Had a bad experience with an employee in the service dept years back. The problem i had was with the original company owners. Bobcat of Nashville is now owned by a new group, who reached out to me, listened to my story, nicely tried to help me by giving me reduced prices on a new machine. They did want to try to help me out but Im retired now and dont have plans to do work with a machine. So, thanks anyway you folks.

The only reason I did any business with Bobcat is because they became the dealer for Bandit.TJ the forestry salesman does a great job of selling but is a total failure of service after the sale. I bought a brand new Bandit XP18 in March of 2019.In May of 2019 I take it in for warranty work. 1st of all I was promised a rental chipper for nearly weeks and that never took place. After they fix the warranty work TJ the salesman sends me a text on how he fixed my chipper for me. Like he did me a huge favor.The only reason I have giving a 2 Star rating is the service department at least tries.

Well i sent my 753 to be fixed 3 weeks ago i sent it in they worked on it they put a piece i sent on and a new part on but costed in labor total of 1600 dollars one part was around 100 rest was labor they didnt look at the manchine about the reason i sent it in then it was sent back to me then i called i was told they get rite on it two weks later i got a call it would cost 8900 wow thought that was too much i gad my machine sent back i did some checking at other bobcat dealerships i was quoted 5500 at one place 6000 at the other place so i do believe they either have a 2000 mark up or someone is burning people on money i know have ran a business before but never seen this happen to me if you read this my suggestion is stop and call around you could save 2000 or even more i cant believe things like this goes on
