These guys handled our PCS out of Nashville. Their attention to detail was frankly astonishing, in a great way! Made me realize how terrible our movers have been in the past. They wrap every chair, couch, table, etc with extreme care. They were super courteous. Highly recommend!!

Nice people but not transparent, just got hit with a price increase days before they were set to move my mom. we were never told this was a possibility. Really disappointing that in all our conversations this wasn’t discussed now we’re backed against a wall less than 7 days out. I’m pretty sure summer rates would applied anytime in the past several weeks, why the late notice???I’d use caution if you use them.

Armstrong Nashville was like having family move us but with much more experience and muscle. These men were on time, hardworking and careful with all our belongings. We quoted other moving companies and felt much more comfortable with Armstrong. They had a better insurance plan than all the other movers we reached out to and the price for the entire move was equal or better than the competition. The guys were very pleasant and hardworking. This is by far the worst move I have ever had 1) I ordered a moving package and the guys didn’t show up with the necessary packing supplies. 2) it took 8 hours & 4 guys to pack up a 2 bedroom apt that had mostly already been prepacked ! Not to mention they gave me 2 new guys for this move . HORRIBLE!!!

I used Armstrong in my recent move across state lines. It was perfectly executed in a timely matter. I do not have a lot of belongings so my move started just before 8am and finished at noon the same day. Couldnt have asked for a better crew to load and unload my belongings.

Our company has used Armstrong Relocation several times as we made moves out of and into new buildings. Jim Zaccari is the best. He coordinated each of these moves and executed them perfectly. No down time because of the moves. I have also referred them to co-workers and friends for personal moves and they did an excellent in all cases.

Armstrong has moved me several times and every time it goes so smoothly. Everything is wrapped with blankets. Nothing is damaged. They will take apart beds and put everything back together. They made moving so much easier!

The team showed up a couple minutes early friendly and eager to get started. It was an efficient experience and I would use them again for a move and or recommend them to my family and friends. My last moving experience was horrible with another company so I was thankful to have such an easy, organized and successful move this time around!

One of top moving/relocation companies in Middle Tennessee. I have used them for a couple of projects -- one of which involved moving a very large and awkward refrigerator into a very tight, upper-story downtown loft (the task even required devising a hoist/pulley system). Highly recommended, especially for larger/corporate moves.

I couldnt possibly say enough good things about Jim and his team at Armstrong Relocation!!! They performed both a commercial move for me and a personal move. Both of these were demanding and taxing, yet they handled it ultra professionally, with great attitudes, and didnt break a thing! They have got this down to a science and they are so careful not only with the items they are moving, but also careful to not scrape walls, not scuff floors, etc. They do what they say they will do, on time, and on budget. We have moved 16 times in our marriage and this was by far the bestexperience todate. Our sales representative was very professional and everything we were told happened. The packing and loading was super and the unloading even better.I would use them again and recommend them if you want a professional move.

We moved into a new home in Manchester, TN Ina corporate move in November of 2016 and this review is long overdue!! Armstrong Relocation did an exceptional job for us and were so organised and polite!! Each team member was pleasant and efficient; in addition, they made every effort to make certain I was satisfied with where everything was placed. Kudos to Armstrong and we will use them again for certain!!!

This was the absolute worst move I have ever experienced! Starting with the packers that never showed up on time & took 4 days to do what we were promised would take 2. They were still packing when the truck drivers showed up. No complete inventory was ever done. The truck crew started packing the truck even though the packing wasn’t done. The truck crew also threw our stuff down the stairs. Some how our stuff couldn’t fit in a semi. They had to bring a U Haul. Once our stuff got to our new place only 1 truck showed up. We had to wait 16 days for the U Hauls contents to show up. While unpacking we found things just thrown into boxes with no packing paper, broken items & trash in our boxes. The inventory was all jacked up with many things not having a number at all. This crew is completely unprofessional! Never use this company unless you want a completely stressful move & don’t care if your things go missing or are broken.

We would never use any other moving company than United. Armstrong was just another wonderful moving experience. Great people, courteous and honest. You would be best served to use this company for all your moving ventures!

I have been professionally moved over 25 times in my life (my dad was in the Military and so am I). This was by far the most unprofessional, sloppy, unprepared moving company that I have ever seen; and I mean BY FAR. Not only did the packers/movers start a fire in my house, YES A FIRE, they lost several key, expensive, items in a door to door move. These items had to have been stolen by the driver and packers who ultimately new they would be fired after I received second degree burns putting out the fire that they started.The moving team stayed at my house until 2 am packing up on the final day; contract states they need to be gone by 9pm. This was completely due to poor planning and manpower they had on site. One packer left early for a surprise doctors appointment. Multiple pieces of antique furniture items were broken upon delivery on top of the lost items. I called the vice president multiple times to talk to him about the situation. Never once did he call me back or even acknowledge my calls and messages. I would think after your company started a fire in someones house you would have the professional courtesy to call them.If you would like your house destroyed, your valuables stolen, or broken, please hire Armstrong Relocation.

There is a lot of moving going on in Nashville and I can honestly recommend Armstrong Relocation to those in need. They handle any size move...and anywhere you want to move. Also, they can store your items if you need to coordinate a specific delivery date.

Very disappointed with the service I received from Armstrong Relocation. We were told all of our household items would go in one truck but the truck they sent was not large enough. Some of our items went into a second truck and without us being told, the items went into storage. The first truck delivered our items on time and in good condition, but it took two more weeks before we got pieces of our remaining items. Most of my desk was missing, as well as a TV stand and a part of another item. Communication with us was very poor and I had to repeatedly email to get responses. Would definitely not recommend this company.

What a good experience we had with Armstrong Relocation! The staff was so helpful and the move went off without any problems! Will definitely use them again!

The moving company was very polite, 2 of 3 packers did a good job, the one girl was awful. She put my dogs bed IN a box with all my sons clean clothes, almost all items broken were in the boxes she packed. The guys who loaded the truck were awesome. They took our stuff off that truck and put it onto another.. at which point SEVERAL items were broken. Scratched our brand new dresser, and snapped the wooden frame on our new baby bassinet, at which point in time my wife was 36 weeks pregnant. The company hired some joe blows off craigslist to unload the truck. It was a nightmare! Furniture was not put together correctly. They rushed and rushed to get us done, that I couldnt look over everything. The driver took note of the damaged items and we never heard from the company. By the time I went to file a complaint through the military, it was too late. Pretty sad they made no attempt to fix anything. Ended up having to buy a new bassinet out of pocket.
