This is my new favorite dispensary. Lots of different options and the staff is really nice. Reese has helped me and my bf the past 3 times we’ve came and he’s always super friendly and knowledgeable. It’s nice to see a friendly face that you know has helped you well in the past and can listen and recommend solid flower. The reward system is also great. We’ll continue to come!

Very disappointed in last 2 visits and really just flower quality was the issue.I specifically picked 2 jars that had a package date of less than month old and they were dry and disgusting.Mind you that both were premium 1/8s. Alien lab and connected which usually I like but I have been very disappointed especially for what you pay.Staff here isn’t the friendliest usually either . Been places with better customer service but who cares . I usually know what I want but like I said flower was real bad . Super dry, dark ash, taste horrible. Had really no smell when I opened jar .Do betterUpdate: I appreciate the follow up from the grove team. I wish I knew that swapping out unsatisfactory flower was an option. I should have talked to someone at the grove before writing the review . I am a happy customer now 🙂

I had an awesome experience with Rich!I had so many questions about how do you use this or what about that and he answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and professional. And as a matter of fact everybody welcomed me with smiling faces and even the security guard opened the doors for me. Now thats real customer service! A+ in my book & 11 stars...cs

Best Dispensary EVER! Ok I live over an hour from The Grove and I drive there once or twice a week. They have the best customer service! They have the best selection! The newest and latest stuff on the market they got it!!! Everyone there including the security guard are so friendly and kind and caring. I highly recommend this dispensary. This location has a great set of people, Larry and literally every staff here super caring and nice. Ive been going for 3 years now and I drive all the way from Chula Vista because no other dispensary matches. They have the biggest selection of 710 Labs and Papas Select in all San Diego county. With daily deals and they even give you points(credit) on every purchase. Sean, the owner is the man!! I noticed his employees have been there long-term, which says a lot! The Grove is my go to place! They have excellent products at great prices. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a good variety and sales are really great! The shop is clean and well stocked and there is plenty of parking both on the street and in their lot. It is safe and easily accessible.

Best dispensary in the county, no question. The selection is nice, prices are fair and they offer plenty of discounts and deals to take advantage of. Not to mention they have some of the lowest taxes in the county.

Only been twice and after this last trip will never order from them again. I ordered online for curbside pick up. I received a text saying order is ready. I Drove to la mesa specifally for marathon og . Got there and told tell them I am outside and they say sorry we are they told me they are out of marathon. No one text or called me to let me know ahead of time. Then try to sell me sativa when I specifically asked for indica.

The selection here is pretty good, and so are the prices and low tax rate. However, the owner is overly-sensitive and has terrible people skills. Whenever anything is even slightly negative, he makes the situation worse by getting angry, raising his voice, and trying to be intimidating. His favorite thing to say when anyone complains is you dont have to shop here. This guy really needs to step back and let someone else manage his store, because he just drives people away.

Worst shop I been to normally not the one to right these reviews ever!! But yesterday going to grab a few joints at the grove which I visit often unnoticed a scuffle between a employee and from what it seems a patient getting choked in the sales floor by a grove employee I was literally mind boggled. Two times this week I purchased the highest quality flower by the nicest bud tenders here at $70+ an 1/8 with my military discount. 0n 2 separate occasions this week ( with the help of friendly staff) I purchased the oldest/ driest weed I’ve ever purchased at a cannabis store and I’ve been smoking for almost 30 yrs. I normally say nothing but I expect a certain quality for my hard earned money. I talked to 3 managers kindly about my disappointment... they only had sorries and no solution. There was a wise security guard listening to the conversation who offered some great advise to me as I walked away. He said I should contact the product manufacturers to voice my complaint. Wow.... Neither the manager or his employees offered any such advise. $70+ An 1/8 with military included. I thought I was trusting in good solid company to do most quality control vetting for me. I didn’t know until today that a honest And simple standard of business (like customer service) is to crazy of an expectation business like the Grove.Lmao..... I guess I’m crazy! Thanks Grove company for encouraging me to just grow my own.
