Great customer service! Gene has been helping me hear better for 17 years. He also explained everything clearly and in a way that it was easy to understand. Gene handled everything on the insurance claim, I never had any issues with coverage. Robbin sent me appointment reminders and always greeted me with a smile. Could not have had better service. Julie is Wonderful!!! The test was hard for me, because of the surprising loss of hearing.... Julie worked with my sensory ... which means the world to me!!! The Miracle Ear has giving me confidence!!!! I Now Love being around people Again... Because I can Hear and don’t have to keep interrupting because I don’t know someone was talking or say WHAT!!!! It feels Amazing to Hear Together in both my ears... had no idea I wasn’t!!!!I’d Highly Recommend Julie at Miracle Ear in Chehalis Wa!!! Specially if You Have Sensory .... issues... I have worn a hearing aid for over 30 years and have been to many fitters. Finding a skilled and patient fitter is key to anyone who needs to wear a hearing aid. Gene is understanding and works hard to adjust my hearing aids to my loss of hearing. It hasnt been easy. I recently upgraded to the newest in technology. Although I could understand speech better in most social situations, noisy environments like restaurants made me want to throw the hearing aid in the trash. Gene has made many adjustments until we agree that the sound better. My hearing isnt perfect but acceptable. Gene continues to work with me to find the best hearing possible.

I have been with Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center for quite a few years now, and have updated my aids as the technology has advanced. It is amazing to be able to have varying programs for varying environments, and always to be able to modify them, as needed over time. Robin, Gene, and Doreen are always positive, and go out of their way to assist and make you comfortable, and they listen!! You couldnt ask for better service and support.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The entire staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable and always go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Gene and doreen are great specialists and take the time to teach you what you need to know about their products and dont try to sell you more than what you need.. and Robin is amazing at her job and always friendly! They always put customer service before money in their pocket, they helped me to get hearing aides for as inexpensive as possible and for those like me where money isnt always plentiful..it is a great feeling to know that there are people out there who want to help you any way they can and actually care about you as a person rather than just take you for all the money you have just for you to experience one of lifes simple pleasures of hearing the world around you..thank you to all 3 of you!

My husband has worn hearing aids since 1994. The differences between his first hearing aids and the new Miracle-Ear hearing aids are indescribable. Thank you Miracle-Ear for making these new hearing aids that are so easy to use and that make my husbands life, and mine, so much more better. This is even more amazing because his loss has become much more pronounced.

Genuine care for finding the right settings for the aids. Technology allows for fine adjustments. Mechanics (fittings, batteries) are needing upgraded, but the service on College St. Olympia is great.

Doreen is awesome and is very good at what she does for those of us struggling with hearing loss, highly recommended! Robin at the front desk is very nice and helpful as well.

I enjoyed my visit to Miracle Ear in Lacey. Both there were congenial and informative. I plan to return in the near future for further evaluation and recommendation for the product that most suits me.
