Service was good, product was good however did not provide the sound quality that I thought it would. Refund policy seems lengthy, 30 days seems a long time to wait for a refund that can be handled electronically.

Top tier professional service. Mary Rauth and her staff are outstanding. I had bought top end hearing aids about eight years ago from another provider and was never happy with those. The hearing aids recommended by Mary have made a tremendous difference in my hearing. For starters her hearing examination is more thorough than any I’ve ever had. She spent the extra time needed to really understand my unique hearing needs and develop customized treatment with followup to dial everything in perfectly. There’s always the problem with sticker shock from the price tag. But the value is worth every penny. Mary’s staff really helped me manage the cost. In addition to handling what my health insurance covered for me, I can itemize the hearing aids on my taxes which gives me a huge discount (28% for my tax bracket in the form of a cash tax return). It’s a real pleasure to deal with someone who is totally open an up front about costs and service. Mary gives you the full meal deal. No extra charges for followup visits, adjustments or maintenance, they even include free batteries for life! Not only that they extend the manufactures warranty from one year to four years. You get what you pay for and then some with Mary. I would not hesitate to recommend her. I’m glad I found Mary Rauth and My Hearing Center. You will be too.

My Hearing Center in Lacey, Wa has the most amazing staff. My grand daughter has severe hearing loss and since she turned 22 her insurance no longer paid for her hearing aides. Today I want to say thank you to Dave, the owner, Mary, the hearing aid doctor and Penny, the receptionist. Today My Hearing Center DONATED a pair of hearing aides to my grand daughter. They were authorized to donate one pair and my grand daughter was chosen. We are at a loss for words with the amount of gratitude that we feel. The staff is amazing and shows that they care and even put their heart in their work. I would highly recommend My Hearing Center.

Very good service before the sale. Afterwards...... not so much. This office seems to be more attuned to opening new offices, rather than taking care of the current location and existing customers. I drove three hours round trip for an appointment, only to be told the practitioner was on her way to another office.

Mary Rauth is a former Geriatric RN who fine-tuned my hearing aids to significantly improve my ability to understand others. She always has a smile and helpful personality - a great combination with her technical skill to understand what I needed most. Gold star! Highly recommended!
