The entire staff at Baxter Saburu deserve a 5 star rating. My salesperson, Elijah, answered every question & worked to get the sale; Steve Sharp did a great job explaining all the paperwork (and also provided critical information for me after the sale on my previous car); Jim Schall patiently walked me through the details of the car 2 weeks after the sale ( which was much needed). Today I purchased all weather mats & asked a service person to show me the locking system on the car doors. He was cheerful - helpful and friendly, as were all the people Ive met at Baxter.Really excellent helpful and sincerely friendly people there!

Had a great experience buying a new car over the weekend. Rich S. was very helpful and kind. He came right over and introduced himself when he saw that no one was helping me and offered me a beverage. When it came time to wheel and dealing, i was upfront with what i wanted and he made sure to get me that deal. Not only that, it was a very busy day and he knew i didnt have all afternoon to waste on buying a car, he did everything in his power to get things rolling and got me into my new car as fast as he could. Jon York helped us find the perfect car for our daughter. It was in our price range and had all the qualities important to us. Jon carefully picked out cars he thought would appeal to us, drove them before we got there, and was very informed on out each one. We will definitely be back when we need another car.

Either falsely advertises, or doesnt stand behind advertised pricing. Scheduled service using their web application for an oil change. Entered my specific vehicle information and was presented an option for a $55 oil and filter change. After the service, I was handed a $141 bill. When I told them their website says the oil change for my vehicle is $55, they didnt honor their prices advertised even after I showed them.
