Rented a 26 truck in Fort Lauderdale going cross country to grand junction Colorado. Outside of Nashville TN we noticed the front tires had flat spots made truck vibrate,stopped at la vergne penske they swapped out both front tires, all under 30 min,very professional cant thank them enough. Would have been nice if the front counter guy would have let my elderly mom use the bathroom, made her use the portable potty out back.makes me wonder if because we are Mexican Americans 🤔 but the guys in the back thanks.

Always took care of here. Been here often and always in and out been once or twice wish it woulda been better but its not like these guys are not busy. No complaints here. Very freindly

Best Penske I have visited for fuel, clean, they will clean your windows without you asking

I called this place for half an hour. They would answer the phone and hang up. When I got there with my phone in hand still calling. There was a dude sitting in his chair play on his phone ignoring the phone.

Youre not held up all day for picking up vehicles or returning them after usage.

One of the best experiences Ive had dealing with a Penske, since our fleet went to Penske tractors. Wish they were all this nice a people. I got better service here than at my home base location and happy to do so. Even offered to help me hook back to my trailer . Ive ran Penske tractors in the past and this shop reminded me of what it was like when Roger himself was at the helm.

Not to bad. Could have been nicer staff, but it is what it is.

Do not ever rent from this location. Rude, unwilling to except when issues are their fault, and absolutely not concerned at all with their customers. The manager Luke will hang up on you when you call to address a problem. If you enjoy bad service and rude employees then this would be the place to go.

Hours are wrong. They close at 11pm not 5pm. Trying to change the hours but not working.

Been sitting on the fuel island 30 minutes, no one manning the fuel station. I see them walk by and look at the truck but no one stops to see if I need help.
