My order was supposed to be a strawberry acai no water with green tea extra strawberry got no strawberries I mentioned to the barista she added the strawberries but not the extra ones and their was tea there but just tea they did not add the rest, I order a blonde iced ., Im sure not blonde I asked for oat milk did not had super disappointed usually I get my drinks here mostly afternoon

This location in LA Mesa, CA. Great team of ladies and gentlemen working this busy morning. I ordered my coffees online, and got there 7 minutes later, my coffee was ready & hot. The staff here was so sweet! David and Sheri were beyond awesome. They genuinely looked happy to help me, even when I came at peak hours with a huge drink order, including me having to call my friends twice to change their order just due to stock, which is ok! I wish there was a survey I could take for them, but they were some of the sweetest people Ive met with Starbucks company!

This location has all the delicious Starbucks drinks, practice social distancing and the staff is friendly. The restrooms closed due to Covid 19 and not available for customers.

They accused me of stealing a cup I had purchased a cu from them walked out with it and my receipt in my hand and got in the car put in in the bag with my other cup I had purchased at a different location the guy who rang me up said I only charged you for one cup I said thats because I had only purchased one cup I walked back in to show them my receipts then they said I was good I felt humiliated .

This Starbucks is located next to Barnes and Noble. It even has a door that leads directly into the store. The bathrooms here are for customers only but you can also go into Barnes and Noble. The staff here is awesome! More than willing to accommodate to make your drink the way you like it. They also have indoor seating and a long table, perfect for a game or if youre gathering with friends.

I ordered coffee and asked for password for restroom. They said they closed it for everyone. I asked if there were other ones in the mall customers could use. They said Walmart and Rubio. I then asked if all Starbucks closed their restroom. The worker stated its store by store so they dont need to clean. My thoughts are that customers take the time to come in a buy stuff and Starbucks should take the time to clean bathrooms. If I was Rubios and Walmart I might wonder why they are sending customers to their location which jacks up their costs. Not having open restroom seems like they are not considering the needs of their customers, the cost to their neighbors, and puts profits over basic consideration.

Friendly barista who new exactly what I needed to correctly take my order. Followed up by a quick turnaround time to me receiving the order.

I like coming to this Starbucks in Grossmont Center Mall in La Mesa Calif. Everybody is so nice. My favorite drink is the frappacinos.I will come back again and again. It is such a nice atmosphere.

Just witnessed Chelsey handle a situation with a difficult customer. She was kind where I wouldve lost it, but her poise and demeanour is definitely inspiring! Great job Chelsey, I totally noticed!

I like coming into Starbucks in Grossmont Center Mall in La Mesa. The staff are really nice and their place is really clean. I wish this Starbucks was a two levels with more table, chairs and electrical plugs to charge my phone. Overall I like coming to this Starbucks. I am also glad that Starbucks has a bathroom!!! I love their frappacinos!!!

Went in just to get something to eat before work. Line went by fast and right when I was going to pay, they didn’t have change for $100. It would’ve been nice to have a sign up so I didn’t have to wait in line waste my time and end up not having enough time to go somewhere else to get breakfast.

Comfy place, with great coffee and food. Fabulous Frappacinos! I also ordered round little egg and gruyere cheese goodies that were delicious! To top it off, everyone, including customers were super nice, helpful!Loved it there and cant wait to go back! Plus, its next door to Barnes and Noble fabulous Book Store. Great buys on their rather inexpensive books! Check it out!

Not much to say, other than pretty standard food. The baby back ribs, while meaty, were covered in a sauce that was just so-so! While we wanted 2 pieces of raspberry cheesecake to go, we ended up with just 1. Im afraid this time, Outback didnt pass the test!

I had a bad experience with there coffee they never have decaf they tell you get Americano its the same flavor but its not other locations when you ask for poor over tThey tell you that it well take 10 to 15 minutes to make also everyone do the poor over different than the others so some time its good and some time its watery hot water and no longer going there

Waited 15 minutes for one drink with 5 people behind the bar working. They seemed to be very slow with no sense of urgency with a line that was rapidly backing up. The place was clean for how busy it was which is the only reason for the second star.

I cant believe you cant order just a regular cup of coffee at Starbucks. Went to the one in Rancho San Diego to order 2 cups of decaf coffee. They said they dont make that kind of coffee. I will never go back to a Starbucks again.
