He was rude and short the entire conversation when I had questions (since phone service is YOUR expertise, not mine). He told me he couldn’t help with unlocking my phone. I walked out, suspecting this was incorrect. I called the T Mobile store in Orange the minute I got into my car and was helped in less than 30 seconds over the phone. Within an hour my phone is unlocked and I have a new carrier. It’s unfortunate that my last face to face interaction as a T Mobile customer for 6 years had to be abrasive and uncomfortable.
This store really takes care of you!. Kevin helped me this time with my cellphones insurance claim. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very patient when I had to make a long call to costumer care. He informed me straight forward what my options were, and suggested it me a couple of ways. And yeah, I got the new phone the next business day.Overall, I was so glad in choosing this store, thank you guys. Keep up the great costumer service!

Most of the these employees that work here I’ve noticed they lack a lot of training, a few days ago at a city event that the City if La Habra was hosting went to check out a table display of their iphones they had out for people to check out and try it, went to the table to just glimpse at an iPhone 11, then an employee came up to me in a very condescending manner, and was all up on my case asking me or other words forcing me to make an offer with him. When he had asked me what was I doing there, I told him I was there just to check out and try out the phone since they had a table display, then after that the employee replied in a condescending way Why do you want to check it out, and I had told him because it’s a display vendor you guys had for the whole public to see, when yet there were other people and families checking out the display phones and never did they get questioned upon like they way I did. Also it’s not the 1st time I’ve had with them I’ve had priors with them as well, and as from seeing other people’s reviews about bill processing problems with this place I could heartedly say I agree upon with them, all I have to say is avoid this place at all costs if you can, find another T-Mobile this place has poor management
Marc, the assistant manager, was very helpful switching me and my family lines to T-Mobile. It took several hours to complete because there were many steps involved, but he was very patient. He answered all questions and now we are all happy T-Mobile customers!

This review is for Kevin the “manager” he lied saying I couldn’t upgrade because my phone was cracked which it was but only the back glass (iphone11)so I paid off my debt and paid the taxes towards the next one & his co worker ends up telling me I could’ve jumped phones with only paying 116 but the amount I had paid was not refundable .. Its sad that poor Kevin has to scam people for a commission off only $200 which probably equals to 20 something ;( someone start this poor guy a go fund me !!!! I’ll be back little guy

Horrible customer service! I called this store 10 minutes before closing last night to ask how i would go about getting a new SIM card and the gentleman i talked to said that he would waive the $20 fee for me and just to come in and he would give me a new one free of charge. I was unable to make it in 10 minutes and decided to go first thing in the morning instead, and I was serviced by the manager Chris M. and a lady by the name on Anabelle, I was told by them that i would have to pay $20 for a new SIM card, and that whoever told me it was free was lying or I was lying and that if i had any other questions i would need to call the (800) custom service number to make a complaint, then the manager ignored my question when i asked him what the number was for customer service and told anabelle he was on the phone and too busy to talk to me and walked to the back. They were both very rude and gave horrible customer service! i will not be returning and advise everyone to go to another location for good customer service!!
Understaffed and rude when associate came back from lunch. Somethings definitely wrong with that picture. But no errors in my transaction so it a two star experience for me.
Phone would not turn on so went in they got me a new phone no questions asked. People at other stores would not help me. This place is the best.

If you want to wait while staff tries to figure it out then by all means. Unprofessional, rude, zero sense of urgency. Looked at my account and was clueless what anything meant. ..tried to determine my bill cycle by scrolling thru my phone call details. ..waited 25 min to be no with a blank stare...SIGHSo, I Left from this horribly incompetent La Habra location to go a Jewel of a Tmobile store in Brea on Brea Blvd/ Birch...only a few min away! :)When we walked in we waited less than three minutes before we were cheerfully greeted by Kenny. Although he wasnt a sales representative he had no problem jumping in to give us to start us on a great customer service experience.*[We had previously gone into the LA Habra store (see my review) to activate five additional business lines with T Mobile! Ive been with them for years so wanted to expand my business....BOOOOO they were ZERO help to say the least ]Anyway, Kenny, at the Brea/Birch store, was able to help us set up our lines and get 2 new phones to boot! Haley took over for Kenny to make sure that we received a top-notch cell phone buying experience. She is Very knowledgeable and thorough with all the details of our plan. Even Bill made an appearance, very nice and hands-on...what a refreshing management style!All in all I definitely recommend THE BREA/BIRCH T-Mobile location!. The store is clean, well-stocked, and all of the representatives are friendly helpful and knowledgeable.*Run run from the La Habra location!!!

And wasting time giving her directions home before helping me. Worst. Just switched over to tmobile and kind if regretting it with this type of customer service

They have me waiting 2 months for my phone. Claim to have lost it. Horrible service from kids who shouldnt be in charge. Go anywhere but this location. Worst service Ive ever recieved
