The most wonderful team eager to help you in all the way they can. I love this place and these two wonderful young men who work very hard six days a week with no AC to keep their customers happy. They are just awesome!

Uncle is the best manager and very knowledgeable, and all his employees. We have been going to him for over 10 years and he is a ritual for our phone repairs and maintenance of our communication devices and laptops. He has a extremely abundance amount of inventory to accommodate all our needs or repairs and even to purchase assesories. I will continue to direct all my relatives and friends to his establishment. I have been to this establishment numerous times and didnt have any problems until today when they lost my business. They for one dont honor their lifetime warranty for repairs but thats not what has me upset (I had glitching issues on my phone & then eventually a green line on the right side of screen popped up that wouldnt go away). My screen wasnt cracked or anything like that so I wanted them to just swap it out for one that works properly. They refused to do so because they said the damage is done inside of the screen. I expressed I didnt mind throwing them some cash for labor/time but I by NO MEANS was trying to pay the $330 I initially paid for the screen repair. He agreed and told me he could do it for $50. I questioned him $50? He nodded so I agreed to have it done and came back twenty minutes later to have another worker ring me up for $250 (before tax)!! I was beyond furious and when we asked the guy who agreed to $50 he said No, no I said $250... maybe my voice was scratchy or something. Absolutely unacceptable there is no way I would have agreed to $250. So $600 later I got a screen that appears to be working. So if you do go here get everything in writing before they do your repair & just be prepared that they might not honor/replace the screen if its defective.

Bought a screen repair piece. Cost me $40.00! The guy said. “If that doesn’t go on right, bring it back!” When I called him about it, he copped an attitude and said our screens are good! I know a guy who bought two! You can call him! He gave me a faulty screen, and acted like it was my daughters fault for the way she installed it. (She’s installed many already). I would avoid this guy! Lousy customer service!

They are good at what they do and have affordable prices. My son is very hard on his phones. He has tried different places and was ripped off. They are fair and do good quality work!!!

Outstanding fast Work no BS

Be wary of doing business here. The employees do not care about their work product and they do not honor their life time warranty even if you purchased minutes before and have the physical reciept. They are more interested in seperating you from your money than keeping you as a customer. Prideless, thieves and cheats.

They will always Try to rip you off. Everything is over priced. I was told that my phone power cord was a meter and a half ( 4 1/2 feet) and I bought it and it was only 2 feet long. They will always over price items so you will have to literally haggle and negotiate a fair price with them. They usually will reduce the price of any item by 33% if you just tell them its too much $. The power cord was $14.99. I said it was too expensive amd started to walk out and the guy at the counter said, How about $9.99... Buyer beware.

Amazing!!!! I had a new Samsung S8 and the screen broke so bad I couldnt even pull down the notification bar! I had black spots, cracks, chips and a bent frame. I called and they told me to bring it in. I brought it in too late and the tech was leaving. He was sick as a dog. He told me I will come in tomorrow, just for you. Sure enough when I showed up at 10am he was there. He took my phone and I watched him begin working on it. I had errands to run and told the tech I would be back or call me and he said okay. I got a call within an hour and he was telling me my phone was complete!!!! I go in and the frame is straight, the screens are brand new and the tpuch is running smoothly!!!! THANK THANK THANK YOUUUUUUU!!!!AND FOR A S8 MY REPAIR PRICE WAS AMAZING!!!!

Not a very good experience. Terrible customer service and will give you a hard time when trying to return items. Ended up going someplace else where I did receive great customer service.

I came in for tempered glass on my iPhone 7plus, bad thing is that it is very dirty they cleaned it and looks a brand new iPhone again. On top that they offered me warranty on tempered glassBack to business5star 👌

This place is horrible. Took my phone to get screen fixed, when I got it back the home button wasnt working anymore and the screen wasnt working correct. When I took it back to them to get fixed they told me it was a pre-existing problem. Which it wasnt the home button was working even when the screen was cracked, it stopped working after they put in a new screen. Dont go here

Friendly service, they had what I needed

Asked about a screen replacement for an LG G7 ThinQ, but for some reason he thought we meant the tempered glass that goes on top. He quoted us $19.99 several times, and I asked several times if he was sure, and he said yes. Until he saw it was the main screen. $179, which is about $19 more than LG, but hell do it on the spot after he orders the glass. We didnt do it, but nice to know we have options.
