They are usually pretty busy, expect to wait a few minutes. However, Sue was incredibly helpful with everything and made my shipping process stress free. She packed it for me, and shipped it out as well, she even helped me compare different shipping companies and options. It was very nice to have this all done at one location and for a good cost.

Came in to do I-9 Processing employment and fingerprinting. I had to come back to bring a 2nd form of identification. The lady who worked there said that my name would be in the system all day for my appointment and that I could come back anytime as long as its before closing. I came back only to find that she gave me the WRONG information and that my name was indeed NOT in the system the entire day. Now my employment is delayed as today was the deadline to complete these tasks. I couldve rescheduled for another time today elsewhere had she not given me the wrong info! She then goes on to say that I could always use the excuse of the system being down. Incompetent staff and horrible customer service!!!

Not cool to charge an unreasonable amount of money ($3/page) to send a fax to Canada, and only mention the cost after performing the service. Paid it, but wont be coming back.

I have had my business mailbox with these fine folks for over 10 years now. I stop by at least twice a week to check my mail, make copies and generally use this as my office-away-from-the-office, so to speak. Everyone who works here is very friendly and I enjoy chatting with them when i have a spare moment. Otherwise, they have made it very easy to pop in, grab my mail, and hurry off to my next appointment. They also offer Notary, Box Packing and Package Shipping services. And I appreciate the ability to price check a few different carriers before picking which one i want to use. Thanks to Muffy and Jack for having a great place to do business!

Great little business - I have been using them for over a decade, and service has been wonderful - shipped some gifts to Seattle several years ago, prior to flying up, and they went out of their way to call and let me know that shipping would be late, due to the snow hitting the PNW. Low cost for a post box and great service.

Moved to San Diego from OC and moved my business. Opened up a box here and its been great. Only flaw is that its not open 24 hours but its definitely open during the right hours.

So not the post office friendly service, cute inexpensive gifts, they will pack your objects for you, and if you mail to someone once, next time you come in they can print out your address label. I love this store as much as I dislike the post office
