These guys have such incredible service. When I went to the store I was very clear on what I needed, my budget, and that I needed it that day. I slept in an incredible mattress that night without any tries to upsell or go over my budget.When a couple months later I ran into an issue with the mattress cover I had gotten with my mattress, although the manufacture would most likely not hold up their warranty for this issue, and it had been months since I got it, they gave me a new one with no hesitation.I will absolutely shop here again.

My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and were lucky to have had this great local place just on the other block from us. Brad was very knowledgeable and friendly. Hes invited to our cookouts haha. His service was professional. We purchased a box spring and mattress and are more than satisfied. Our next purchases will definitely be from there for sure. Took my daughter there today to look at mattresses. She told the guy what she wanted and he gave her different options in the different sizes. He was very accommodating and we did not feel pressured or obligated. Could she have shopped around? Sure and maybe would have saved a few bucks. And maybe she would have paid more. The important thing is that she felt good in the transaction. The guy was very friendly and he was nice enough to load the mattress intoOur car. Thank you.

Although Brad was very helpful and it is a nice store with selections but Id say shop around before you decide to make a purchase. The price of the 6 inch in-store brand gel memory form mattress he sold me for 349 is only 150 at Ace Furniture (their mattress was actually branded) and even cheaper online. And they also do not do refunds, only exchanges.

Excellent Quality and Service! Have used twice with various furniture and mattresses and is beautiful and functional. Got to pick out with Brads help and experience, and it looks sharp. Great prices and delivery, and set up. He is so nice and easy to work with.

I would not recommend this store to anyone. They have several yelp reviews that describe a pattern of corrupt business practices.They practice bait-and-switch sales tactics. They advertise a mattress on their website that is not available when you go into the store. They cannot tell you when they will have more of the mattresses in the store. Other things they do are urgency tactics. Making you feel like you have to buy the mattress right then and there. They also practice up-sale tactics and distracting techniques. Its dishonest.I am a disabled Afghanistan veteran and a Catholic. The owner and both sales people cared more about a sale than making sure they helped a customer. I talked to the sales people about my back pain. They just wanted to sell me a mattress. They didnt care if it was the right one for me or not.Most important thing to know about this store is that after 30 days, the mattress is yours. No returns. No refunds. Within 30 days you can return your mattress for a mattress of equal or greater value (you would have to pay the difference in price).One of the in-store sales people said that they had a 20% restocking fee. I posted that, and the owner said they didnt have a restocking fee. Im not sure which it is. JC Penney has a restocking fee and it is 15%. You can return a mattress after the refund window for JC Penney and get a partial refund after the restocking fee and pick-up fee.This store you have to pay for delivery and pick-up unless you can transport the mattress yourself.The business policies of this place are worse than retail, objectively, as I have laid out in my review. That is another level of their false advertising. They make you think you are helping out a local business and that they are going to be a better experience than a chain mattress store. False. They advertise as being better than retail. After buying at a retail store, then this store, then going back to a retail store, I prefer my retail experience.I recommend you shop around.

Brad Wasted 2 hours of time because he lied to me over the phone about a game table that he said he had in the store, come to find out he wanted me to order it from a catalog.he did not bother telling me that before I drove from north county to his store .BE CARFUL .
