This is my go-to Starbucks, as its super close to home and along the way to work. I have never had a bad experience here. Sometimes the line can be a bit long, but it always moves pretty quickly. The staff are always super friendly, fun, and a pleasure to interact with. My order is always exactly right, and they even offer my pup treats. 😊

Its Starbucks what else do you need to say. In my opinion the coffee isnt the best, but you know what youre going to get and the place is always in good shape.

Came for a morning treat. I think this is a relatively new Starbucks. They were training a mostly new crew. The barista was a ringer who made a great double tall mocha with coconut milk (you absolutely have to try it).The team members were all friendly and helpful. Place was clean and friendly.

The line was fast my drink was almost correct. They werent busy so my drink not being correct was a little frustrating but it was drinkable.

All of the Starbucks that I go to I have always had a good experience. All the baristas are all so nice and fun and my drinks are always the way I want them. My favorite Starbucks is the one near where I live on College and Yelm.

Love, love, love Starbucks vanilla lattes, but thats the only drink I ever get so I cant give an opinion on any others. They are the perfect blend of coffee and syrup...not too sweet. Also addicted to the petite vanilla scones, my only suggestion is....please make them larger!!

Going to a chain service/company, there is one thing that really needs to stand out for me and to get the 5 stars.Customer service.While other places are have customer service... this place just had a more welcoming feeling and great communication.Hats off to the barista and staff here (like Andi) who know how to communicate with customers!

I was having a horrible day today. I have been missing my family back home, anyways, I went to a different starbucks and got cut off by 3 different cars so I drive to this one. I am so glad I did. The barista was so sweet. They must have known I was having a bad day because they gave me a Venti ( I ordered a grande) and she told me the coffee was on them today. It was the perfect way to cheer me up. The baristas name was Annaliese and they deserve a raise for their customer service alone. Not even because they decided to be nice and get my drink for me, but their tone when I was ordering was cheery and happy. We need more people like Annaliese in this world! I will be happy to drive th extra 15 minutes to go to this location moving forward!

I really like this Starbucks because there is a choice to buy the drinks inside or through the drive thru. The drinks are made really well by the batista here. I really love to buy the chocolate croissant heated. It is truly magical! The service is friendly and fast. I would recommend this Starbucks for a great experience.

Its Starbucks, the one and only. There is no fudge factor in any of their drinks, so no matter where you get your Starbucks at, it will always taste like Starbucks. They are very strict about their recipes. The only thing is theyre a little bit spendy and their coffee tastes just a little bit burnt.

Ive delivered to every Starbucks in western Washington and this store is by far the best. Great drinks, service and the friendliest baristas.

Yeah we went there. Not happy. We gave the girl money to reload our card. She was not getting what we said. We tried and tried to explain it to her. And she still didnt get what we said. So.... we didnt want to explain it to her anymore. Ended up paying cash. Didnt get our stars for our purchase. And ended up leaving. Not going back there again!! Ohh and 5 people behind the counter and still had a long wait for 2 drinks. WTH?

Starbucks is like McDonalds, no matter what location you go in, you know what to expect, and rarely disappointed.The staff is very friendly, and food, and beveragesare always fresh.Starbucks also has a great customer loyalty program.

Beards Frame Shop is wonderful! Ive used them to frame items for our office and they are amazing. The manager Shannon is so knowledgeable and a delight to work with. I highly recommend for your framing needs.

Everyone here is always so helpful! The inside is beautiful, with multiple seating options including a bar. The drive thru can get a little wild some mornings, but thwy keep it moving. Parking is limited out front, but there is more along the side!

For some reason this place only hire 18 year olds and they are UNPROFESSIONAL. I mean the manger must be so awful if that is how she/he is training these kids.

They made my drink fantastically! This location is the best. The woman that helped me was named Mady. She was very cheerful and fun!

Initially entered, and was not greeted. Walked to the counter, and wasnt approached by any of the 3 workers..busy in conversation, seemed unconcerned we were there. Husband had to sit us at the cleanest dirty table..and the girl who waited on me said I need to give her whatever it was the girl could have gotten herself...then, on finally ordering, she had to ask me to repeat myself..she wasnt even listening to my very clear request. I then moved everything we ordered to a clean spot on their finished coffees service counter to add our ingredients, as the condiments and discard area were just filthy..ripped packages, sugar, cinnamon, napkins, sticky old creamer, etc all over. We wont return here ( unless you make me manager and allow me hiring and preparation mamagement authority ).

Very very nice staff but EXTREMELY slow. I recently went in a non-peak hour and waited 25 minutes for 1 drink. Drive through also takes forever. There seem to be enough employees scheduled at all times, but they either working in the back and leaving 2 people to handle everything in the front or chit chatting.

The baristas were irritated and unprofessional. My drink on the other hand, was delicious.

As this is a chain and obviously have stores all over the country my review is in reference to this location. My wife and I have always considered this a sentimental favorite because it is the one came to on our first date. It pains us to have to say that it seems to be making a lot of mistakes of late. We usually mobile order and the mistakes arent noticed until its too late. The most recent one was my wife got a peach tea when you ordered guava. The label even said guava but it was most definitely peach.

Customer service is always great here however, I find that the drinks are a hit or miss. How well your drink is made just depends on the barista. Starbucks has a policy that says if your drink is not made right they will remake it. Most of the time I am in a hurry and I dont have time to turn around to have my drink remade.

The young ladies at this Starbucks at 5 in the morning were absolutely cheerful and fantastic. I would highly recommend this particular Starbucks to anyone traveling to that area of Washington. It was well worth the drive of 950 miles from the Central California coast. If I go back up there I would go to that that Starbucks again. Aaaand the coffee was great!

I absolutely love it here!! Always feel at home when I come in!! Every employee always greets me with a smile and says hi as soon as I walk in and takes time to get to know me not just drink! Alot of the time I hear, Hi Paulette before I even get all the way in the door.. I look over and have 3 employees waving at me. Best group of people I have ever met!!

The service is fast both inside and at the drive-thur. The parking is fair and there great number seats and tables with outlets. Some even have usb power to charge your devices with.The staff is both friendly and quick while still getting your drink order right.The bathrooms are always clean and well stocked. Both are unisex, so if there is a line, it goes in order of first inline regardless of your sex.

Sometimes I hate this place so much when worst groups work on that day. I go to this SB almost every day to taste coffee and enjoy my drink while doing my work because this place is the only SB which opens until 10pm. There were no problems to my orders at other SB but this SB messed my orders the most. Taste completely different compared to drinks from other SB. I handed my customized drink to a lady and she read it in just 5 seconds. I was like how in the world can she read that fast. My drink came out like baby milk. They put ice when I asked for no ice, too sweet even 5 long shots of espresso. I have this drink every morning at nearest SB from my home. They taste amazing, with only 4 long shots of espresso its dark and strong which I really like it. I tried to order same drink at several other SB, taste great too. I dont know how did manager hire these baristas that bad. While Im confirming that my drink made wrong and it shouldnt have ice. She said it aint say no-ice It is so rude, I never seen someone talks like that to customer. I showed her my customized drink again NOW she read it carefully and didnt say sorry to me. she said you want me to scoop ice out or make another one I said of course make another one, you made my drink wrong, scoop ice out doesnt make it better I went to get remake drink, this time still tasted like baby milk again.I wont put her name in here but I can describe her looking. She has purple hair, round shape face, wears glasses, and little overweight. If you want to keep your money, stay away from this SB coffee shop. I spent 8$ for (baby milk) latte from here at 8 pm on 02/23/2019.

Terrible service. Place is very clean, inviting, easy to see from the street, although with a horrible access to a great location... That said, after going through the hassle of navigating the lot, got inside, and was greeted with nothing less than total complacency... More what do you want? than how can I help you today? Nonetheless, I ordered a simple drink off of the menu, was given correct change but there was an obvious sudden change in attitude to Hey hows it going?! when the next person stepped up. Terrible. I get better service from the girls at the Fred Meyer location less than a mile down the same one way street, so I will continue to patronize where I feel comfortable bringing my young daughters in for their cocoa. It is worth the few seconds it takes to get out of the car... This was not.

Quite, relaxing place. I go there to write 5 days a week and get alot done. The coffee if course is always great, the staff is amazing and its quiet with lots of space and great seating. Never feels over crowded.

Coffee tasted burnt and I asked for a snickers Iced coffee and it tasted like it was done with expured ingredients. Even had my son taste and he vomited. I did complain only to be told that there was nothing they could do.

Came here for a sandwich. Left feeling uncomfortable. When the girl asked what she could get started for me I asked her what sandwiches she had and she said she had all of them. I asked for the Turkey dill havardi sandwich that I have always got other locations. She said what? I repeated myself. Then she said that she had never heard of that. Not having this sandwich wasnt the end of the world, I just decided to get a slice of banana bread. When I got to the window I sat and waited while 3 of this staff just stared at me from a distance and walked around. When the girl had my banana bread ready she came and charged me and gave me my bread and close the window. Nobody asked me how my day was made any small toque or even cared. There was nobody and line inside there was nobody in front of me when I got there and there was nobody behind me. I can see why, the staff is very unfriendly and I will never go back.

Love the white mocha!! Best coffee around. Only complaint is the drive through is always too busy, sometimes I wont go because of the long line. In the morning before work i have very little time.

Look. Im only giving 4 stars for 1 reason and one reason only. I ordered a tall strawberry lemonade and I got a short one. Come to find out. Tall means short in Starbucks world. The straw was literally bigger than the cup but to be completely honest. That strawberry lemonade was crafted by the hands of a goddess. It was the best overpriced shot of strawberry lemonade Ive ever had. The bacon gouda sandwich is phenomenal too.
