Zero star not an option, so leaving one star. I ordered a controller and was sent a pair of toggle switches. My part was sent to someone else. After contacting ISC they said they were having the other customer send me the part and wanted my to send the parts I received to the correct customer. I sent the parts I received immediately and was told the other customer would do the same. I called back at the end of the week to see where my parts where and was told they were not shipped yet! It was the end of the next week before I got the parts, and my window for installing the controller had passed. When I received the controller, it was defective. I tried to sort it out with the folks at ISC, but they wanted my to purchase another (!) unit from them, and offered slight discount. Since purchased through Amazon, I took it up with Amazon and was given a refund since the parts to two weeks longer to arrive than promised by seller. As a construction manager I have used dozens of vendors to procure untold amounts of equipment and supplies, and have never had an experience as bad as this one with any vendor anywhere, ever. Please do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else - these guys dont know VFD from toggle switch and customer service from lip service. Buyer beware!!

These guys really take care of you. I would be lost without them. 17+ years of doing business with them and never once got bit.
